Emily and Anthony at Quick Care Auto are the best! We took both of our cars for a check-up and maintenance recently. They were very helpful, thorough, honest and quick with their service for a great price! I'd recommend them to anyone and won't take our cars anywhere else!

Well, I was excited to find a new mechanic in the area as we just moved here. Went here a couple times with very limited results and thought this would be the last time. Made an appointment to check out my new truck, give it the once over with an inspection )which I was happy to pay for) change/check fluids, get an oil change. Made an appointment, owner wrote down the services requested, came on the agreed upon date and time, confirmed with the employee and owner what we re doing that morning (even asked for a tire quote). Before leaving I was told the owner wanted to go hunting so I asked what time he wanted to leave by and agreed I would be back before that.Got the call that the truck was done . With an oil change. Nothing else. Just told to come back again a different day and they d do the rest of the work as they didn t have time today. Yeah, no thanks. No real apology, nothing from the owner about I should have not scheduled you knowing I wanted to leave. Just a come back and inconvenience yourself a different day for a fee attitude. Not the way I do business so good luck.

Very knowledgeable and got my vehicle in quick. I traditionally have done most of the work on my cars and when I needed more complex service drove north. (Fear of a mechanic that would take me for a ride locally) I can say this place is excellent. Worked thru asking questions and troubleshooting over the phone. I have no need to drive anywhere else for service. Thank you!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The staff at Quick Care Auto went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle fixed and back out on the road. They fit me in right away and listened to my worries and addressed all of my concerns. They truly put in the effort and work to find you the best prices. Very friendly and polite staff. It's nice to walk in somewhere where employees are genuine and happy, and you can just tell that they all love their jobs... Happy employees do the best work! I will recommend Quick Care Auto to anyone and everyone; and I will most certainly be back.... like this week Tuesday!! ;-)

10/10 would come back and recommend to anyone who asks.I got a screw in my tire. I called Quick Care Auto and they were able to get me in right away. It took 15 mins to repair! When I got there I was greeted by the sweetest dog (Luna) and super friendly guys behind the desk. I was shocked at how cheap the bill was. The shop has a really cool vibe as well and I m lucky to have a trusted shop in town. Great experience!Service: Tires

Fantastic experience and would highly recommend. As some background, took my vehicle to a dealer repair shop as car is older and was making a loud noise in addition to the check engine light being on. Dealer spent all day with the vehicle and could not confirm the source of the noise and thought it might be the transmission and thus would be looking at a significant expense. Took it to Quick Care Auto for a second opinion and took them less than an hour to figure out what the noise was (wasn't the transmission) and had me scheduled for service to get it fixed within a couple days.Outside of their quality and skills being beyond a dealer shop, the owners are really great people and run the exact sort of business you would want in a small town community. Everyone in the greater Mequon/Thiensville and surrounding areas would be remised if they didn't give Quick Care Auto an opportunity to be their auto mechanic. Brings a lot of comfort knowing that when I need to service my vehicle, I have this team to help me out.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

It is just to bad that I can only mark 5 stars, but if you are reading this, I would have marked it 10 stars. I had a place, where I previously lived, that was trustworthy and honest. I have been looking for that kind of shop, closer our new home. I found it. The owners are friendly, honest and do the job very well. Awesome people... awesome shop & workmanship. Price wise very reasonable too.Service: Brakes

10/10 would come back and recommend to anyone who asks.I got a screw in my tire (which I did not buy from them), but I'm new to the area and as young female I didnt feel super comfortable after I called other big tire repair places. I called Quick Care Auto and was greeted by the nicest lady ever who squeezed me into the schedule, so I could get it fixed before starting graduate school the next week. When I got there I was greeted by friendly customers, the sweetest dog, as well as the owner and his kids. He was able to get to my car in less than an hour despite squeezing me in. And I was shocked at how cheap the bill was. Feels good to have a shop nearby I can trust.Fair, friendly, beautiful-vibe shop.

