I NEED give Rich and the guys at Tire Plus Superior a huge thank you for going above and beyond in their customer service today!!My teens and I enjoy cleaning up the beach and other areas in town All the bags go to our can at home when we finish, but we didn t know what to do with the big stuff that we found this week! I ve never found a tire, let alone 3 in one day, in all the years we ve been doing this! I started calling around town to see where I could dispose of these tires (hopefully for cheap) & my first call was with Rich at Tires Plus told him we found a couple of tires on the beach and I was just seeing how much it would cost me to get rid of them he told me to bring them to him & he d take care of them for us! And then thanked us for cleaning up the beach when we dropped them off! But I think Rich and Tires Plus deserve the thank you and recognition for this act of kindness!! We won t forget this & I hope our community doesn t either when shopping for Tires in Superior, WI! Go to the place that values our community and the people in it!! I know I won't go anywhere else from now on!

I have been using Tires Plus for years and I have found them reliable and their prices are at or below other shops. Each shop is different so I can not speak for all of them but Superior store has always treated me right.

Horrible service and experience. The store manager yelled at me more then one occasion and they made my vehicle worse, I just bought it and I would get it back worse. I talk to the store about it and they again yelled at me. I have a warranty and I won t even go there if it breaks the because of how scared I am to get yelled at or what else could go wrong with my vehicle. The one I used was in Superior.

Genius on the phone told me they can align vehicles but not a BMW because of special tools and that customer addresses were required for a work order so I set up my alignment at Firestone without an address 30 seconds later, and I ve done all the work on my many BMW s myself in my dads GM shop, you don t need ANY special tools lol. Won t bother again.

These guys are great, big shoutout to Mike for great customer service. Coming home from a trip along the north shore we had a tire emergency on our way back to the twin cities. Sunday afternoon and these guys were the only people who answered their phone and actually tried to help us. Squeezed us in despite their busy schedule and after only an hour wait we were on our way again with a safe, new tire for the family van. Thank you so much!Service: Tires

I don't go anywhere else. These guys are rockstars. Chris and Mike especially. Excellent service, Up front and complete in their assessments, no pressure pitches and None of the bait and switch bull you deal with at other places. They just do extremely good work with great service, and that's why I don't go anywhere else.

I have typically always had great service from Tires Plus. However, my last experience was not so good. They made a mistake. I get it mistakes happen and I'm pretty easy going, but they tried to blame me for the mistake and then said "Oh well, deal with it" leaving me high and dry. Not the actions I was expecting from a company trying to get my business.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

I brought my car in to have tires changed and my car was damaged. The employee and technician both admitted there was no damage on the car when I brought it in. The car was parked right in front of the store window when I picked it up so there was no way another car could have done damage to the front end. I was told they would cover the damage and now they are refusing.Service: Tires

Really great service by both Richard and Chris! Went in to get my winter tires and an oil change. Richard was really welcoming from the start and helped me understand my tires much better since it s my first time using them. I came back to pick up my car and Chris rang me up. Really nice, welcoming and honest group of people working at this one. Definitely coming back again for future services. Also, they only recommend services you need as opposed to trying to get as much money out of you with false recommendations like most shops in California. Thank you guys putting my car back in good shape!

I brought my car here for new tires and an alignment. There were some unexpected difficulties that came up and Mike at Tires Plus did a great job of helping me through them. He was professional and kind through the process and it really made a difference. Quick service and a quick resolution to the issues that came up.

We were traveling through and had a flat, the man at the counter a large bald man said we needed 4 because it's all weel drive it doesn't if others measure so lied. Second complained that he was short handed and short staff, yep instead of solution he complained to a costumer lol. Walmart gave us 2 tires and we were out and back on the road by 9am. Costumers don't want to be lied to or hear your problems they need solutions to their problems

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Customer service is trash. They forgot to perform alignment last time there even tho it was specifically talked about, so brand new tires popped within 2 months. Their tire insurance doesnt even cover it even though 1 tire is a complete flat. Refuses to replace tires or cover cost of alignment. This place is a scam who just wants you to just keep shoveling out your money to them.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I was hesitant to go due to a previous review, however I stopped by to get an estimate for an oil change and tire rotation and was very happy with the friendly atmosphere and speedy service. The service was then provided in a timely matter, they estimated an hour wait and they were done in half hour! They provided me with a discount due to my boyfriend's employment at Taco John's, right next door. I couldn't have been treated better by my own family! Keep up the good work gentlemen! I recommend Tires plus on Tower ave to anyone and everyone!

While we were visiting from out of town, we got a flat. We took a chance and scored with Tires Plus. Chris took care of us promptly and told us they would get to us as soon as possible, so we crossed over the border and visited Minnesota real quick. We barely got to the other side of the bridge and we get a call stating our tire is done Friendly staff, excellent service.

When I need automotive repairs I call around for estimates. Tires Plus is always the highest priced by a few hundred. Can't figure out why so many people take their vehicles here for repairs. The customer service is great though and very helpful.

This place is great. Ran into an issue with a tire that was damaged beyond repair. Called them on a Saturday, less than 3 hours before they closed, and they were able to squeeze me in. They were very kind, professional and fast. Will definitely be back.

Quality work. I took my truck in thinking I needed a new power steering pump and they called me back saying it was just a broken hose saving me almost $200. I appreciate the honesty. Thanks to them. I'm a customer for good.

I started using this Tires Plus when I got a new job nearby. Tires Plus does the simple work on our cars, mostly tire-related. They do good work on our car and van. No problems with prices or service. People have been friendly. Online appointment scheduling is a plus.
