I was beyond impressed by the quality of service I received at this location. I had an oil change, transmission flush, windshield wipers replaced, headlight replaced and bearings replaced in both front tires. It took about 3hrs. which means I was able to get my car back the same day. The receptionist was nice and friendly. Whenever I need anything done on my car this location is where I m going to take it. Thank you guys for being incredible.

Avoid this shady place. I took my vehicle in for a standard oil change. The technician who performed the oil change did not cap the oil properly, so all the oil drained out and the engine seized up. Meineke offered to put in a similar engine free of charge which they should have done. However, the engine they put in was nowhere near the quality or standard it should have been. The engine they put in was very loud and clicked and leaked oil. I took it to several other businesses for oil changes after that, and they notified me of the issues with the engine. I contacted Meineke about the issues and they were adamant that nothing else could be done. So, after a few years of driving this junky engine around, the engine overheating, leaking oil, clicking, etc. The engine finally seized up again. I contacted corporate and all they could tell me is that it was past their 12,000 mile/12 month warranty and there was nothing else they could do. So, they ruined my engine on a basic oil change and now refuse to do anything more about it and now my vehicle is totaled. I would never take my vehicle here for an oil change or any service for that matter.

Do not go here for only an alignment. They will charge $65 extra for a "suspension check" even if the car had just been inspected. They must deal with this a lot and they refute by saying "it's part of the package". Go anywhere else and pay half the price. They also didn't provide the laser alignment sheet to take with which defeats the purpose of seeing the change and results.

Had my tires rotated and had 2 new rear tires put on. Great service. Great environment. 10/10 highly recommended. they will make sure they will take care of your vehicle like it's there own.

I did not bring my car for service at Meineke. They somehow got my email address and now keep spamming me with surveys and review requests even after I ve reported to them that I did not have them service my vehicle. Doesn t give me a lot of confidence.

Very dissatisfied with problems with my last car problem and they were very rude about it. Been going to them for years maintenance work this time had to go to the dealership and the dealership has told me work that was neglected being checked with the maintenance work required for my car all these years that was never once mentioned to me by Meineke. Replacements normal wear and tear on car and a lot of services way past due since none was mentioned to me that these things were needed like ever. Won't ever be trusting them with any vehicle I have ever again. They just lost a long time customer. Doing an inspection every time checking everything with everytime I need services on my vehicle done. No they didn't. And how my car was when I got things fixed at the dealership proved that. Had my car for 5 years and used Meineke for 4 years. Never again.

Trustworthy and zero pressure environment. It's also a one-stop shop for everything my car needs. It's a relief to not have separate appointments for repairs, tire rotation, oil changes, etc. So happy I found this Meineke!

The price used to be ~$40 for semi-synthetic oil and it included a tire rotation. Now they only offer fully synthetic oil and just the oil change was $80. Even though their website says the tire rotation was included, they charged me an extra $20 for that. When I pointed this out to the worker, he told me the website was wrong and there was nothing he could do about it.Have been getting my oil changed here for over a decade and had numerous other car maintenance services done here as well. After my most recent visit, I ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Very fast oil change & great job on it. I asked them to do a 19 point inspection for a children's drive service (which they did last year for me with no problems). It is much less than what uber requires. Originally they said yes, they would do it. I was later told it was $149! I told them it's not as difficult as they are making it & tried to explain. At any rate, they wouldn't listen to me. I ended up taking it down the road to Jiffy Lube. It took a max of 5 min. while I watched them go through every step. Jiffy Lube refused to charge me as it was so quick. Seems ridiculous that you would have charged $149 for the same exact thing.Disheartening since I've spent quite a bit having my front & back brakes done here. Also, I've sent both of my kids there with their car issues several different times.The customer that came in prior to me didn't have an appt. You guys set her up to run a scan for her check engine light & check/fill her tires free of charge. Seems like the few things she had done would take about 5 min. or more... mine just under 5 min. The reason I came to you is because the service I drive for suggested taking it to the mechanic & garage I go to the most and usually they will do it for free. Other places around the area (who I haven't done business with) would charge $19. When I told your girl that, she said "then take it to a place that charges $19". Obviously it's more convenient to have it done while I'm in your shop getting a oil change.

