Customer Service was awful, depends which employee you go to. Should've waited for the one in the white tag instead since the employee that I was with was unprofessional, talked very quiet and had to keep repeating the same question after I already gave the answer, also kept taking up the wrong parts. Plus brought the keyboard to the other employee while they're helping someone just to type something in which I found disrespectful, would not recommend the one in dreads if you're trying to find your parts correctly.

Shawn (I think) was excellent. There was a bunch of folks waiting for assistance and he greeted all of them and handled them in an efficient way. Great service!

I came into O'Reilly today having a very difficult time with my truck. I just left from having my vehicle serviced, so I was lost as to what could possibly be wrong. Sarah came outside and assisted me with figuring out the problem (I was extremely low on oil). And I was checking it all wrong. Not only did she show me how to check the oil, but also how to add oil. Although I was quite embarrassed, she assured me that I was okay, and that she was there to help. She even provided a referral for a good mechanic! What could've been a horrible Saturday, ended up being perfect. Thank you for helping me! I'm so grateful.

Purchased a car battery with a 3 year warranty from this location. It died on the very last day of the warranty. I went to get it replaced but my purchase wasn't registered in their computer system so I had to pay for a new one. I went somewhere else!

I had an icon pop up on my dashboard last night after work so called them and they helped me run a diagnosis check on my car for free and were very informative and kind and understanding I will be back to visit if i need more they were awesome !!!

Todd at your Sun Prairie Store was amazing. I cannot begin to tell you how greatful I am for his amazing Customer Service at the Sun Prairie location!!!!!!I came into your store in tears. I had an awful experience at another auto part store. The person there was so rude and awful. He quoted me for a battery and I left. I could not justify giving this place any of my money!When I came into Autozone Todd was patient and understanding. He quoted me a price that was half of what the other place did. He put my battery in and talked to me with respect.I can not tell you how much this meant. Thank you to Todd for his amazing customer service. I went into work singing his praises. I work with all women and we all talked about how going to deal with car issues is so stressful. They all said they were making sure they keep AutoZone in mind.Thank you

Very helpful, ran diagnostic and only 1 spark plug and coil were not firing.Bpught plugs at O'Reilly and coils somewhere else.Also installed new air filter,essentially just did maintenance, runs great now.Jackson is the man to see.(I have only ever given 5 stars 3 times)

I m not great with words so bare with me. I do not have enough good things to say about John at the Sun Prairie location. Our Prius battery super died (could not recharge) less than a year after purchasing it. John assured me that it was likely covered under warranty and recommended I bring it in, also letting me know that they could test a few other things too, to help me find out what might have killed the battery.I couldn t get to the store until 7 pm. It wasn t the coldest of nights, but it was still pretty cold. John was immediately helpful, friendly, and supportive. My car is a hybrid with the 12V located in the back end, and not the easiest thing to remove. It was dark, it was icy/slippery, it was cold, and it took way longer than expected. At no point did John complain or act frustrated. He was absolutely wonderful and so helpful and patient. He eventually got the battery removed. It tested bad and would be replaced for free. So, again, John heads back out to my car, with the cold and the ice, to put in my new battery. It took some time, but he was as pleasant and steadfast as ever.The car situation was very stressful overall and could have been made so much worse if any of the people I had to work with had been negative in any way. Fortunately, everyone that I interacted with in that store was super nice and did their best to be helpful. I know I can t do more for John than give him a good review, but I sincerely hope the store does something to acknowledge what an excellent customer service representative he is.

My check engine light came on in my vehicle on a weekend, so I stopped in to see what was wrong. There was a young kid that helped me out. Very respectful and helpful. I wish I had gotten his name. (Dark brown, curly, maybe close to shoulder length, hair.) I would come back to this establishment.

I just needed a windshield wiper this time. The first wiper purchased here didn't agree with my car, despite being the right size. The employee on my first visit and on my return visit later that day were both very accommodating. I got an engine check code verified too, very quickly, which was appreciated since I had a long distance trip the next day.

