Brought my own car in to Rivord twice - they were more than fair with their time in trying to find the weird issue my car was having and fixed it for a great price.I now have my son's truck there, and for a very reasonable sum Dale is fixing problems the truck is still having AFTER another shop just ripped my son off for $2,500 in "brake repairs"!My family will never take chances on another auto shop again - it's Rivord we trust!

Rick and Dale are top notch mechanics, honest, great people. Their the best at what they do. I would only take my vehicles to them . I had my car look at by them for transmission leak and they said they found it but definitely did not. I was charged 300 dollars for something they didn t even fix.Had it looked at by another shop and they found the leak within minutes.Service: Transmission

We were travelers stranded outside Superior late one cold, rainy afternoon. Rivord's was recommended to us. Kara and Rick stayed late at the shop to get us in, provided a loaner vehicle, helped us find a pet-friendly hotel and gave us restaurant recommendations. Our van was repaired quickly and expertly. Their prices were reasonable, they offered a warranty on the repair, and the service was EXCEPTIONAL. They gave us peace-of-mind so far from home. Thank you so much!!!

Rivord is amazing. Dale is the only one I ve worked with directly and he is fantastic. I was recommended this place by a friend who had nothing but good things to say. Just from their service I won t go anywhere else so long as I m still in the area. Anyone unsure of where to go should bring their business here, I ll always recommend them.- Nick G

Purchased a remote starter from these guys. Brought my car in the morning, got a temporary vehicle to drive to work that day at no cost, picked up my car in the evening of same day. Remote works great and prices were less than other places in the area. Highly recommended!
