Needed a belt, the store was out of the belt I needed. They had one transferred from another store and then delivered the belt to the shop I was at. I would recommend this place.

The woman behind the counter at the Belknap location needs to learn about customer service. She couldn't be bothered to get up and help me find the right wiper blades for my vehicle. After a few minutes I found the correct ones myself and brought them up to the counter. I stood there with my credit card in my hand waiting for her to ring them up. After well over a minute watching her work on the computer without even acknowledging me I put my card back in my wallet and walked out. I went to the other O'Reilly location where the customer service was fantastic. WAKE UP! Customers are the reason you have a job! The other location on Tower Ave is out of my way but well worth the trip. I won't bother going back to the Belknap location

I would leave a zero-star review if there were an option. The woman behind the counter ignored us as we walked in and were searching for our item in the store. She was too busy chatting with someone about their personal lives who was standing up at the desk, and when we approached her to ask a question we were ignored again. Clearly she could not be bothered to help us. In addition to this, the EMPLOYEE was not wearing a mask!! In the middle of a pandemic!! After we stood by the counter for nearly 10 min. waiting to purchase the item we found for ourselves, another employee came up to help us as the female employee continued her conversation unrelated to anything auto parts. We will not return to the Belknap O Reilly again after this experience. We have always had a great experience with the Tower Ave. location so I m not sure why the Belknap store is so awful

always helpful when ive been there. tool rentals if needed, wide selection of tools and parts, and a rewards program. I've even had a staff member call another company once because they didn't have what I needed in the time I needed.

My check engine light came on. Most places charge just to figure out what is wrong. They diagnosed, explained, and told me exactly what I need for free. Then they popped my hood and took the time to fix it. All for FREE (except the part). They are amazing!

Had to go to 2 of the O'Reilly auto parts in Superior to get everything we needed.... but mission accomplished!!

Stop in to this store, I was on the road and noticed that one of my headlights was out. The gentleman that was at the front desk was very polite and extremely helpful. Next time I need something when in town I will definitely be coming back to this establishment! Top notch!!Thanks for your help!!!

Marlene was outstanding. She patiently worked through my problem with a headlight, discovered and explained my mistake, and got me on the road with two working lights right at dusk. Im grateful.

Every time is horrible. Here right now they grabbed my break pads then started helping other people. While I'm standing here with my child.

They act as if they know what they are talking about but end up wasting the Customer time. I told rhem what my car called for for a simple oil change and they gave me the oil the computer said and oil filter wich i did not know until it was to late i had to use my old oil filter with new oil and will have to redo the whold thing. Very up sat

Two people working. One guy walks from the back looks at the two other people and myself in line and turns and walks away into the back of the employee area. I stood in line for approximately 20 minutes to pick up an online order that once I was at the counter took all of 45 seconds. I will not be using this store in the future.

Basic O'Reilly store services ice is usually pretty good but can lack at times. Always helpful in finding parts for your vehicle.

For the most part they usually get what I need. I have only had one incident where they gave me the wrong part after me telling them the right vehicle make model everything.

Three different times they ordered parts for me from there other stores and I drove 30 miles to get them and they said they were not ordered I will not shop at belknap store again very poor service

Always have most things I need and they have reasonable prices. I also see that they support our local military by giving 10% off.
