Great service, Shaun kept me informed weekly of progress. Toyota parts were on backlog but he kept on them to get necessary parts to get my SUV back on the road asap. My SUV was nearly totaled and they put it back together like almost new.

They completed the work earlier than expected and the workmanship was exceptional. As an added bonus I wasn't expecting, they vacuumed and wiped down the inside of the car. We had just gotten back from a trip and I had not had a chance to clean the car. So this was a very welcomed and pleasant surprise. I would recommend them to anyone, Looking to have somebody work done.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, they called me the day they got the info and I was able to get in right away for an estimate and then an actual appt was within a week I think! They were super friendly and even let me know about a service bulletin for my vehicle for an issue with which I was having. My vehicle was done within a week and it was beautiful and detailed when I picked it up! Location is easy to get to as well.

I cannot recommend this place enough. They did an amazing job on my car, kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and walked me through things they noticed after the repairs were done.I also have to say a special thank you as they wiped down and vacuumed out the inside of my car, including the muddy paw prints from my dog that passed recently. I hadn't had the mental strength to do it yet and I appreciate that they did.

I wholeheartedly give Superior Arrowhead auto body five stars. Sean s workmanship , expertise, great communication, clarity, and assistance with problem solving gave great support at a tough time, and a car better than when it went in. Very fair prices. The loaner vehicle helped a lot too!Highly recommended

I had a great experience with Arrowhead. I was on a waiting list at another local shop for over 6 months. I called Arrowhead and they got me into the shop in under a week. Great communication throughout the process and the repair looks amazing.

Highly recommend this shop. I had a run-in with a deer in early November. They can get you in a lot faster than the first few shops I talked with. They kept consistent communication, and the quality of the work was excellent. Vehicle is a 2016 and it looked like it brand new off the lot when I picked it up. More than one person has commented on how great it looks.

Exceptional service! I used the Superior, WI location and the staff was courteous & professional and the facilities were spotless. I had extensive damage and repairs took several weeks. Everyone at Arrowhead Auto Body were great to work with. Tim kept me up to date on my repair. The work was done professionally and completed earlier that i anticipated. I was able to leave the rental I was driving right at the shop when I picked up my vehicle. They contacted the rental place to come and pick it up.They also washed and detailed my car. The floor mats were cleaned as well. I was very impressed with the work, how I was treated, and everyone I talked to was very polite.Thank You Arrowhead! Had my 64 Impala painted from this shop. They left the job early without putting on my weather stripping and the rest of my chrome trim. I asked Chad if they could install my headliner and trim and he said not a problem. Stupid me I should have inspected the car before I gave my last payment because who ever did my headliner never put in tacking strips that go around the edges and the back sails already fell apart. I wold have to say that was a near $500 wash out. The paint job looks amazing except there was over spray on my passenger door.(Lower Area) They also left red over spray on my inside corner firewalls and the inside trunk area. The passenger door does not shut correctly I have to pull up on the door to close it. now with the valance panel and the hood they were not fitted correctly big paint scratches are deep and well noticed when I open the hood. Another thing can you please explain to me why my car took 2 gallons of red firethorn pearl paint and why I never got any back since I supplied it? as long with some touch up paint? I think my car was pushed out way to fast without inspection .. The headliner has all been taking down and done right!!! So the guy that you had do my headliner tell him next time he should use tacking strips as they are required, And for the beautiful dash they painted black diamond that looks amazing may I ask why did you not paint the other side of my glove box door? The glove box door has also been taken to a shop for fixing.. you have this beautiful black diamond dash that sparkles but when you open the glove box you see this really dull green inside door glove box (tacky) these are just small things to check over guys before telling your customer to come get his car. It's not all about the money as I paid over $12,000 for you to paint a new shell we brought in. I thought putting in my weather stripping would be part of alignment of the panels? that would be my guess. Anyways people if you have your car painted here or any other shop always double inspect the car before it leaves as photos are misleading. and I forgot to mention these guys put together all my new panels the previous year..

The team at Arrowhead Auto Body in Superior did an excellent job repairing a large dent on my vehicle. Chad was very helpful and readily available to answer questions I had. One thing I really appreciated was the weekly updates on my vehicle repairs. The team at Arrowhead got my vehicle back to me a day earlier than expected and I couldn t be happier with how it turned out. Arrowhead Auto Body repaired significant damage to my Jeep that was for a Progressive insurance claim. Overall I'm very happy with the work and service and will use their service again if needed.Pros- Good quality work. I can't tell the vehicle had ever been damaged.- Great communication and updates of the status of the Jeep.- No issues working with with my insurance company. Was super easy.Cons- I was disappointed I did not get a courtesy car per their advertisement. I inquired about one and was put on a list for forty or so days but never received one.So four stars for the great repair and service and less one for no courtesy car. I've had repairs done at other shops before that provided a courtesy car for long repairs. If not for the lack of courtesy car I'd give five stars.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Body & Trim
