Didn t paint part of damaged area. When talking to multiple estimators from another shop, they said it would have to be fixed if I had taken it to them as it was caused by the collision. The area they did paint is cracking after not even a month and was very poorly done. Didn t give one star because they finished the vehicle faster than estimated. Would not recommend.

Gerber does a fantastic service. I've had to use a body shop 2x in the last year. After choosing Gerber the first time, there was no question where I was going if i ever needed work again. Great job!

Just had my SUV serviced here for damage to my front bumper and fender. Did an awesome job and the techs kept me in the loop during repairs. Would recommend this auto repair shop. Also, can't go wrong with lifetime warranty.

Mid-March 2017 evening I squeezed into a tight parking spot in a parking garage downtown close to a concrete pole to meet friends for dinner. When leaving I forgot that my car was parked close to the concrete pole, the driver side and front end got smashed as I backed my car out of the parking spot. It was the weekend, so I had to wait to file the claim. I called Monday AM and was told to bring my car to have an estimate done at Gates Collision in Sun Prairie. I made an appointment on Wednesday afternoon (my first available time on my part) to get in.I am a Realtor so having a working vehicle (and preferably not damaged) is imperative to me. Gates was able to coordinate with my insurance company to start work on my damaged car, right away. A rental car arrived at the Gates location after I gave them my keys. Gates called to update me during the process. I was thrilled that my car was completed and looked like new! Their customer service was great and even stayed open a minute or two past closing time, so I could pick up my sunglasses and sign that I left in the rental.I would highly recommend Gates Collision Center to anyone who might have a mishap with their vehicle. In my professional career the customer service, turnaround time and process were thumbs up!

My experience couldn't have been smoother. Daniel was very up front with cost and time and didn't miss on either. I felt like my car was being serviced by a "mom and pop joint". I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience. My claims adjuster told me she booked my appointment and as it turns out, she did not. When I came to drop off it car, Stephanie was so nice and understanding. They took my car and I was in and out quickly. My repair was done the next day! I came to pick it up and was in and out quickly, once again. Everything was quick, easy, and my repair is flawless. Everyone working at this location is personable and friendly. Hopefully I do not need collision repairs again but if I do, this is my go-to location.

Sun Prairie did a wonderful job on my vehicle. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs that needed to be done, the timeline, and getting me into a rental vehicle seamlessly. Even when my vehicle wouldn't be done on time, I knew precisely why and was kept in the communication loop at all times. The staff simply wanted every detail finished correctly! All of the staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs. Thanks Gates!

My husband hit a deer and we had to take our car into Gerber. They were very helpful in answering all the questions and all the stuff I have talked to were all helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with our recent service at Gates. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our vehicle was fixed within 4 days, we had to replace our front bumper. We also used the payment assistance plan which worked out smoothly and allowed us to pay for the repair in a timely fashion without going broke.

I visited Gates a couple months ago after I got in an accident. I was hesitant about getting my car fixed because I didn't have the money to pay my deductible, but Gates told me they had a deductible assistance program that allowed me to make small payments on my deductible monthly. I was very impressed with how easy the process was, they worked side by side with my insurance and I didn't have to do anything. They provided me a rental car and called me when my car was finished. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place for collision repairs!

Located right off of Hwy 12 so it's easy to find. They replaced our windshield. They even took the time to save our state park sticker from our old windshield. We were very grateful. Great customer service and reasonable prices!

Logan at Gates auto in Sun Prairie was absolutely awesome! Excellent service and very friendly. The labor for my repair was very quick so Logan took the liberty of washing my car and also checking the tire pressure. This will be my #1 place to go to for any repair in the future. Highly recommend!

I ended up being sent to Gerber by my insurance company. I didnt catch the gentleman's name that helped me. He was above and beyond. He made sure that the mechanic came out to make sure it was safe, he put extra detail in ensuring he has the right version of the parts for my car model. He also explained everything as clear as he could for me. I am beyond impressed and look forward to the fix. I am almost sure it will be almost perfect.

Both Quincy & Logan are awesome! I just went in for an estimate, as my neighbors rooster decided to perch on the hood of my car and do a tap dance! Logan took it to the garage and instead of an estimate, he buffed out all the rooster scratches!! Who does that anymore? He knew my neighbor didn't have any "rooster insurance", so he did both if us a favor! Awesome & and superb customer service!

Had minor bumper reflector damage. Had received two estimates prior to Gerber for +$300. Gerber estimate was just over $100. Work was done very next day (while I waited.) Complete within the hour and final bill was actually $69. This business is full of integrity and professionalism. Unfortunately, getting back to me 1/2 hour after the proposed time is useless information. The trip to Gerber was useless and the receptionist was uncaring. This has resulted in loss of business from a local business. Gerber had plenty of time to get back to me (this was not done at 4pm) and I received a message at 10:29 AM that they would not be able to set up a 10 am appointment. I called another highly rated shop that told me to come right in and was very professional and courteous. Do not think about going to Gerber if you want your vehicle treated with care.

I went to Gates Collision in Sun Prairie today with some scratches on my bumper and representative Logan could not have been nicer! He said I said he could make them look 90% better right away and swish, swish, wipe, wipe and voila' ! It was! Barely noticeable!Since this is a plastic bumper and will not rust, we have plenty of time to do the restorative repair to make this 100% back to factory standards.We will definitely return to Gates Collision Center for any body work done in the future!

i dont suggest this place if your not going threw insurance. i was just wanting to get a new front and rear bumber for my ram black from chrome they estimated the parts alone would be little over 1600 the labor proce of little over 300 was fine but the parts i can buy from ram the front for 180 and rear for around 250 they marked up the parts a ton i called ram they said they would mever sell there parts that high. but if ur goinf threw insurance there a good place i fixed my other car camry threw them and was done beautiful work. review is just saying they will mark up there parts on you so be watchful

Don t even know where to start. My car was hit by a semi truck while parked, I had it towed there even tho it was driveable. First, they valued the car at literally %50 of its value and tried telling the insurance agency that it was totaled and then lied to me and blamed the insurance lady (who was very nice and agreed that it was not totaled). Then they ordered all my parts needed and then returned them for no reason delaying my repairs by 2 weeks (again blamed it on the insurance company), then they gave me probably 5 total false finishing dates and I still don t even have my car, all that was damaged was a fender, front bumper and a headlight and a couple internal components under the corner of the bumper (no intercooler, transmission, or engine damage). Whenever you call them with a question, they answer it with as few words possible and with as little info as possible so they can t be held accountable for anything, this behavior even extends up to the manager of the store. Over 2 weeks since I signed papers allowing them to work on the vehicle and they still use the lame excuse that they are waiting for parts ... I cannot explain how badly I wish that I had picked a different body shop, learn from my mistake please ladies and gentlemen. If I was paying out of pocket for this and wasn t being covered by the semis insurance I would be absolutely furious. They need new management bad.

Excellent work and Customer Service. They went above & beyond to assist me with obtaining a rental while they were working on my vehicle and replacing my car battery that died while they were repairing it. Thank you Brian for all your assistance!

I had hail damage repaired last year. Drivers side seat belt would not funtion when I picked it up. Rear center seat belt would not funtion as well. This spring had water damage on headliner. Found out that the roof rails had not been reinstalled correctly after the repairs, causing the water damage.NOT HAPPY!After posting this they worked extremely hard at making it right and corrected any problems I may have had.HAPPY NOW!

Friendly place , got everything accomplished to drop off my vehicle within 15 minutes, they also setup my rental vehicle and they (enterprise) came and picked me up.Overall great place !!
