I previously had the BEST sales guy. He unfortunately left, and I had a not-so-great experience with the new one I was given.When I came into Benna CDJR, I opened my mouth and my father came out (sorry, guys). The GM was not happy with me, to say the least. He even told me to take down my poor review because it wasn t true . However, Thad welcomed me with open arms and we even shared some laughs! He made my experience much better and turned my day around (even though everyone at Benna is going to run when they see me walk in from now on). Thank you, Thad, for everything!

Everyone were very polite and asked if they could do anything else for me. They told me what they did and what other things I asked them to check and what they found or didn t. Matt and Thad are thee best! They listened to what l was looking for, the payment l wanted to be at, and were very patient as l test drove numerous vehicles before deciding on "the one". Not only that, but they made the closing process very quick and easy. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for vehicle!!!

Brought my 2020 ram 1500 in because my tailgate wouldn't open. It took them two different days of looking at it for them to finally figure it out. Break in a wire above the gas tank. As you can imagine, it was expensive but Lori was my service advisor and she was able to get me a couple of discounts since it took more than a day to troubleshoot and fix. Normally dealers can be a hassle but they did better than the local shop that I normally go to.

I was in for an oil change and a warranty repair. I also had a question about a light that keeps coming on. The employees were friendly from the start, and went above and beyond to come out to my car with me to explain the light issue and show me how to fix it. Excellent service!

If I could give Brandon a negative score I would. NEVER CALLED ONCE TO UPDATE US ON OUR TRUCK our truck was on there lot for two months. We had to go to the dealership to get any knowledge of what was going on. Terrible service. Brandon didn t care and when mentioned he just said I know . Then tried to tell us they would diagnose out dead battery when they had it on there lot for 2 months, and they had to jump it and then gave it to us dead. I made them change the battery out as they fried it letting it sit there. I can t tell you how many times our truck was in before the full two months and they couldn t figure it out. Terrible terrible experience.

Car was there for 6 weeks awaiting parts/being worked on. I felt I was there a bit on the long side but feel the wait was worth it. Going on 3 weeks now and no issues. Staff was good at keeping us updated on the process

On Brandon s help a 5 star,, giving 4 stars only because they re still working on finding and fixing the problem. We bought a brand new 2022 Ram, right off the showroom floor at Eide Ram in Pine City MN. Within a couple thousand miles we knew it was a lemon. I went back to Eide to show and tell them. The guys in service didn t give two *hits on what I was saying. They didn t even have the courtesy to look up from their screens. So I took the Ram to Superior Chrysler Ram in Superior WI. What a difference! Brandon listened to me, he even humored me by feeling the soaking wet carpet, acknowledged the terrible musty moldy smell, and insulation under the carpet as being ruined. The problem isn t fixed but he s working on it and as of right now under the drivers side floor mat is solid ice from the water coming in. It s a really poor example of Ram s over $55,000.00 product. And what a difference between service departments!

I contacted Matt on a Monday about a vehicle on the lot, I just purchased it today. Matt made it so easy friendly and convenient. I d not bought a vehicle from another salesperson in almost 20 years. I ve been doing business with Superior Chrysler for almost 7 years now and I ve always had wonderful experiences working with them. That s why I keep going back and keep recommending them to friends, family and coworkers. I worked with John, who was absolutely wonderful. All the salesmen are easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ve always felt comfortable there and have never felt talked down to or pressured into anything because I m a woman (it s happened at other dealerships). I just leased a 2022 Rebel and am extremely satisfied with how the process went and how I was treated. I drive a fair distance to get to them from where I live, and it s worth every mile.
