Brian Lisdahl is a star! My parents have been buying all their cars with him & suggested use him as well for all my car needs- he has excellent customer service & I would recommend him to everyone! I told him what I liked, what I was looking for, how much I wanted to pay & he made it happen. From the time of test driving with Troy to going over numbers with Roger, I felt comfortable with the entire process. I would highly suggest Benna Ford to anyone. Thank you everyone for making this an enjoyable experience!

Thank you , John Toman , RJ, Dereck, Billie Suomala and the rest of the crew at Benna Ford Roush. You got me into another amazing vehicle. You guys make the transition from one vehicle to another, totally painless . Buying a vehicle shouldn't be a hassle !! Benna does a fantastic job of getting the paperwork done and getting you on the road in record time. I have been buying vehicles from them since the mid 90's and I think this is my 7th vehicle and I have yet to be disappointed. Kudos to all at Benna Ford Roush. Love, love, love the Heritage edition FX4 F150 !!

This place by far has the worse customer service in the Ford service department. We have brought our vehicle here numerous times to be fixed the right way and the issue STILL is not resolved.But all they care about is making money and not satisfying their customers. Definitely will make sure people are aware of the rude staff here and know not to come back!

Wonderful experience working with Will, even though he is a newer salesman, he was very knowledgeable about the features of the truck.. Purchased a newRam Limited.. absolutely a wonderful truck!.. I would highly recommend Will or Thad as your salesperson, neither were that obnoxious typical forceful salesman, just knowledgeable and looking for YOUR needs..thank you for the wonderful experience!

My car went in for warranty repair, after it being there for a week, I was told I didn't have the extended warranty. Only after further research, I did have the premium warranty package. I used if they needed to see our copy, no they did not, they told us we had it on file. After 2 more weeks, we called them on the status of our car and they were still waiting for the warranty company to approve it. It tookanother week to finally get the car back. The car is fixed and works well, but was very disappointed with all that we had to go through.
