What a great crew! Garrett was really nice, he and Brett were working with the insurance company to get everything straightened out after my car was vandalized. They took a stressful situation and made it manageable through their actions and service. They even got it done ahead of schedule! Lyndsey is absolutely phenomenal to work with in the service department. She is honest, friendly and detail oriented. Most of all she is consistent with communication, follow ups, and knowing who you are. She s a difference maker in not going elsewhere! We had a terrible experience an expensive lesson learned, they quote us for $371 after they scanned the check engine it's a bad O2 sensor, after couple hours they called that they need more hours so they can thoroughly diagnosed the problem and it will cost us to $670 ,so we agreed just to fix the problem, so we got our car and check engine light is gone, but the next day check engine light pops again so i went to kari to inform about it but they say that we have to pay again for them to check the problem whether it's related to the job they did or not we still need to pay again and we have to wait for 2 weeks for them to do it, and i found out that the engine cover is broken and found a cigarette lighter of the engine ,so we paid $670 for the cigarette break of the mechanic, they replace the engine cover with new one but our $670 is gone, so is this what the slogan means in the commercia that says " Toyota Care" ??? They care how to RIP you off???

I went here to get a few dash light bulbs for my 2003 Toyota Matrix. They're very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to go here for the idems I need.

An Airbag recall should be easy! Long story short, 1) There is a reason people set appointments, my truck didn't move for almost 2 hours after I dropped it off. After being told 1-3 hours to complete. I called Markquart and they said 2.5 hours and have a loaner for me to use. 2) I do not like being lied to if a part is or isn't in stock. When I asked if it was there, she just looked at me like I was asking her for money. Kari Toyota service makes me not want a Toyota in my driveway. NEVER AGAIN KARI!!! I will be driving an extra 45 mins each way to get it done and I haven't experienced any brain damage from Markquarts parts or service departments as of yet.
