Bud is absolutely the best. I have been having car problems seems like every other week, 05 car so she's old. He always gets it in right away and gives me a loaner car no questions asked. Great service great price. Won't take my car anywhere else.

I can always rely on the crew at Don's Auto repair to solve all my car problems and answer my questions. Freindly technicians who you can rely on to fix your vehicle and fix it right! I highly recommend Don's Auto on hwy 21 for fare estimates and an outstanding business. They try as hard as they can to accommodate. Thank you for all your great service and all around a great bunch of guys!

I have always spoke with Bud on the phone and in person and he is second to none. Talk about a down to earth good guy and great business owner. Over the last 5 years I have taken my vehicles to him 4 different times. Each of those times all deserve their own 5 star review. Its tough to find an honest place to take your cars to, but don't worry going here. They are FANTASTIC!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

Bud is a professional who has excellent listening skills and took care of me and my car really well! Ignore what I posted earlier here. I've been having connection issues with my phone, and it's also been a rough couple of weeks for myself. My apologies to everyone!! :) I will definitely return!! :)

Awesome family owned dealership & auto repair shop!!!!!! I was waiting on an insurance payment from a totaled car i had & Don held onto a suv we wanted until payment came threw. Which was a couple weeks later. They 100% stand behind there vehicles they sell! Ended up having problems with the motor on the suv we bought & with it being under warranty Dons took care of it! Not a penny out of pocket & even gave me a rental car. Any problems ive had with the suv they've taken care of or worked with me on it. Fast forward to 3+ years later & they are the only shop i take my cars to. Very honest dealership!!! Highly recommend buying vehicles from or having work done here!! I literally just had to bring a vehicle i DIDNT buy from dons to have work done on it after the place i bought it from refused to help me 34 days after purchase. Dons auto comfirmed the problem & fixed it at a good price!!!! 100% satisfied!!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes

Customer service was great. After 4 calls to other places I connected with Bud, who offered a loaner and to work my vehicle in within two or three days. I was in a tight pickle and was so grateful. The car was repaired quickly and working in tip top shape. Thank you!

Had our van towed to Don's after breaking down on the highway. Two different passers-by from Tomah recommended them, and we were not disappointed. Courteous, friendly service and reasonable repair prices. Even provided us with a loaner vehicle.

Don's helped us with our travel emergency. We were traveling through Tomah WI when our Buick began to run hot and overheat. We stopped and asked for help at FOUR other places and were told they couldn't/wouldn't help before we hit our last chance at Don's.Yes, they were busy, but they took the time to figure out the problem and realize we really could not go on.We were heading to a closing on a house we were buying.They gave us a loaner car so we could make our appointment, worked on our car as they could and by the time we got back we waited a mere 20 to 30 minutes and were all set.These guys were gracious, courteous, and knowledgeable. In this world this level of customer service and going above and beyond is not normal.Thank you so very much to the gentlemen at Don's!

Bud and his crew got an exhaust problem fixed in a prompt and appreciated amount of time. We had a scheduled service time but he got us in sooner so that we could beat a snowstorm on a trip to Florida. Thanks again for taking care of my van and my family!

They mostly have trucks, but they are of high mileage and pricy, all used vehicles. Negotiable though

Another "stranded motorist" story with a happy ending, thanks to Don's. I was towing a trailer with my SUV from Milwaukee to Minneapolis on a Sunday night, when I thought I noticed a bit of smoke from underneath. I pulled off in Tomah and stayed overnight, calling Don's on Monday morning on the recommendation of several locals. They were able to get me in, fixed and back on the road by the next morning. Huge bonus points for the loaner car, accommodating my trailer and helpful towing tips!!

They replaced an alternator that went bad 2 years later. When I went to replace it, I had to get the bolt off with a chisel and hammer! A simple job that was done poorly. Don't go here.