Amazing Service!I was out of town on a business trip and my wife called me indicating her front right tire had a leak. I called Quick Care and they immediately worked her in during a very busy day at their facility.They quickly found a screw in the tire, patched and refilled it when 15 minutes of her arriving.Absolutely top notch people!Service: Tires

Quick care auto is fabulous! They really know how to take care of their customers. Everyone I have spoken with or encountered the several times my car has been there, has been friendly and warm. Their prices are very reasonable and they try every avenue to save the customer money, time, and convince. I had an appointment made for later in the week and they were able to squeeze me in short notice due to an emergency. I had to have my tie rod replaced. When you have tie rods replaced, you have to have an alignment. I was expecting that I'd have to make another appointment elsewhere to have the alignment completed. When I arrived to pick up my car, Jake told me they had taken my car to the dealership and had a 4 wheel alignment completed so I didn't have too. They charged me what the dealership charged them for it. Saved me time and an awful lot of hassle. The car drives great and everything that I requested was taken care of plus more. I'd definitely recommend Quick Care Auto!!!

I am 62 years old and used dozens of auto repair shops in my lifetime, but none have come close to the excellent service I have received the past couple years from Quick Care. The quality of the service done on our car and two trucks has been outstanding! We have had them do a wide variety of maintenance and replacement of parts, and we have never had a single problem afterwards. I have also found their price to complete each service to be extremely fair. I greatly appreciate how they call me throughout the repair process and let me know what they need to repair and how much it will cost. What has impressed me most is their integrity. Twice I have taken in vehicles because I thought I had a serious problem. After checking on the issues Quick Care called me back to inform me that something different was causing the problem and it would be much less costly to solve the issue than expected. Their character and the quality of service guarantee that this is the only place I will take my vehicles for service or repairs.

Quick, but thorough service. Jake was very professional and my car was fixed in a timely manner. I also didn't feel like I was getting ripped off for a service because I am female. It was convenient to be able to leave my car and pick up at a time that worked well with my schedule. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any further issues. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Needed some suspension work on my car. I come in, and nice lady meets me in the lobby, tells me all about the estimate and how long it will take. Matter of fact, they took me in in the next 15 minutes. I was shocked that I didn't have to schedule anything. Few hours after one of the mechanics calls me and tells me that my part doesn't fit and it needs a whole new part, and then they said that they could order it and get it done the same day. This shows how much they care about their customers, definitely will go here in the future!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I went here because my long time mechanic was on vacation. They were outstanding! They made it super easy to get my car repaired. They are enthusiastic and knowledgable. They let me know what was wrong and how they would fix it. The bill was very fair. If you're looking for a new mechanic this is a great choice.

I recommend Quick Care Auto to anybody who needs work done to their car. My car wouldn't run and it was kind of confusing what was wrong with it. They figured it out very quickly and charged me much less than I thought it would cost. Just meeting them, you can tell they are honest, good and talented. After you have them work on your car, you'll understand why all their reviews are five stars.

I'm relatively new to Thiensville, and being a female, the process of finding a trustworthy mechanic is always a little anxiety-inducing. I took a chance on Quick Care though because of the phenomenal ratings, and I'm not sorry. The prices are fair, and the mechanic went above and beyond; I brought my car in for an oil change, and he ended up tightening the sway bar links and looking everything else over as well. I left happy, not broke, and with a car that no longer clunks.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I went in for an exhaust leak and really appreciated the time they took to explain the problem and come up with an expedient solution that avoided a costly repair. This will be my go to place for future automotive care.

I took my car here for a pre-purchase inspection and had a fantastic experience! They charged a very reasonable price ($36) and took the time to explain everything they were doing and answered all my questions on car maintenance (it's my first time owning a car so I was completely clueless!). I felt like the guys here were honest and knowledgeable and I will definitely be returning.

Anthony and Charlie continue to do an awesome job taking care of our car repairs and service. I would highly recommend their shop and they are very reasonable and honest. We have had them do brakes, water pumps, oil changes, u-joints, starters, and tires over the past few years. They are wonderful!

