This shop on Tower has the best and most knowledgeable staff.Reminds me of the old days!Great shop!!!

Always come in and ask questions and get no answers. And cashier/ technicians can t change a headlight

Friendly and helpful staff. All the parts and accessories you need. Reasonable prices. Great location. Need a repair done they have great staff and mechanics.I just went into the store to get windshield blades. A gentlemen steered me to the proper isle,by the time I got to them he told me what size to look for. You can't beat that kind of service. It's why I go back.

Great staff, extremely helpful!!!! Someone came out to my car and literally walked me thru the steps needed for a minor repair. My only complaint is they are kinda spendy but.... You get what you pay for and O'Reilly's has always proven to be worth every penny!!!

My power steering pump went out, snapped the pulley shaft right off. I called and talked to Zach. He found me one, had it moved to his store. Pulled me a gallon of ps fluid ( it was on sale so I asked for too much. I'll use it eventually) he took my payment over the phone. Then he called and let me know it was at his store so it could be picked up. Why is this a big deal? Because I live 1200 miles away, I don't know thearea, I was broke down 50 miles away from Zach but I had someone heading that way who would be willing to pick my stuff up. Zach was pleasant, he was efficient, he was knowledgeable, he helped me out. Great job Zach

Fantastic service! I called & spoke with Ben, told him my cars issue & he helped me walk through potential options of what was wrong. It was so great. I then went in & Jason was able to help me in person with all of my questions. I am so impressed by their knowledge & willingness to help me before I even purchased anything!!

The young man who waited on me was fantastic! He helped me pick out the right wiper blades for my vehicle and then went right out and installed them for me while I had a nice chat with the district manager. Very impressed with the service I got at this location.

Sunday February 28th. Stood in an aisle for over 10 minutes looking for something with no help. There were two people working, and only one other customer. When a female employee with a long gray pony tail finally noticed me, she took four steps toward me and stopped to listen to the other customer talk about his vehicle when there was already someone else helping him and I stood there for a few more minutes and finally gave up. I usually get good service here, but not today.

I used to love this store Went in there quite frequently. Was the only place I would go When it came to auto parts.I always had good conversation with manager there Paul, until one day I leave and get a call from my ex-wife apparently A salesman of theirs named Austin Pearson called her the second I walked out the door just so he could tell her every little thing that was spoken of To try to start drama. And O Reillys did absolutely nothing about this and because of the lack of professionalism I will never step foot back in that store.

I came here with a broken work truck at 5pm and Jason not only borrowed me tools to fix it but he tested it to confirm what the issue was, jump started it not once but twice with his personal vehicle. And even offered me water as it was about 100 degrees that day. I was gone by 630 with the truck fixed. If you need parts or are in a pinch in superior I'm not sure why you would go anywhere else.

Always helpful and knowledgeable staff. If they don't have the part you're looking for it can be ordered and typically doesn't take long. Everytime I'm there someone always asks if I need any help.

I was on a bike trip around Lake Superior a few weeks ago. Starter relay on my 35 year old bike died they did not have the part in stock. Carol was able to get one sent to their Houghton Michigan store which was where I was going to be headed the next day. I was able to jump the relay to get me down the road but she went above and beyond looking for the correct part and making sure I could get one the next day to finish out the rest of my trip without issue. Thanks again!!!!!!

Very professional service. Prices are usually about the same as comperitors but it never hurts to shop around a bit. For note, they did match a Menards price today on a fuel cleaning product, so ask about price matching as well.

Always very helpful everytime I have gone. This time was for a chevy traverse headlight. They currently do not check your check engine light, due to covid regulations.

They checked my battery for me right in the parking lot and installed my new battery too. For all you ladies Carol installed my battery. Very helpful and i was in and out in no time!

My driver side brake light went out and I got the the replacement bulb and they put it in for me very helpful i will start getting all my auto parts from there

I was sold an alternator that was a used core return. I brought it in for warranty when I arrived home (I'm lucky it didn't leave me stranded on my 3.5 hour drive home) the manager took one look at the box the alternator was sold to me in, and noticed a label showing that it was someone's old core return that still needed to be rebuilt.
