Trash. I d stay way away from this place. Did an oil change and I have never seen so much oil on a truck like how they left it. So unprofessional I cringed. As a guy here working 7-12 s on night shift I sent my wife up there in my truck. Wish I would have gone instead. Stay away from the trash ball service techs. No respect for anybody s stuff. Couldn t even clean up their trashy job.Service: Oil change

This place is good at what they do and customer service is usually top notch for me and I ve been coming here for years. They give discounts but it can be a bit pricey depending on what your car needs but that s not the employees fault.

They do a sufficient job, but they're WAY overpriced. 180 bucks for an oil change and in-cab filter swap. And that's with a "discount"

Dennis is absolutely wonderful.My teenager and I come here often as we drive a lot of miles .He always is so kind , knowledgeable and looks out for the customer .He goes above and beyond for the customer and their car needs .Thank you, Dennis !!

Only place that I've ever been to that puts the filters on with an impact I swear. Over tighten and I'm guessing they don't lube up the filter. Highly recommend going anywhere in town but here. Trash.

I have used this business for a simple oil change two times in the past 7 years. Both times I was unable to drive my car out of the shop after driving in fine. The first time they flooded my engine and the second the drained the transmission fluid of my Audi instead of the oil and couldn t refill it there. They were nice and covered repairs and didn t charge for the visit but the 0/2 is pretty bad.Service: Oil change

The staff is very friendly and answered any questions I had. They took a longer time than I would have expected, but I think they did a great job with the staff and space they have. They made sure first come first served was upheld which was very nice. Their prices are high, but that's more of a convenience fee than anything. I'll be returning.

Was in today (6/1) for an AC recharge and Cabin Air Filter replacement. John & Brandon were both extremely nice - patiently explaining the process for me and answering my questions. I have had nothing but great experiences with this shop for standard oil changes... all the staff are great, professional, knowledgeable and just overall fantastic! I have never felt pressured into additional services like other places, which is highly appreciated!Thank you for all you guys do - I will definitely be back!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Air conditioning

Manager uses a Bait and switch tactic of having 20% off sign out front carried by an employee, then refuses to give the discount after they already drain the oil, leaving the customer no choice but to accept being denied the discount.

It was 7:10 and the open sign was still on and there was a car in the shop so I figured they were still open since there was a few employees standing around and the open sign was on. I pulled up towards the door to be told we re closed and to come back tomorrow. Very poor customer service! Working in customer service myself for over 10 years common sense would be to take care of the customer. They could have been a little bit nicer about it at least!

I brought my car in for an oil change at Valvoline in Superior, and now my air conditioner isn t blowing out of my vents. I don t know what they did, but it is screwed up. Do not go to Valvoline in Superior. Those guys don t know what the hell they re doing.

Except for the Tech, John, who tried to intervene, this was a horrible experience. After completely detailing my car, I stopped for an oil change before putting it away for the winter. A Tech messed up and sprayed transmission fluid soaking the engine compartment and exterior of car. The Manager was a complete jerk, promised a credit that was not ever received, made me return with the receipt if I wanted to wash the oil smear off and refused to make concessions to have the engine detailed. I can understand a tech making a mistake but not the terrible customer service.

Refused oil requested. Manipulative management takes advantage of the uneducated. If you value your vehicle do not go to Valvoline!! Terrible technicians. Oil filter was not tight and leaking, transmission dipstick not secured properly. All around horrible experience.

I got excellent advice on how best to keep my car running smooth and even got advice on how to temporarily fix the noise coming from my cracked exhaust pipe! They even installed the tape to fix it up!

They tell you 12-15 minutes/car, just enough to get you completely blocked in line. And then you wait almost 2 hours with only 2 cars in front of you. Now, I'm no mathematician but that averages about an hour per car... This is the SECOND time I have waited for over 2 hours for an oil change because I was unable to escape the hellish time management skills of this Valvoline. The second time was especially frustrating because, again due to being blocked in, I waited for over 2 hours and was late to my College Class, that I also have to pay for. So my suggestion is, if you have any time commitments at all during that calendar day, this is not the Valvoline for you. SUPER irritated UPDATE 03/06/23: Someone at Valvoline saw my review, reached out to me personally, and made the situation right. Everyone/Everywhere has an off day sometimes, but the Customer Service was A+, and I have a lot of respect for that... I've always gone to Valvoline, and will continue to do so based off of their years of servicing my vehicle and the outstanding customer service. Changing my rating to 4 stars.

Everyone was very friendly, great service and good energy.However, when changing the battery, they neglected to clean corrosion, resulting in my vehicle not charging. (to be fair, they did drive to my house to correct this.) Finally, when under my hood they forgot to reconnect bypass tube. As a result of that i just had to spend over 300 dollars to get all my spark plugs changed, as the bypass tube not being reconnected resulted in flooding of my spark plug tubes. great people, but not experienced car technicians, prone to basic error.***Just an update***You'll notice customer service replied below. I responded via email and have heard nothing back. Not a good look!Services: Battery, Oil change

WOW! Fantastic!!! Brandon and his crew could not be more friendly and helpful! While visiting in Superior we sprung a oil leak. The guys worked diligently to find the leak and showed us exactly what the problem was. They fixed it and got us back on the road quickly. I highly recommend this Valvoline station and intend on using them in the future. Great job guys and thank you again!

Nice little shop big time service. Actually this pit crew performed nearly complete multi-point inspection with essential service, worth determining condition & acceptable recommendations. Imma very alert & require trust before anybody but me works under Lexi's hood & chassis, but I felt relieved with this crew.

Brought in my truck today, haven't been to a Valvoline quick change place myself as I typically change my own oil. My garage is a disaster, and it's November and cold, so thought "What the heck, why not?" I now wonder why I crawl under my truck... Dang fine service. Fast. Efficient. Communicated swiftly and accurately with inquiries for me, and didn't try and twist my arm for services I didn't want... I certainly could use a new air filter, but... Gosh I can change that easily enough right? :) Color me impressed.

I always receive excellent service when I'm here. John, Bree, Isaac, and Josh helped me out today. I always love how efficient they are while still taking time to explain things. They are informational about explaining what I need. I appreciate the work they do in the service they provide.

Very Rude gentleman that I dealth with. With a very nasty attitude I will never go there or recommend anyone to go there for business.I proceeded to call the business for a manager a woman picked up the phone then I explained the situation to her an that I needed to speak to a manager. She thought she put me on hold spoke about my issues an all I heard was the associates laughing at the issue an never came to the phone. I called a second time an was put on hold then the manager came to the phone I just proceeded to ask for his boss information because I feel that site was a joke.

I have been here in the past and every time I've always had great service. I went there last week and I'm disappointed to say I had a much longer wait than necessary. When I pulled in I was waiting in bay 2 (so was the customer behind me.) The employee approached my car and the others waiting and asked what service(s) were needed. I told her just a standard oil change. She then approached my car about 5 minutes later and asked me to switch to bay 1, so I did, and the car behind me did as well. Long story short, after myself and the customer behind me moved over to bay 1, I sat in my car watching bay 2 and during that time 3 other customers (that came after I did) were in and out of bay 2 before I even entered bay 1. I did receive a verbal, "thank you for you patience" and just brushed my waiting frustration off. However, I was not happy with the wait time at all considering I could have been in and out of bay 2, had I not been asked to move. I give a four star because the service is great and usually fast, and for all I know the customer ahead of me possibly changed her mind and asked for another service (tire rotation) in addition to the oil change while she was in bay 1.Service: Oil change
