Friend of mine had bad battery that was still under warranty. She had a stroke and has trouble speaking. The service tech was very compassionate and helpful. She gave him her paperwork and he took care of the rest. Easy and fast.

Very helpful, Reasonable prices they buy batteries for, and they had really neat hand crafted art for sale from one of their employees.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! I knew their products came highly recommended, but it was great service too. The fellas there today got me what I needed and even lent me some tools to let me save myself from an install, including the use of a battery pack so I didn't have to reset all the settings in the car. Very satisfied customer.

Amazing staff providing excellent customer service. Justin was prompt and friendly on the phone, and knew exactly what I needed. They had very reasonable prices and stock a wide variety of products!

Excellent customer service. Purchased a battery near closing time, and gave them the wrong group size for the battery. Realized this 5 minutes after they had closed, as I was installing the new one in their parking lot.They gladly opened up for me and swapped the battery for the correct one. Not only that, but the owner came out and made sure i had everything I needed to complete the job. I had some corrosion on the terminals so the owner gave me a wire brush and allowed me to use some anti corrosion gel free of charge.He then made sure I was good to go before he left, which was a good 50 minutes after they had closed. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and the willingness to help in any way possible!Thanks for going the extra mile guys!

Had a hell of an awful time finding anyone with a decent priced battery for my broken down car. I called everywhere and not only did Interstate Batteries have a perfectly priced battery but Justin was so helpful and very nice about everything! I will never go anywhere else for a car battery!! This place ROCKS!!!!

The staff there are always helpful and knowledgeable and courteous. In an age when it's hard to get good employees, these attributes are becoming rare. Keep doing what you are doing. I believe your batteries are superior to other brands from years of experiences purchasing for both my own vehicles and for my businesses, (construction and auto rebuilders).Thanks for being there guys.

Service was just great! I brought in a pallet load of used batteries for recycling and service was very friendly, very fast, and seamless. Thanks fellas! Keep up the great service!!

They sell a quality product and have a nice retail store attached to the warehouse. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I would not go anywhere else to purchase a battery for my car, boat, ATV, Etc.

Won't warranty my 2 year old battery they say they can get it to show OK but it won't start my car @ 0� and the dealer tested it during my last service and told me the battery was weak. Do yourself a favor and go to Menards better batteries and simple warranty.

Overall very good service. I was having problems putting my battery and Jim came out to help without me even having to ask. Definitely recommend.

Horrible customer service, I get places are busy, and short staffed, but once next in-line I wish I had never even purchase a battery from Interstate, I ll be using my 1yr old $130 battery as a core at Batteries Plus today.

Everyone at the store is very helpful. They can help with a lot of odds and end stuff like making battery cables or replacing batteries in battery packs.

Went to Superior store...The guy seemed clueless...Would not warranty a less than 1 year battery....I'll never go there again...Very disappointed

Getting a replacement sucks cause store can't replace it have to go to interstate
