Shawn was the man for us when we got our Tacoma and our Jeep stuck out in the state forest. He was quick, and efficient. Great guy to just chat with and insightful as well. We are not from the area and we're very much worried about being stuck in the middle of the woods all afternoon/night.

When my daughter encountered a deer and slid off the road Cranberry towing was fast, professional, and got the job done perfectly. Would 100% recommend them and know who I will call if another situation arises in the future.

A few weeks ago, on a Sunday evening, we tried to drive our Chrysler Pacifica, with the battery icon iit, from Wisconsin Dells to Onalaska where we live, A distance of 90 miles. Didn't make it! Just before the Tomah exit the car stopped running and we coasted to the top of the exit ramp while the dash was flashing warnings I didn't know existed, I was having visions of replacing every electrical component in the vehicle. Being after dark on a Sunday we had nothing to do but try to call a tow truck. We googled for help in the area and came up with, among others, Cranberry Country Towing. We kind of liked the name so we called, A pleasant young man named Sean arrived shortly and loaded the dead car and offered to drive us to a store where we called for a ride home. Sean called on Monday after performing a diagnostic check to inform us we only needed an alternator. While I secretly doubted an alternator would clear all the goofy things this car was showing at the time of shutdown we gave him a go-ahead. Problems all solved!! If you are in the Oakdale Tomah area and can make use of the services Sean, this very capable independent garage owner offers, you will seldom ever deal with a more honest and likable person.

We had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. After contacting 5 different people and getting nothing but dead ends we were able to get in contact with Sean. He was responsive, polite, professional and fast. I d recommend him to anyone and I wouldn t even consider going to someone else for help.Service: TiresService: Tires

Today when I was driving to La Crosse from Milwaukee my car became to dangerous to drive. I am a college student who is not very knowledgeable about cars and was feeling very stressed out and scared. Sean, the owner of Cranberry Country Towing and Recovery, was quick, responsive, patient and kind when helping me tow my car back to La Crosse. I rode with him in the cab and he was the nicest guy. He explained all the paperwork to me, what everything meant, and answered all my questions. When we got to the garage he took the time to look at my car and help me figure out what the problem might be. He made this terrible experience a whole lot better. I can t recommend Sean and his company enough!

After experiencing a flat tire on the interstate, calling my insurance company to be told yes, I have roadside assistance but it s not great service, then calling at least 10 places between Warren and Oakdale and being treated rudely by a few and told can t help you by all. I was able to connect with Sean at Cranberry Country Towing. Sean was very pleasant, super helpful and patient. After quickly putting on my spare he kindly suggested where to go to in town to try to get my tire fixed. Don t waste your time calling anyone else in the area! Top notch when in need! We were stranded with a flat tired that we were unable to lug nuts off. Called both AAA and USAA, which were both no help. Tried 5 different towing services in and around Sparta and Tomah, no one would assist me, finally got in touch with Cranberry Country Towing and Recovery through my insurance. Sean was out in no time, got my car unstuck, and made sure everything was good to go before leaving. Super friendly, very professional, and got the job done when no one else wanted it. The guys who helped tow my totaled car away were nice. They even gave me recommendations on a place to hang out (with my family, carload of stuff, and dog) while we waited for my father to come collect us. My only regret is that you're not allowed to get on the bed to see if there's anything else you want to take. (I forgot my iPass and headphones.) Thankfully, they were able to figure out a way for me to grab those before I got too far out of the area.

Very friendly, LGBTQ+ supporters, reasonably priced. Small business. It was actually one of the owners who did the towing for me.Had van trouble tonight (12/18/22) in Tomah. Freezing cold outside and had stopped in an unfriendly gas station's lot as the vehicle became undriveable.Gave me quotes on travel to both a Tomah repair shop and my preferred one in Onalaska (where I live). I opted to pay the extra mileage to drive to my local shop. Had a friendly chat in his well-heated truck on the longer trip.If I have to get towed again near Tomah, I'll be giving Cranberry Country another call.Service: Car towing
