I can t say enough good things about this place and the people who work there! Liz is knowledgeable and has such a fun attitude. I don t think she gets enough credit for all she manages. I saw her answering calls (non-stop), looking up parts online, helping customers in the lobby, and helping the workers in the shop. And she knows her stuff. She was answering questions about vehicle parts like like it s her job. Ha! And the man I talked to about my door was incredibly insightful and meticulous. He knew his stuff, answered all of my questions, and he explained things in a way I understood.This is a great crew! Very trustworthy and easy to work with! Although I hope I don t ever have a need to repair my car again, if I do there is no question who I am going to call first.

Great and courteous customer service. We ordered the part off of eBay and they sent us pictures prior to shipping which we greatly appreciated. After looking at the pictures we found some damage and they graciously refunded our purchase. Highly recommend these people.

I originally contacted H&H Auto Parts,Inc for a part I needed for my vehicle which they didn't have in stock. I spoke with Paul who gave some additional resources which led me to getting what I needed. Paul went above and beyond & I highly recommend this company !

I didn't know this was the place to have your Honda engine swapped back in the day and it's still an awesome place to get parts.I just scored a set of Toyota Yaris rims for my Corolla at a good deal with nitrogen filled tires with good tread.Thank you Paul for being such a good description writer because they were spot-on exactly like you said and I couldn't beat you up on the price after that had to give you what you were asking all day.Thanks . Will come again for sure!!!!

Best prices, best people! Dave on the phone was a great help. Knowing I was driving a bit of a way he offered a few options and gave the part condition. I spoke with a few yards much closer to me and was put off by rudeness and high prices for inferior parts.Went to pick up a hood for my truck. drove over an hour and a half. When I got there Paul was more than helpful. The receptionist was also top notch.Not only did they treat me well, the service was great. Very well laid out yard and easy to find the donor cars. After buying the part they promptly removed it and bought it right to my truck and helped load it. This will be my go to place for any available part I need! Great crew! Great part, and great prices!

Great experience using them. I had an issue with an item arriving damaged (from shipping company) and they handled the problem super well. The communication back and forth was also in a timely manner. Will be using them again. Trustworthy company

I should have done this a long time ago, but I wanted to express my gratitude for a great purchase and their help by way of a five-star review. In March 2019, I bought a burgundy 2006 Ford Taurus for a really good price. Great vehicle, solid and smooth, reliable, gets me where I need to go. Immediately after I purchased it, the engine light came on a few times but they helped me out and fixed it free of charge each time so I was able to pass the required emissions test just fine. I trust these guys completely and I believe in what they're doing. They are honest and respectful and they stand behind their products and services. The cars they sell are good quality at an affordable price for a great overall value. Thank you so much Dave, Paul, Ron and all you other guys at H&H Auto parts! The car runs wonderfully and I'm glad I bought it from you. Satisfied customer here. 5 stars out of 5. Highly recommended.

Paul Dvorak was very helpful and accommodating to my car needs! Very friendly and clean atmosphere! Will go back here again for future repair & tire purchases! More places need to represent good customer service like H&H Auto Parts. I'm not kidding!

The staff was nothing less than amazing. I personally dealt with Paul and made sure the parts I ordered would be a perfect fit before doing the transaction. He made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond in every manner. This is a company that truly cares for its customers and not look at you as just a dollar sign.

Paul was very nice to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable about cars. He was very helpful and able to make sure I was taken care of when the first transmission I purchased had issues. I will be sure to come back the next time I need to find parts for my cars.

Excellent customer service. Dave made sure we were getting the correct part verbally and with photos. Went out of his way to ensure that our pick -up of that part (after hours) went smoothly. Would highly recommend H&H.

Very easy to work with. Helpful and communicated well. Unfortunately the part I needed required shipping to a business or freight terminal and that got complicated on my end. No fuss cancellation of the order once this was realized. Will definitely keep in mind for future smaller shipments.

It was so easy to work with H & H when picking my part up with confidence. they showed pictures of the hood i wanted and confirmed i didn't have go into the yard to pick it. i was in and out in a few minutes. I will be back for my next part needs!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dave. He went above and beyond to help supply our shop with an oldschool mopar big block 413 that we were in dire need of. They sold me the item at a very good price and when it showed up with some unforseen damages they took care of me without hesitation. I would recommend their services to anyone who asked! A+++ from me! THANK YOU GUYS!

These guys went above and beyond! I was in a sticky situation and they really worked with me to find a solution. I personally dealt with Paul, he did a great job of following up. Overall amazing customer service. Couldn't be happier. 10/10 service !!!!

After dealing with other salvage yards I got the impression that most do not care about the little customer walking through the door. They only seem to care about their bigger accounts. With H&H Auto Parts I surprised to see that is NOT the case. Their sales staff treated me with the respect I deserve as a paying customer. They are very knowledgeable and they managed to find exactly what I was looking for. With that they earned a lifetime customer!

Repaired one of my GM clusters a few years back and gave me a fender for my saturn for a very fair price and has a very helpful staff who give a lot of respect and try to help find the parts you need. Part was in amazing shape and everything was there. 10/10 am going to for my body panel needs

I was looking for a part that other places could not find for several days for a very high price.I called H&H and they went above and beyond in my need for the car part.When I called they stated they had several in stock, however when I arrived they discovered that the specific parts were targeted by recent burglary's to their yard. Nevertheless, they took action and found the part for me by the next day.Their staff is very informed, helpful and polite.

Dave was such a delight to work with! He was extremely detailed with his explanation, and went that little extra to make sure I could visualize and understand every detail for a guaranteed match. Dave also helped me with a shipping question after Shelly in shipping left for the day. Can we get Dave a raise please?!?

I always appreciate the help they gave me a couple years ago. I needed a tire for my car as it just got hit and rim destroyed. I had a concussion, just purchasing a tire was tough for me and they took care of tire with a quick and friendly response.

Excellent, all the way around. I called, described what I needed, within days recieved a call that it had arrived and picked it up. Service was very courteous and the guy at the desk had a fun sense of humor, check out the flatscreen if you ever get a chance to visit for the inside joke! Lol

Customer service was the best I have had from an auto parts store. I had little idea what I was doing or needed but they made sense of it all. I called other auto parts stores that weren't 20 minutes away from me first but went and purchased with H&H solely based on how they answered the phone and conducted themselves.

Dave went above and beyond with getting me a trunk for my 97 olds aurora. It arrived well protected and delivered to Waterford mi overnight. I even got a phone call that it was delivered, thanks BUBBA !