The people were not very friendly. I was there on a personal matter to speak to my son who works there. I was in and out of the store several times inquiring when he might be back from a delivery. After an hour and a half I was finally told that he had left for the day just before I had initially arrived. It would have taken any one of those employees a very minimal amount of effort to get that information to me right away. I wasn't spending money or there for any business matter so it seemed like they just didn't care. (This was my only option to see my son as I have no phone number or contact information for him as we have been estranged for several years.)

Outstanding customer service. Went in today for an oil filter and oil. The gentleman looked up the right filter for my car and grabbed it for me (because gook luck finding the serial number otherwise). Ended not buying it because they didn't have the type of oil I was looking for but It's refreshing seeing people who care about their customers and will drop whatever they are doing to help you. Will definitely be back.

Spoke with 2 different staff members to order a simple gasket (timing cover gasket set) for my vehicle. I got put on hold 4 times with eveytime having to explain what part i needed it and what kind of car was it. On the 4th time i hung up and called and spoke to 1 person and purchased my part from Autozone. Staff that listen to customer needs are needed at this location. Stoughton road location is a much better location to deal with.

I cannot express how thankful I am to Keith at the Sun Prairie, WI location. My boyfriend was on the path to replacing every single part in his vehicle, trying to find a solution to his problem. He took it to two different mechanics who were stumped and also tried fixing himself. Keith just happened to know what the problem was, and that it was fixable with a $4 part. The amount of stress he relieved was HUGE! There have been a lot of various struggles for us lately and finding a quick, easy and cheap resolution to this one was monumental. Keith was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care. I'm sure he didn't think he did anything special, but he really did. And it really made a difference for us. I'd like to sincerely thank him. What a great guy!!

I went to a dealership to have someone check out my check engine light but they couldn't because none of their service people were there so I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts. I was extremely happy to have someone promptly help me out in not only figuring out the engine issue but also providing me with the parts needed and almost a complete walk-through on how to install the parts. I saved a few hundred dollars because of the helpfulness of the O'Reilly Auto Parts staff. I will definitely be going back for future car care needs.

Very helpful, knowledgeable friendly staff found parts in stock for my 2001Honda CRV on Memorial Day and had them ready when I arrived. ALSO found qt size HONDA power steering fluid which no one else carries and a few other items. Store is Clean, brightly lit, large and well stocked, liw prices.

Today sucked until i walked into o'reillys. Cole had me laughing an smiling. He had my parts ready to go in minutes and even double checked to make sure they would work for my car. I left in a better mood and with what I needed. Best customer service thank you!!

Would get five stars if they offered better quality parts maybe one's made in America. Had to return a rotor that was wobblely right out of the box; it was new! But none the less service is always great and so is basic selection of vehicle maintenance products.

I went in for a burned out headlight and they immediately told me I needed to buy two because the other one would burn out any time now. I explained that I replaced the other one just a few weeks ago. They continued to try and sell me two. Then at checkout they wanted me to buy headlight grease. I declined and continued to push me into buying it. The experience was too pushy for me to want to go back there.

Love O'Reilly's!! I must admit I was in advance Auto parts customer, but that has all changed thanks to the customer service at O'Reilly's. Nikki (I think is her name) helped me on the part that I did not even buy there. I appreciate that to no end and for that I will definitely be bringing my business to O'Reilly's

The closing guy tonight was outstanding. We called 5 mins to closing time and he was able to get us a hose to replace the leaking heater hose as a temporary fix so we could get home. He also stuck around and waited to make sure everything worked ok and we were able to get back on the road... don't know your name but would come back for your service again.. thanks again

These guys deal with a lot of stupid people who go in there not knowing what they want and not knowing anything about what's wrong with their vehicle expecting them to know and be able to diagnose and sell them the parts and tell them how to put the parts on. So if you ever go into an auto parts store and it feels like the cashier is giving you a little bit of attitude it's not necessarily because they're in a bad mood it's just that they're waiting for the next stupid question to come their way LOL.with that being said I was expecting a bit of attitude from the cashier and didn't get any so I was happily surprised and decided to fill out a review for them.
