"we'll be there in about an hour" and don't show up until almost 5-6 hours later to tow my car. The communication is almost none exitestent. My tire valves were missing when I got my cat back, my back seat was torn out and not put back in correctly, they severely overcharge for the lack of quality in service, my battery died the day after rmy car left that shop. They kept trying to say they needed to fix my brakes but it's very clearly they were just trying to get more money out of me. My brakes aren't the best but they work (they told me they didn't) and it's just. I honestly have nothing positive to say about this shop. The worst experience I've had with mechanics. They ridiculously overcharge for the "service" they do. Would not recommend this shop to anyone at all. I'm short now over a thousand dollars for a car that now has more issues than it came in with.Services: Electrical repair, A/C installation & repair

The owner spent 20 minutes making sure my brakes were ok to continue a 1,000 mile drive and charged me nothing. He diagnosed 3 minor problems for which I'd already noticed the symptoms but said they all could either be ignored or would wait for my mechanic back home. He refused my money, but said he wouldn't mind a good review online, which I'm all too happy to provide!

Fantastic experience!! Great work and pricing is very fair. HIGHLY QUALIFED TECHIANS. If you need any type of auto repair this is Definitely the go to place!!! Bill is a very nice honest person.

Very expensive, took my jeep here years ago and they charged me 1200 dollars to fix it, couple days after that it went dead and i had it towed there. they charged me 800 more...took no responsibility and my hands were tied...when they had the 20 dollar oil change it was ok but i would never have them do actual work on my car again

Excellent customer service, vehicle got all the work done it needed in a fair amount of time and they worked around my schedule so I could get in the same day with no appointment with great results, friendly staff, will definitely come back for other automotive needs.

Horrible communication. Feels like there want to get as much money as they can out of you. Been almost a month on a brake job STILL NOT DONE! maybe talk to the guy like 4 times but I ve called a good 10 times. Paid a 750 deposit and they want another 400 and the brake still don t work. They say it s old and rusty but I say misdiagnosis technician. WANT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTIONI went to 5 start automotive on Belknap got me up and going within half the time they did! Guess there workers are not obsolete! And know to how get a 30+ year vehicle back to its prime

My only complaint is they are not open on Saturday s other than that, they have been very helpful with my vehicle,and getting me back on the road as soon as possible at a decent price. I Definitely recommend.

Scott came to my work and picked up my car for an oil change. Very good customer service! I am horrible about getting oil changes so the pick up and delivery service was amazing! Belknap Automotive is highly recommended.
