VERY good. Cowboy is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics in the area. Not only does he do passenger cars, he does performance, too! Very nice, very courteous, very well-versed. REALLY one of the best shops in a wide area!

We swung into C&A with some engine trouble on a road trip. The owner stopped what he was doing and explained in detail what needed to be done to get us back on the road. Prices were fair and he even offered to have us call him for advice on buying a new car when we got back home. Thank you Cowboy & crew, we appreciate your kindness!

So I blew a tire on highway 29 about a mile and a half from their shop w/ No Jack to put on my donut. On top of that I had 2.5 hours left to get to Oshkosh so there was no making that drive in a spare. So I m calling places and they re giving me exorbitant numbers for providing roadside assistance. (Didn t have AAA at the time) So I call this place and I got the sweetest receptionist Sherri(hope I spelled that correct) just looking to see if they had a tire, which they did for a decent price. I asked if they provide roadside assistance and initially she told me no. Then I proceeded to tell her my situation, she then put me on hold. When she came back she said they ll help me for a small fee, like unrealistically small. It took the mechanic less than 10 minutes to make it to me. He then proceeded to put on my spare and within another 10 minutes I was back on the road following him to their shop. It took him less than 20 minutes to change both my rear tires. Seeing the exceptional service I also got wiper blades since they too were at an unrealistically good price.I had called them with a flat on the side of the road at 11:30-45a, I was signing my receipt preparing to leave with 2 fairly new tires and new wipers at 12:16p. By far this was the best service I ve ever had at a repair shop. I d highly recommend them to anyone in the area or passing through.

I called and he was able to get me in within a week. Gave me a full estimate before work began. Completed work within2 days stuck to quoted price. Very friendly and extremely reasonable prices. We were Traveling through to get home to Montana when our water pump went out leaving us stranded with our 2 kids and dog. over the NYE weekend. We called C&A and told Cowboy our problem and he got our car right in and fixed in 4 hours we are so unbelievably Thankful for this shop and their kind gesture ! Not only did they fix our car but gave my husband a vehicle to use to get back to our hotel! Thank you

Very nice service but GPS is not reliable it sends you to wrong location. They are south of Thorp on County Road N

When u have to drive 1 hr from Wausau to get your device calibrated, then fear not. Always speedy with service. They didnt mind being a little late due to travel. Always friendly! I am sure, that when I need a repair, I can always keep them in mind, if no one else can look at it. I wont mind the drive, tbh. Really nice, hardworking folks!

We were stranded on the hwy with a flat and no spare.Although C & A Auto were not able to help us, they lead us to the ones that could!Thank you so much for the help.These fantastic people were so polite, kind and very informative.
