I was not happy with the service I received. I bought 4 new winter tires and I brought my winter wheels in the back of my truck and I specifically requested to the Manager, Jay for them to put those wheels on the new winter tires. They finished but they put the new tires on the wrong wheels. Then I had to sit for another 2 hours for them to fix their mistake. I didn't even get an apology from the owner who pretended like I wasn't even there sitting in his shop for over 3 hours. Once they finished then I left and I had a shimmy right away once I hit 40 mph. Rather than go back right away, I waited and brought my truck to my car repair person who then told me my wheels were not balanced correctly when the wheels and tires were put on. I went back to Thatchers to have them balance them. Even after them telling me that they were in fact all very out of balance and that they were having some issues with the balancing equipment, I still had to pay them to balance them. I was very dissatisfied with the whole process.

Promptly got my 4runner in and slow leaking tire repaired quite quickly. Very reasonable price. The shop was cleaner then many restaurants. All of the staff were very friendly and explained what they repaired in layman's terms. Not hoping for car troubles but I know where to bring it with confidence the job will be done correctly at a fair price.

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. These low beam headlight bulbs are much brighter than the ones I had before so that made me happy. I'm also glad that I found a good shop in South Superior.

Great service! Kept me informed throughout the whole process. Very friendly staff and willing to give us a rental car or a shuttle ride. Very reasonable prices for tires, oil change, battery and alignment.

Courteous, professional, informative, and honest staff. Scott kept me updated on all of my options for tires and alignment and informed me of other issues they found wrong with my vehicle, most of which I was already aware of. No pressure, just straightforward information. I appreciated their integrity and timeliness!

Great service. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The got me in on my scheduled time. Explain what they found and what the solution was. Waiting room has cable TV, wifi, and great popcorn. Thank you thatcher tire.

I had never been before, but they fit me in when I had a flat tire and no one else would. They were friendly and well priced. I will definitely go back!

They cracked my rear subframe trying to adjust camber bolt. They then told me it's from hitting a big bump. You can tell from the pictures it's from improperly turning of the eccentric bolt. I posted it in a bmw group and people said other shops have done that during alignments. The shops at least fess up to their actions and get it fixed. They cracked my subframe and sent me out the door. Charged me full price for a 4 wheel alignment and only adjusted the front. Not too impressive, figured with such good reviews I'd get decent work. Guess I was wrong.

Really professional and speedy service. They haven't annoyingly tried to upsell me when I come in for an oil change and when my car is in desperate need of repair they always fix it in a timely manner. Will definitely return next time my car needs maintenance.

7th time I've needed them. My truck... is the bane of my existence. They've always been super helpful and sweet. The front desk girls are just awesome. Hollie(sp?) Is a gem. I've worked with Scott a few times and he's has been super helpful.Mark is usually the mechanic who works on my truck. He'll call if there is anything wonky, which seems to be alot with my truck.All in all, 5 stars. I really appreciate the services and help. From the time you walk into the door and from the time you leave In your car you experience quality. Thank you to the staff and especially Aaron you went out of his way to really dial my alignment in just right . Nothing better than a straight steering wheel.

AWESOME!!!!!! I had a slow leak in my tire while at work, and my coworker said go to Thatcher's. They were able to get me set up and going within a half hour!!! Right after work!! Affordable prices, great customer service, and I was able to continue my errands without missing a beat!! AWESOME!!!

Idler pulley went out on my 96 Ford f-350. They ordered the parts Monday afternoon, parts came Tuesday morning Tuesday at 4:30 truck was done. Friendly and courteous staff. If you need repairs they are are the people to talk to in Superior Wisconsin

Had them do some work. Initially was overcharged almost double. Made a quick phone call and they figured out there was miscommunication. They sent me a check for the extra (about half the original bill) and that made it right. No arguments or anything. Glad they're honest!

I had just put a lift kit on my Jeep and I needed an alignment and for my new tires to be mounted and balanced. Thatcher s was able to schedule me in quick and saved the day! Went in with a nail in the side wall, ended up needed an new tire, which turned into two, would have been 5 stars if my spare would have been put under the truck instead of the box.

We take our three large Chevy vans and one SUV there for repairs and tires, plus they take care of tires on our five trailers (we are a wilderness adventure camp outside of Superior; our vehicles regularly take quite a beating). Had a screw in my tire. After working a night shift they were super friendly and had me in and out very quickly. The girls at the front desk were awesome. I wish they had a shop in Indiana where I live. Highly recommend them for any car issues that you have. You won t find a better place than this.Service: TiresService: Tires
