These guys go out of their way with customer service. Got me in right away. They had a tough time diagnosing the problem, but didn't want to "just throw parts at it." Eventually figured out the problem and sent me on my way.......for a fair price! Highly recommend this place.

Dick's service and staff amazing. My son is a student at UMD and had car trouble. Being that we are 3 hours away we were at the mercy of their diagnosis and service. They were true to their word. Even took longer then expected and let him use a loaner car. Wonderful service. Appreciate their level of service!

Wow thank you! Was scared my transmission was failing on my recently bought suburban and received an email back within 5 minutes stating to give Dale a call and he would have one of the guys test drive it with the reader. Gave him a call and he fit me right in with only 2 hours of service left. I usually don't tell mechanics that I'm car savvy at all to see if they're gonna try and swindle me but these guys didn't even attempt to just cut straight through the bs and told me it's not the transmission and all the possibilities of what it could be! Very impressed super friendly and would have probably did the test drive for free if I wouldn't have had him clean my MAF. Definitely would go there again for whatever transmission or engine needs that I need done and cannot handle myself. Thank you Dale and I believe Jim!

I bought a 3000gt vr4 (one of the hardest cars to find parts for) without a working transmission. I brought it to them to check out and they did a fantastic job. Tranmission is smooth as butter and Dale kept me updated on what was going on with the car. Price was very reasonable and i have no complaints.