I came here after almost being scammed by another place. These guys are honest, realistic, friendly, and convenient. They've taken the time to help me learn about my car and can often squeeze in some time for a quick fix. Plus, Luna the garage dog is the best!

These guys are awesome! Professional, funny, great service and work. Plus I got a beer to take home! Happy to find these guys because I'm new to the area and they did superb work on my cars exhaust with a fair price. Plus they like fishing and dogs. Great place to take your vehicle to get work done on it! My car has way too many problems, but they always seem to be able to fix them. They've never tried to make me pay for something I didn't need, heck they even told me not to pay for a $300 dollar part, but instead cleaned the old one up to make it operate like new. I no longer feel the need to call around to find the best price for the best service. Hands down they are the best mechanics! Give them a chance to prove it, they won't let you down.

My new favorite mechanic, my first impression was great. Fair prices, very friendly, cool building. Thank you for doing such a great job for me. After going to a nearby dealership and getting up sold it's nice to have a honest mechanic. Anthony you have a customer for life now!

EXACTLY what you want in a hometown business. Super friendly (both on the phone & in-person), willing to take my small trailer tire & make a repair on-the-spot because I was in a jam. Friendly black dog to spend time with while I waited. Anthony & Quick Care Auto rocks it!!

Couldn't be happier with the service I got today. My car broke down, we knew the problem got the part but was too much for my husband to tackle. A friend recommended quick care... I called and they squeezed me in at 4 on a Friday night. Jake was so kind to stay late to fix it for me!!! I will continue to use them in the future and recomend them to everyone. Thanks so much for saving the day!!!!

Brought my 2012 Subaru there because of erratic vibrations when accelerating. These guys diagnosed and got me set up for repairs in less than 5 minutes. Something Sommer's Subaru in Mequon couldn't even diagnose! It was smooth and easy. These guys know what they're doing.

Fantastic auto care, I couldn't be more pleased. The owners take exceptional care- fit me into their schedule rather than having me fit theirs. My Infiniti QX-60 runs better, smoother, than when comparable service is performed by the dealer. Thanks, gentlemen!

What a delightful place. To me, the value of a workshop is defined by three things: quality of work, quality of service, and cost charged. It's very difficult to get all three things correct, and somehow this cute little niche wonderful workshop manages to do so. I have never imagined myself writing a review for an auto repair place, and despite it all - here I am doing it. The building on which the shop sits has existed for over a hundred years. It was one of towns original building. The interior is authentic and welcoming (pictures posted). And the people, people here are something else. Anthony, the guy who runs the store is honest, kind, sincere and very very talented. He didn't exaggerate his labor rate or the amount of time needed for repair. He didn't lie saying that the wait time is 15mins when in fact it always does take 1hr+. He didn't inflate a multiplier for parts and overcharge me. He didn't try to screw the customer in ways that would be the norm for every other Monro Muffler, Midas, Goodyear, and Pep Boys to do. I am extremely happy that I discovered this place, and I will never go anywhere else ever to get my car repaired or my oil changed. I'd go as far as to say - if you are in Thiensville, go the coffee shop called Fiddleheads, grab a cup of coffee, walk across the street, visit Quick Care Auto, pat Luna the dog, and take some selfies retro auto backdrop. It's amazing!!!!

Anthony is great mechanic who knows what he is doing. I always went to the dealer for service, but got fed up with unexperienced lube techs and dumb service managers. They recommended unnecessary maintenance or were unable to diagnose problems I had with my truck. Anthony is no-pressure, honest, and knows what to look for when your vehicle has an issue. I'm happy to be a new customer with Quick Care. They have earned my business for years to come.

This is the place to take your car. The owner is personable and will treat you with respect and dignity. The shop dog, Luna, will show you love and greet at the door! I trust this shop and wouldn't consider taking my auto anywhere else!