They charge reasonable prices and are very knowledgeable when it comes to car repairs!! Furthermore, they actually fixed a problem I was having with the Evaporative Emissions Control System (causing Check Engine Light to come on); they fixed the problem without charging me for the repairs. Great shop there in Sun Prairie!!!

Was scheduled to drive 8 hrs home on Saturday after the holidays and found Friday I had a dead battery. Based on the car I have it had to be professionally replaced. Meinke squeezed me in between appointments vs not being able to get into the dealership for service until Dec 6th.

Popped a tire on my drive home. Called first thing Monday morning and they were one of the only places that could get it replaced with an alignment asap so I could get back to life. Friendly staff and quick

I really appreciate the friendly and competent customer service at Meineke! I had tire repair done professionally and quickly previously, and just had my brake work done after hearing noises coming from the back while braking. Stopping by their shop late in the day, I was able to get an appointment for early the next morning to get a free inspection. After the inspection, I was quoted a reasonable price to replace the rear brake calipers and pads on my 2016 Explorer, and they were able to get it done that day. The final price was as quoted, with no surprises.

I've had my oil changed here several times. Front desk staff very nice and accommodating. However, this is the 2nd or 3rd timethat I've gotten home and had oil dripping all over my concrete driveway. Old oil drips / pools into the truck frame and they don't bother to clean it up.

Fast service. Expensive. When they gave me price quote I thought it was for all four brakes. It was only for rear two brakes. I should have confirmed that I guess. Bill and his team are straightforward with no high pressure sales. The team will inspect, inform and educate a customer on the purpose of the repairs and advise of the most critical work to be done if you are in a pinch with finances. Most repairs are done within a day (w/ a scheduled appt). I have been going to the Ironwood location in Sun Prairie for well over ten years, having many different services performed and will continue to do so. If you re looking for a quick turnaround, with satisfactory work, at a competitive price, call this location.

I only trust Meineke to service my 13 year SUV for all repairs and upkeep including oil changes and tire rotations. I choose Meineke because they always give me top notch customer service and their communication and guidance during the inspection process is excellent.

I went here to take advantage of their tire installation special they were advertising, bought 4 brand new EXPENSIVE Continental tires, had them mounted and balanced, warrantied, and 4 wheel alignment (total cost of just under $1,500.00!). After installation, on my drive home, I got about half mile away when my traction and stabilitrak warning lights lit up on my instrument guage. My steering wheel was also misaligned. I immediately returned to Meineke, where they tried to diagnose the problem and were unable to before closing time. I had to drive my truck the way it was, and return to Meineke the next day for them to further diagnose the problem. It turns out that a technician did not follow procedure for the alignment, so they had to do another alignment which fixed the problem. They did not charge me for the diagnoses or realignment. However, I will not trust them again, so they lost a repeat customer.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

Ive brought my work vehicle in to the staff at Meineke in Sun Prairie several times now and each time i left feeling taken care of. Something I know from having run an auto shop in the past is how different the experience can be for a commercial account compared to a normal account. The staff here has always treated me and the work truck with great care and concern. I would recommend them for honest and timely work on anyone's vehicle, personal or business.

Always a good experience. Between my husband and myself we have been here 3-5 times within the last 6months, all for different reasons. Fair rates and very accommodating. The fact they accept our Synchrony Card is also a VERY BIG PLUS.

A very professional front desk Assistant. She told me to come back in twenty minutes for an appointment to have my issue addressed . Twenty minutes later my car was in the garage and returned fixed in 30 minutes and parked outside for pickup. Delighted with the entire process .

Fantastic customer service. Very prompt and courteous. I was traveling through town when my brakes had an issue. It was 4:30 on a Friday afternoon and they took the time to help me get back on the road. I called 8 other places and no one else would get us in on short notice.
