Once again, bought Canyon Bakehouse GF muffins at the SP Woodmans that were very moldy when we opened them at home. Returned them for exchange to the Milw St Woodmans & found 2 more extremely moldy bags on the shelf, with BestBy dates still 4 weeks away. For the 4th time, spoke to Manager(s) on duty, who said he would contact Corporate.There is something wrong in Woodmans/Certco distribution process! Never have a problem with Canyon Bakehouse bread at Target, because they keep it frozen!Previously complained to CB corporate and rcvd coupon for 1 free bag!

My favorite woodman. Always well stocked..some prices are up but that's all over. Do need more manned checkouts because lines are long, though the people working them are generally friendly quick and efficient

We stop at Woodman's nearly every time we are near. Pricing is generally very competitive, and special ethic items are available. Two disappointments; 1. There is no store in Plover / Stevens Point area. 2. No Cafe / coffee flavored Mexican ice cream bars in stock. (We would buy in bulk, but have only seen them in an end cap cooler.)

Heard a lot of good things about this store and going for my first time I can see what some of the hype is about. Firstly it's very big which seems good but taking a deeper dive in I was unable to find much of any good produce. The onions, cucumbers, green onions, nectarines and peaches were not looking their finest so I was unable to get a few things on my list. I informed a staff about the mold and rotted fruit and they took it out of the cardboard bins. The Hispanic and Asian isles were greatly overpriced compared to other stores, I did not feel as if I was getting a good deal. And when it came time to pay I was surprised to find out they don't accept visa or american express or any other major credit card except discover (I wish this had been posted clearly in front of the store I have never encountered this). Thank God I brought cash. They also accept debit and checks. One good thing I found here was a selection of local breads that were very unique and tasty. The staff was polite and friendly and there was plenty of parking.

Great grocery store to shop at...great selections and fantastic pricing. For instance, I recently picked up a can of Pringles for $1.69, and those are typically $2:50+ elsewhere.Self checkout is available. The liquor department also has a great selection and equally fantastic pricing.Automated drones servicing the store from time to time as well.Well lit parking lot!

Being new to Wisconsin I decided to check out Woodman's so I drove a half hour and my god I've never seen anything like it!Firstly, it's open 24 hours which is great! I prefer to shop late when there isn't throngs of people. Secondly, I've never seen so many groceries under one roof in my life. It's insane! They had flavors of yogurt, frozen pizza brands etc. I didn't even know were made. Third, being as I just moved from the Northeast I was so happy to see Cabot from Vermont being stocked! I was afraid I wouldn't find Cabot out here. Fourth, the gentleman working at the registers was very nice. And lastly, the prices are incredible at least compared to what I'm used to in the NYC area.The only things I wished they had were insulated shopping bags, which would have been nice for cold items, given the half our drive home. Fortunately, it was cold enough outside that things were ok in the trunk. I can see myself driving here on occasion for things I can't find elsewhere so if I forget my insulated bags it would be nice. Also, finding someone at night that knows where things are was a challenge. I asked a few people for help and the store is so big they couldn't tell me where to find things.Anyway, I'm sure I'll be back. Definitely for Cabot products and cheese. It's quite the store!

Great store. Love the variety of items. I was especially delighted with the bird section. Even though I wish there were more in terms of toys for smaller birds. Never the less it's a great store. Everything you need can be found in one place. I was a bit baffled, though, that rice and flour were not in the same aisle.

Let's face it; you can't find it elsewhere then they most likely have it. So if you need something obscure or you just want to go shopping where the aggressiveness and rudeness of the other shoppers is to the level of intimidating, then Woodman's is the place for you. Many times I leave there feeling so sad for the nice employees after having to deal with those types of customers all day. It doesn't matter if you are only going in for one item; grab a large cart for self defense. You will need it.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Called the liquor department to verify that they had a specific beer in stock before I drove 20 minutes to get to the store. I sat on hold for 7 minutes to talk with someone although that wasn t the issue the issue was when I arrived there at 8:50 the guy wouldn t let me in to buy the 6 pack of the beer I had called in on! He just kept repeating to me over and over for 3 minutes WE ARE CLOSED when I could clearly see many ppl in the dept. he refused listen to anything I had to say at all I m not sure if he could speak English since he refused to help me and just kept repeating himself so I went over to talk with a supervisor in the main store and explained my situation to her. She then proceeded to walk me over to the liquor dept and instructed the person who was refusing to help me to let me in then he became the nicest guy in the store and proceeded to me in. I went straight to the register to ask another employee where a certain beer was located in the store since they have so many and he informed me that it would be in the 1st 2 isles. I looked and looked and nothing he then showed up to help me and that was nice but it ended up being on the back wall in a different location and by the time I found it the original guy I had dealings with found me and instructed me that I needed to leave and I could not have the beer that I finally found after searching high and low I was told that I needed to leave and they could not sell me the beer because it was now exactly 9:00 and they were closed! If this individual would of actually listened to me when I 1st arrived instead of being on a power trip I would of found the beer and purchased it and been on my merry way but instead he insisted on taking down to me and refused to help me until another manager got involved. If I have any choice to patronize any other store before this one I definitely will. I do believe they have helpful employees but this person I had dealings with tonight definitely shouldn t be working with customers perhaps he would be a better stocker or something.

