I was a 5 star before our latest service visit. I scheduled a recall and the annual undercoating inspection and service. The service visit was fine until the end. They took care of the recall and they found some service needed on the undercoating. They told me to schedule that with the recon department as the guy that did that work didn t work on Monday s. If 50% of my service visit can t be done on a Monday why was I not told that prior to driving 50 miles one way for my appointment? A lot of customer enthusiasm lost that day.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and was able to schedule it online which was new. Was very easy to do and had many times available. The day before my appointment they called me asking if I wanted to use valet service. They came to my house and picked up my truck and returned it when it was done. The only reason I took a star off was because on my service receipt it said that they checked all my lights and tail lights and that they all work. Well the cab taillight and license plate light I knew did not work so curious how close they inspected it. But overall I am very satisfied with their service and nice employees.

Fantastic service all the way around. Kind greeting when I walked in the door to prompt and thorough service. Great communication during the entire process. Tonja and staff were incredibly helpful. THANK YOU BENNA for making this entire experience pleasant.

The service department personnel at Benna Ford are great. Had an issue with a vehicle i purchased there. Was told to bring it in and the technicians would look at it asap. I knew it would require quite a bit of work. Asked if it was possible to get a loaner vehicle until my repairs were completed. Was not a problem and that made me a happy customer. Having purchased vehicles from Benna Ford in the past, i will continue to do so. The folks at Benna Ford have my trust!

Friendly service plus got my truck in quicky. Fixed the problem and discovered all cost covered under warranty. Lastly, provided shuttle ride while truck was in the shop. Happy with my experience!

Brought my truck in for a broken front camera, they took the truck for over a couple of days, but didn t give me a loaner vehicle so I was out of a vehicle to get to work and back so had to dig my summer car out of storage which I wasn t to happy about, also never got a phone call for when my truck was done.

Brennan was awesome! He provided transportation to and from Duluth while my truck was being repaired. Brennan kept me informed through the whole repair process while making sure the work was completed on time! The cost were exactly as I expected.Shocks, tire balance, tire rotation.2012 F350 6.7 diesel. I live in Florida.

I always thought taking your car for oil change at the dealer was more expensive I was wrong it was cheaper at Benna Ford they rotated my tires topped all my Fluids put in new air filer And used Blended synthetic oil Couldn't have been more surprised by the price of $76.00 They have a New Happy Ford Customer!
