Ken was very quick to help us out and answer any questions we had! Him and his team really made sure everything went as smooth as possible to help us take home our new truck same day and kept in touch after the purchase! Highly recommend this dealership. I came into this dealership today, hoping to buy a truck that was listed for 11,118 which was 3k more than MSRP which was 8,500. I was trading a 2022 Tesla Model 3 long Range, which they were told I have 3 other offers on the car for 22-24k and they came back to me with a 19,000 dollar offer which was highly bad on a dealership to not match several other dealers, they also tried to put some rust package which was 850 dollars, if I didn t catch that they would ve gotten away with it. They re not willing to work on their sales price, nor trade ins and low ball like crazy. This is sad to see.

Customer Service was amazing. Adrian Norby was able to get us in within a week, was confident, and the tech was able to find the issue within 2 hours and it was changed the next day and our headache is gone. Will absolutely be back in the future! Thank you

The worst experience of my life.. Bought a car from Northland Chevrolet in Superior wi on Nov 8th 2023 after having the engine light come on 10 mins after I left the parking lot brought it back in this happened 4 more times.. Bout o2 sensor were out needed a new catalytic converter. New key sensors the breaks were shot and it needed struts. While I was signing my life away for a lemon the sales kid Dylan keep remote starting the car and when it would start I noticed that's when he made the excuse to go out gas in it so he could reset the code.. Which is illegal.. I tried for 2 months to get my money back and to talk to the owner of the company and nobody would let me talk to the owner.. I found recalls on the car also that they refused to address. I wouldn't recommend buying a bicycle from this place let alone a new vehicle.

UPDATE 4/16/24. I've been in and out of the dealership enough in the past few years to be on a first name basis with the service manager and service desk. I was there again yesterday and the service was once again top notch. I'd highly recommend Northland.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Experience was good. Staff is easy to work with. Manager is good. The increase in pricing is getting a little much though. Price went from $126 to $166 in the last 10 months for an oil change for a diesel truck. I know oil has gone up, but still, that's a big increase.

Said they would only run our credit 3 times and ran it 17 times. Paid for the extended warranty and have had to pay the $100 "deductible" multiple times to fix the same issues. Have a transmission issue and said they didn't see an issue to bring it to Ford to be looked at. Isn't the whole purpose of a warranty to not repair for issues that should be covered.

Within 2 weeks of purchase I had to put an additional 500 dollars into the car. The dealership wouldn't even look at the car they sold me so I had to pay for a diagnostic at another facility. 3 months after purchase another thong broke and now I have another 400 dollar bill for it to be fixed. I don't think this thing was inspected at all

This was my first time getting a new vehicle and everyone I worked with was extremly helpful and guided me through the whole process. Dylan Lee kept me up to date on where my order stood and answered all my questions. I was treated with respect by everyone I worked with. What a great experiance!

I ve worked with Matt quite a few times and he s always been excellent. The only suggestion I have is that for the longer repairs, having a loaner vehicle option would be very helpful to customers.

All communication disappeared as soon as the purchase was made. Several issues with the vehicle became apparent within 20 miles of leaving the lot. They refuse to return any phone calls or speak in person about any of that nor to fulfill their end of the deal we agreed upon prior to purchase. Dishonest.

WE LOVE WORKING WITH DAN! Yes, I did mean to yell it. He listens to what you want and he actually hears you! He gave us a great deal on a great car! It really is a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from him. This is our second car that we bought from Dan and we are as happy today with him as we were when we purchased them. Bought a car in February. Had issues with coolant 3 times since then. Just finished at a dealership and they told me that my head gasket is blown. My car is on a clock and now I have to look for a new car. $20k down the toilet. Horrendous.

I ordered a tire, came in. Originally couldn't get me in till 1st wk of July. (I was driving on a spare.) Noticed my spare had a nail, called the dealership & Aiden & Matt got me right in to get my tire fixed & swapped out, same day. this is great customer service. THANK YOU!!

We had our motor blow after many prior repairs. This time it wasn't covered by our warranty. GM did come through and paid for around 60% of a new motor for us. That was great! But we ended up waiting over 2 months and NO loaner car!! Very disappointed with that! After finally getting it back we find that the clean air intake filter wasn't replaced...it smelled awful from the burnt engine smoke. Not impressed with the little details.

2019 duramax. Brought my own oil and to have tires rotated. Tech accidentally used the shop s AC DELCO full synthetic instead of my oil. Manager apologized and said the tire rotation and oil change is free! Very very generous. Would go back again, not only because it was free but also their customer service is great. Check em out!

If I could give this dealership a lower rating, I would. Do not buy anything used from here. Even the locals didn t have anything good to say.For reference on coming up for the test drive, I worked a deal over the phone and took a 12 hour drive to look at a 2017 Silverado. Seemed like a decent deal. I asked about issues and problems and was told the engine and transmission were replaced. I asked for logs on everything done and was given nothing on 3 different occasions. I was also told there were no warning lights active on the vehicle. When I arrived I immediately noticed large scratches on the outside of the vehicle that were never repaired. Most dealerships have a rule about repairing damages over a certain amount. Not this one apparently. There were rust spots below the driver door that were much worse than expected on a vehicle with only 50k miles. I had them get it on a lift so I could inspect the truck from underneath and found deep corrosion pits on the frame. The shocks were heavily corroded as well and were going to need replaced soon. I then went on a test drive only to find TPMS warning lights popping up despite being told there were no lights. The sales guy tried to tell me they were aftermarket wheels and so they probably didn t have the sensors. This is a completely ridiculous statement considering you can install TPMS sensors on aftermarket wheels. I then went through features that were supposed to be included in the package. Wireless charging pad didn t work and I wasn t told it was an issue. This could have been an oversight had I not been told the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected. It was fairly obvious by this point no one had bothered to actually inspect anything on the vehicle. To make matters worse I even told them ahead of time that I was a mechanic and would be thoroughly inspecting the truck before committing to buy. Instead of being upfront about issues they tried to hide problems in hopes of a sale. After telling them everything I found wrong I got cornered in the finance guys office and asked if I feel cheated by this and bombarding me with ridiculous statements trying to defend themselves. I was told it wasn t intentional and they were going to have a serious talk with their service guys. But to be honest, this truck didn t seem to have ever been in the service center. If it did I was never given the logs to verify anything.Long story short, 24 hours of driving, hotel costs, cashiers check fees, vehicle rental costs and fuel bills I m out over a thousand dollars because this dealer couldn t be up front. This dealer is the epitome of what gives all dealers a bad reputation. Stay away from here or at bare minimum make sure you do a very thorough inspection of the vehicle you are purchasing. They will rip you off without hesitation. And if you are like me and find issues that exceed your allowable tolerance you will get hounded by the management staff. When a meeting occurs over this fiasco the managers are going to place blame on sales and service and take no responsibility for how poorly they are running the place. Make no mistake this isn t sales and service at fault, it is poor management.

I had a brake line leak on my Chevrolet Silverado which left me with no brakes, brake pedal went to the floor. I am not from this area but I've always had service work done at an auto dealer.I had my truck towed to Northland Chevrolet on June 21. Service told me they would get to my vehicle 'as soon as they could'. I called weekly but was told again 'as soon as they could'.I watched as vehicles came in and out of their shop obviously taking vehicles ahead of mine. I think they only do simple servicing like oil changes.Today is July 24 which means my vehicle has been sitting in their lot for almost 5 weeks.I think I have been patient enough. If you need serious work done, find another shop, this one prioritizes the simpler jobs.
