I am very impressed with the customer service Jacob Hoyt gave us! Even though we showed up right before closing , he went above and beyond making sure we had the battery that we needed and even ran some extra tests to put us at ease. He was knowledgeable, polite and happy to help. Bravo Jacob!

Always a positive experience. Can't help on return policy because they always give me the correct item, unlike some competitors. Not always the cheapest, but also not the most expensive.

Ordered a part over the phone the day before. They said it would be ready. Took an hour for them to get the parts straightened out. Same old experience at Napa.
