Very poor service. Would not recommend them to anyone. I went in and asked for an estimate to give my insurance company (the shop was recommended by State Farm) They ordered parts for my car that I did not approve of, then charged me a restocking fee. Its been over a month and they still have not sent in the paper work to my insurance saying I've paid the fee. Consequently my insurance company is holding the check until they get this paper work for Gary's Auto shop.

My car isn't very old and doesn't have any visible rust other than the quarter panel they replaced a little over a year ago.. The paint is cracked about 4in and it's starting to rust. My car was there over a week and insurance paid them over $3k to fix it after someone backed into my car. I heard bad things about them but it was after I had dropped my car off. If you want your car to still look good later on DO NOT GO THERE!

I was in a jam, my vehicle blew a water pump, stranded 10 hrs away from home. Gary Smith auto found some white space in their schedule that day when numerous other auto repair shops wouldn't. Great friendly service got me back on the road quickly.

Consistent. Only minor issues with my wife's car but its not for me to say much about. My vehicles have been repaired adequately each time I go here. Staff are awesome.

Had an alignment done on my new truck and it was off alittle, they re-aligned my truck no questions asked and very promptly too. Thanks for your help guys. I would recommend them for service to my friends.

Great place to get a car fixed. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had my car fixed by them and now I'm back for a second time to get it fixed

There oil change guy. Couldn't fix extension cord three wires and he didn't know how to fix it .There idiots
