Huge shout out to the Sun Prairie Costco tire shop crew!!We experienced a flat tire on the interstate as we were heading home to Illinois.Garrett, Dee and others who were working 08/07/23 were so gracious to fix our tire even though it was right at closing time. They turned what could ve been a long, stressful night into a 30 minute delay .we re proud Costco members and want this warehouse to know they have great service in the tire shop! Thanks so much guys for getting us back on the road safely!

I have to wait for my 4 new tires replacement and sensors replacement that hey initially mentioned. Front one not working. They came back to me saying to change all four sensors and charged $185. The service person at Sun Prairie costco didn't had info they took extra time. I have to stay at cost costco fro. 10 AM To 2 :20 pm to just got service done after planning a service schedule 2 weeks before. I was not happy on the response I received.

Great service, ordered the tires I wanted online and they were shipped directly to the store. Store worked with me to speed up my install as the tires arrived early, got right in at my appointment time and they finished when they said they would. Very pleased not just for the $200 savings over other area tire places but service was excellent!

Went in today to have tires put on my truck. Was given the estimate of 1hr 15min. After waiting for 1hr 45min, I still hadn't received a call. I went up to the desk to be told they are working on it and it would be ready in a few minutes. My truck was finished over 2 hours past the time I arrived (45 minutes past estimate). Was told my lug nuts were swollen so they couldn't get the wheels off (technician was using wrong size socket - apparently don't have the right one?). Overall a very frustrating experience, and certainly didn't leave me feeling like the staff was well trained.

AMAZING SERVICE, 10+++/5! I had no idea what I was doing when I came in, they were very helpful finding the right tires for me and even called me while I was shopping to update my on the process. Turns out I didn't need as many tires as I thought. It was so nice being in a situation where I felt like the staff were looking out for my best interests. They even called me afterwards to remind me to come in for my torque check (which I forgot to do). Overall amazing service, reliable, efficient, pleasant and would definitely come again!!

I'm on a road trip from Idaho and got a flat tire near here. I went in right as they opened to see if they could fix it, but because I didn't have an appointment, the guy said that they probably couldn't get it done today. So buy tires from Costco only if you are able to schedule when and where you get your flat tires. I went to the Discount Tire down the road instead, and I'll be buying from my local Discount Tire the next time I need tires.

I have never seen a company own their mistake like this place did. The wrong tires were ordered, they were going to show up a week later than they were supposed to, and the right ones were even more expensive.Eric and the other guys at the tire center moved mountains to make things work for me, and I am very grateful. They moved things around, they found me the right tires. And they provided me some complimentary food to make up for the inconvenience. That s the kind of company that I trust to work on my car. 100% recommend this place, they re people and they make mistakes, but they own them and make up for it.

Got new tires installed and have an issue with one of my tires. They are under warranty but I ve been calling them for the past week and they do not answer their phones. Good luck to you if you need assistance AFTER you pay for your services.

So glad they have self serve tire air pumps. I had a low tire pressure while shopping and was worried about it. Took about 10 minutes from start to finish, easy as pie! Despite the cold, may I say.

Super fast, very friendly and efficient.Tires were ordered online - they called into advance the appointment I scheduled. I arrived on time - job was done in 30+ minutes.

Their wheels have life long structural warranty. Good service. Good deals on branded tires from time to time.

I believe Costco is the best place to buy your tires and rims customer service as well as price cannot be beaten by anybody except one place and that would be Weber tires in East Bristol those guys knock it out

Came in for a patch on one of my tires. Only cost around $12. There was one vehicle ahead of mine and I got my car back within about half an hour.

Left with more problems than I came withI truly believe they just wanted to empty my wallet and they did just that while I had the most terrifying drive of my life filled with all kind of vibrations and hums

During the install a tpms sensor broke. Service took care of this. Very professional and prompt with helping resolve. Unfortunately this was not cought until later in the evening although.

The people here are super friendly and helpful. Great prices too, but check in appointment online before hand, as it fills up fast.
