Have been bringing my vehicles here for a couple of years and will continue to. Customer service is always exceptional and the cost is always better than other garages. Vehicle is always diagnosed and repaired quickly. I needed a timing chain replaced and their garage/lot was either to full or couldn't accommodate vehicle/job, so Joe brought my vehicle to his home to get the work done sooner than later. Can't say enough good things about this locally owned and honest automotive repair shop

Nice small hometown shop highly recommended by family and I don't regret it. Good service, very quick, and well priced. I'll always go there for my automotive needs. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this shop. Joe is the man and is so knowledgeable. These boys work hard and put hard work into your car. They don t over charge and make all the right recommendations to get your car down the road as it should. Just want to thank you Joe and your great team.

I don't know what to think! I had been bringing my car there and was satisfied, I was having things fixes that they said was wrong! But one day when I brought my car in they gave me 2 pages of things that was wrong with my car! I thought how can all that be wrong just like that after my last visit! I brought my car into two different shops to see if they would tell me the same thing and they didn't, there was nothing wrong with it but one thing that will cost me $450! I was really disappointed that trusted them so much and for them to tell me that there was so much wrong with it! Pretty sad if you ask me! I have now switch shops!

Great people!! Fast, efficient, friendly & at a good price!! I was recently coming back from a fishing trip in Canada, I smoked my brakes in the Duluth hills. After not being able to continue my journey home to Eau Claire, I stayed over the night. Bright and early on a Monday I started calling shops in town to try and get up and running again. I called a few place and got a hesitant, probably not today or if somebody doesn t show up. When I called Oliver s I was greeted with an optimistic, let me check and a few short moments later, bring it over and we will work you in. I was expecting to be there for a long time before they could even look at it but Joe promptly took it for a spin when he returned and set off to fix me up. It wasn t a quick/easy fix and while the main shop stayed busy, they accommodated me by working in front of the bays. He kept me updated as he chased down a few different culprits and within a few hours he had me fixed up. He could have easily thrown some parts at it, severely over charged me and moved on to another job but he took the time to do the right thing and fix what needed to be fixed and only charged me for what he had into the job. I was amazed by him and my whole experience at the shop. I watched multiple customers come and go and all of the interactions were friendly and accommodating. Tonya kept everything moving forward and the mechanics knocked out job after job. While Joe fielded questions and continued to work on my truck.Top notch service!!! I hope I don t need service while I m Superior again, but if I do, I know exactly where I m headed.Service: Brakes

They destroy stuff, they dont care if people break into your vehicle and steal stuff. They didn't lock my vehicle , radio was stolen, obd 2 scan reader, o2 socket set, and other parts were stolen out of my vehicle. On top of that they drilled into my headlight and did not have permission to. Screws and nuts were loose. From parts they took off. They didn't bother to clean up any of the oil they spilled on my engine. They didn't fix or tell me about things i asked them to look at. My vehicle sat in my garage for 3 weeks without starting and fired up just fine and they claim the battery is dead when it was switched.. i do not recommend this shop and if you do bring your vehicle there id recommend taking your radio out. I can guarantee you his employees stole my tools/parts out and he tells you to "go through your insurance for anything that happened"Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment

$2300 to fix an oil leak. They said it needed a new block in my son's Tahoe. Engine was almost out of oil. Be in there monday to get this fixed right. Leaking out as fast as you put it in. Wasn't doing that before the work.

Called the shop on a Saturday around 11:30am knowing they close at Noon. Asked if they could replace the serpentine belt on my truck. Without hesitation I was told yes, bring it in. The old belt was removed and the new one installed in less than an hour for a reasonable price. I would recommend this shop for your repair.

These folks were all really great start to finish....from estimate to final installation of tires, battery, brakes, and oil change. Most personable, polite, attentive, and respectful folks that I've dealt with at any establishment in many years....that's saying a lot as I'm 53 years old. This wasn't a cheap bill. But their cost is reasonable and HONEST. Not like the crooks at Tires Plus and the like! So that you know, this review is the real deal. I live in Superior and would have work done with these folks any time! Thanks!

Joe/Twinkie and his crew is AMAZING, PHENOMENAL GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO. ITS THE COMPASSION THEY HAVE FOR HELPING PEOPLE WITH THEIR CARS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR CAR. Driving from Minnesota to Indiana, we started hearing a squeeling sound. We stopped at Oliver's (one of the few places open on Saturday) to figure out what was going on. They were able to take the car on a test drive and hoisted it up to look. Couldn't find anything wrong, but it was nice getting the green light to head home. We tried paying them for their service, but they refused to take any money from us.

