Wow...and not in a good way! I'm dumbfounded where they find some of these people that work here! Went in with a spark plug from my snowmobile. I asked the guy behind the counter if they sold a hotter plug. He looked at me like it's the first time he'd ever heard that. Needless to say, he had no clue what I was talking about. I tried to explain but he didn't get it. Finally, he grabbed someone else. That just started the runaround all over again. The next guy had no clue either and started thumbing through a book. Wasn't until a big guy named Bruce came up and he knew exactly what I was saying. Why isn't he at the counter all the time? Send the other 2 nimrods to the back. Anyway, Bruce had me all taken care of in a matter of minutes! He's the only reason I'm giving my review 2 stars but he deserves 5 stars! AZ, start hiring knowledgeable people and stop trying to save money on payroll by hiring idiots!

Travis from the Superior, WI location is amazing!!! He helped me out in a tight spot and saved the day!!! He went above and beyond what is required, and I will always be so grateful to him!

The men who helped me, especially Mark, went above and beyond to make sure I'd be safe getting home. It was bitterly cold out, but that didn't stop him from taking care of my battery issue. Thank you to all of them! I strongly recommend them to all!

I recently visited this Auto Zone for the second time and boy I'll tell you they are the kindest folks. Both times I was greeted at the door and I was immediately helped. The employee at the desk even went above and beyond to print out a diagram for me to help me locate where and how to install my part. I highly recommend this location!

Staff is always friendly and helpful everytime I go there. Staff also seems knowledgeable on most minor vehicle fixes if you have question which is pretty rare. They also seem to always have the part I need everytime I call. Will always keep coming back!

The guys here are some of the nicest people around - they helped me to find what i needed when my battery went dead in the parking lot, even going out to check how it was doing. Definitely a great place to go.