I haven't been to Woodmans since I moved up to Beaver Dam last year from the Milwaukee area. I love this store and the massive variety that it offers. This location was clean and organized and because the parking lot was pretty messed up from the recent snow, they didn't want people taking carts out there. So they came up with a great system to have everyone's carts brought to the pickup area where they had staff members load up your groceries in your car for you when you pulled up in line. Very nice and convenient on a very cold day.

Always a great place to shop. I make it a point to stop in at their Liquor store while I'm in Wisconsin and just before heading back to Virginia and stock up on Leinenkugel beer since they always have a broad selection and reasonable prices. And they even have Schlitz and Old Style in long neck bottles too!

Great place had almost all the food I haven t seen a long time also great employees. The cashier Miguel was fantastic he checked are food out insanely fast unlike other stores which lead to writing this review he deserves a raise.

Beside the select CC they accept. It's fine cause they take any debit card. What about when we money poor yo haha.. Anyway it's great clean will enough light. Open 24 hrs.. I don't go during day can't speak to how busy

One of the worst experiences I have EVER had in my life with a grocery store. Ordered pickup and they gave me a bag of grapes that only had a handful of grapes and romaine lettuce with literal bugs inside. When I asked for a refund they said they couldnt credit it to the account and suggested we go in store. Went into the customer service department only to find out the worker in that area just decided to leave a whole hour early- unprompted. Appartently even the workers dont want to be there.Waste of time, gas, and money. Absolute ridiculous management and products. Do better Woodmans.

Great selection of foods and clean store. Customer service was excellent. I happen to be there when the card system was having issues. While I understand things happen.. you need to have redundancy and more than one ATM. Society nowadays doesn t carry cash as much and with most businesses going cashless especially after covid it s even worse. Knowing this has happened before is even more of a reason to have a better backup plan.

A lot of products are great/good prices... but since you guys buy in bulk it's hard to get QUALITY over quantity for woodmans rather than costco being able to sell most/all of everything. Still love the store and would choose it over Costco. Overall I still love woodmans and thank you guys for the hard work

Their website is very helpful for planning visits with a great shopping list tool. Stores are well stocked and clean. Typically with good prices and availability. Very satisfied!

Absolutely horrible customer service all around. I had an oil change done and they didn't properly attach my access panel and it came completely off as I was driving down the highway. The oil changing center manager is the one who did this. He then told me that I would be refunded for the part after I took it into the dealership to be replaced. The other store manager was then supposed to give me a call back and never did so I had to call there again. The manager Tyler told me there was nothing he could do about it. That's absolutely ridiculous! I then called the corporate office and the lady I spoke with also said they couldn't do anything but I could talk to another person. She transferred me and of course I had to leave a message so I'm STILL waiting to hear back! I would NEVER recommend getting an oil change there!Update: The manger Luis who made this mistake had told me if I brought in a receipt after I got the access panel replaced, they would refund me for it. The corporate lady told me that he said he never told me that!! such a horrible experience!

Why wouldn't you do all your grocery shopping at Woodman's. Overall the best prices! They might not have Latte Grande bar, but they have everything else, including the best prices on groceries!

I love Woodman's been a customer and been going there for 20 or More years there selection is basically unbeatable, they have all sorts of produce, product of all sorts, chip galore, different nationality foods and spices, there deli area is huge, tons of registers and self check outs as well, always been great with returns, they do a great job all around and always love going there and glad to shop there with and without my family I have now, gone there since I was little and now take my own family there to share the old memories love it.

Excellent variety of products, specially food sensitivity issues.But, customer service, specifically baggers, are untrained in bagging delicate items like fruits and veggies. My bananas almost always get heavier items piled on top of them. Squishing them.

Great prices! Very clean. Nice, massive store, but I personally it found too large (only because because of the vast selection, which causes me to wander a bit more than usual). ;)

This is the best grocery store which carries the beat of produce, bakery and other groceries. The liquor section is super with a huge variety of products of every range.

I seem to find a lot of expired food on the shelves. I just bought 6 yogurts on Jan 20th but they expired on Jan 11th. This is not the first time and I'm sure won't be the last. I guess I need to check my own dates.

I bought something that is expired...again. They really need to be more on top of thier expiration dates..Watch dates yourself here because they do not.

We were in the neighborhood so we just decided to get gas at Woodman's. In Milwaukee area the Woodman's gas is even up to twenty cents cheaper than other stations. In Madison area in was the same as other stations.

Price discrepancies are awful!! During checkout tonight I noticed that shelf prices are not being honored, once is a mistake, but at least 3 times in one cart? The 2 for $1 I picked up 8 and was charged almost $16!! This has been my store for years, and seeing this tonight was disappointing, as I am a late night shopper, and service desk was unmanned and the one worker seemed busy, I just left with my groceries that I overpaid for. No picture for the other big one I noticed but water Joe had a sign for $6.99 or 2 for $12 and rung up $7.49

Woodmans is a lovely store! There just an issue with the quality of fruits and veggies here, I can t even think to purchase them. The grapes are ALWAYS molded, and that s just one example. So yeah, hopefully one day produce here will become better quality.