The crew at Oliver's are very knowledgeable, very respectful, and are quite honest. I don't go to anyone else. I trust only this place. You got to see for self. But trust me, they don't do anything to your vehicle without your knowledge of the problem, and the approximate cost. Love the crew at Oliver's.

The services I got from Oliver s was outstanding. The close customer interactions and excellent service is the best in the area. You will get honest top notch service. I got quality parts and service. There is is a high number of cars to be repaired and you may have to wait. Phenomenal shop in Superior. I m new to the area, and after having some iffy work completed at a different shop in town, (*cough cough* five star auto) they were more than happy to take a look at my car as a walk-in customer! (Rare these days) I could tell they were extremely busy, but they still took the time to throw my car up on a lift and check out the brake work and coolant leak that I had going on in my 2012 VW Tiguan. Normally it s difficult for me to take my German-made car to any old shop that doesn t have specialty training, (I ve heard mechanics say they re built like spaghetti in the past) but these guys didn t shy away whatsoever. They also didn t charge for the diagnosis, and were prompt at getting my parts ordered. They had everything finished up quickly despite a supply shortage too. They re easy-going, trustworthy guys, and my new go-to mechanics in town!

Just love the Gang at Oliver's! Very busy all the time. Great service with even better attitude! You will leave with a smile no matter the outcome because honesty is the best policy. Call ahead to make sure they can fit you in. They got your back. Pricing is reasonable too! Been going there for 3 years now and will continue another 3 and beyond. Thanks Gang!

Oliver's did a GREAT job on my Honda front brakes! I had new pads and rotors, and I was in and out of the in 90 minutes, and I thought the price was fair. I am happy with them each time I have used them in the past.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Oliver's Service Station was there for me when I needed them when I prepared for a cross-country trip. They were able to assess some of the handling issues with my Honda Civic were coming from a brake issue and provided a good set of options and a fair price compared to those elsewhere in the region. They were courteous, professional, and timely, everything I would expect from a well-run independent shop. They're easy to locate and have good communication on the progress of your vehicle. I anticipate making them my regular service station for the foreseeable future!Service: Brakes

I had a great experience at Oliver's, as always. The service is great and the prices are much less expensive than local competitors. I always bring my vehicle here, I've been a customer for 10 years and have always had quality work with no issues. Because of Oliver's quality of work, willingness to work in emergencies and local reputation they are always busy. Therefore the wait time can be longer than other shops but it is well worth it.

My daughter was visiting Superior, 3 hours away from home when she had a muffler issue. Oliver's was the only place that would see her on such short notice and on a Saturday. The mechanic fixed her car so she could get home. He was awesome! This is the kind of place we look for in fixing our cars. I was told to come here by two employees at my local gas station who had very good experiences here. I was seen right away and the mechanics were very thorough checking over my engine. They quickly found the problem that was plaguing my suburban for months and fixed it quickly. They took the time to explain to me what the issues were and had it done for me the same afternoon. The price was very reasonable also. As a woman I am leary of mechanics but these guys treated me well. If you need work done I highly recommend Oliver's. They will be doing my upkeep on my suburban from now on.

I've been going to Oliver's for about 2.5 years now. I have taken 3 different cars there, and each time I have been treated with respect, I have been given accurate, timely information, and all work has been completed very quickly (mostly on the same day), at a very reasonable cost. It is hard to find mechanics that you feel you can really trust. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks guys!!

My college age son had his breaks go out. He lives on UWS campus but commutes to LSC so his vehicle is much needed. They had his breaks fixed within 24 hours and were great communicators with us parents back home. Great service!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

These guys go out of their way to help. Always attentive and listen to the customer. Helped me out of a couple of time sensitive binds over the years with no questions asked. Super polite and informative and prices are very reasonable. Never a bad experience in 12 years of patronage.

Oliver's Service station has the most honest emoloyees I have ever met when it comes to car maintenance. They are always busy which sometimes leads to long wait times, BUT it is truly just a testament to their quality service. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment to get 2 tires repaired. I was clear that I needed an appointment, could not drop it and leave it for the day. 2 hours and 45 minutes later and I am still sitting here. They have not acknowledged me or their delay. I have asked how much longer it will be a few times, and without checking or even looking up at me the girl just rudely says "they're working on it". Would have left long ago but I don't know where my truck is!
