Charlie the dog was my favorite part. But from the shuttle service, customer service, time taken to discuss options, I was impressed the whole time. I also really appreciated the inspection report complete with pictures and level of attention needed for each recommendation. I also have never called a mechanic and been able to get my car looked at the very same day. I will definitely be coming back.

On going problem since vehicle purchased little over a year ago, dealership never resolved. .New spark plugs needed.Highly recommend Christian Brothers. Third time I've utilized their services between 2 cars. Professional, friendly, informative and of integrity. Have a courtesy shuttle. The " operator", Kris, (owner/manager) has been in the industry over 20 years. (The real " boss" is Charlie - the cutest little critter). Service was completed in a day with periodic updates. Received a follow-up call the following day to see if I had any additional questions. (on a side note - only disappointment was they had cookies that day and I missed getting the last one - maybe Charlie?) Thank you Christian Brothers.

Get a second opinion before you do repairs here. They have great service, but way over exaggerate what your car needs. Incredibly high labor costs.Brining my car in for just a small leak, they recommended over $4000 in repairs, each one they stressed they recommend I do. I took it to a mechanic shop I trusted who fixed what was needed to be fixed for a couple hundred, and then inspected all of the other recommended fixes from this place, none of them rose near to any level of safety concerns or repairs. A tiny bit of sway in 1 tire rod turns into Christian brothers asking to replace all your tire rods for $2,000Very nice people, their car ride service is awesome in a pinch. If you have excess money to completely optimize your car go here, If your an average person, take your car somewhere else, or get a list of service recommendations from this place and then get a second opinion, and likely any other mechanic can do it far cheaper

Very efficient and reasonably priced oil change! In and out in about 30 minutes. There was also an awesome dog that let me pet him as he sat on my lap, and they gave me a free and delicious handmade cookie before I left. Great people!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Thank you Christian Brothers for taking my car at such short notice and checking my car for other urgent issues. You can tell when calling in to request a service that they are willing to help. Customer service was great and the dog Charlie was even better. Will be back very soon. Please keep this positive energy going!

My experience was excellent. They are extremely nice and informative gave me updates every step of the way. I had an oil change, windshield wipers replaced and a four wheel alignment. They had me in and out and less than 90 minutes for my appointment time.

Friendly customer service and good communication. I received a very informative sheet regarding my vehicles condition with small descriptions of each individual issue which made it easy to understand. Cute dog and good cookie when I went to pick my vehicle up too. Good experience.

I am happy with the service they provided. What I did really really like are the pictures they sent me with my diagnostics and estimate. This car is my daughters first car, she's 17. so of course the car being older and used, I knew was going to need service. And they give urgent needs, and recommended needs. So through her first car journey, they were very helpful so she can get the repairs needed.

I needed an all wheel alignment. Price was very reasonable. Took about an hour. Everybody was very courteous and friendly at Christian Brothers automotive Center. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Easy experience and helpful. Appreciated the free shuttle. I went in for a concern of a belt and I appreciated their full diagnosis as they found other urgent needs of attention. They were able to complete all urgent repairs in one day which I was grateful as my income is dependent on having a functioning vehicle. Appreciated the information for future repairs to consider as well.

I live out of town, Green Bay in exact, and they did an amazing job helping me get my car running so I could get home! The staff is awesome and explains everything. Highly recommended! Thank you Christian Brothers!

Kris the franchise operator has made this shop my go to. It's clean, the staff is knowledgeable, they have awesome snacks and a super cool shop dog named Charlie. They never pressure you into services and understand that you might not be able to afford all suggestions at once but let you know what to do priority wise to keep you and your vehicle safe. I also really liked the 3D diagnostic print out they provided me. I recommend them to lots of people.

Very impressed with not only the level of service but the entire experience. They were kind enough to special order a certified original filter for my vehicle and were able to receive and complete the oil change the next day. Highly recommend!

Would rate 0/5 if I could, over priced, shoddy workmanship, we have brought my wife s truck to this establishment multiple times thinking we had found a good auto repair shop and we were happy with the services provided until recently where a part that needed to be replaced on my wife s truck required a water tight seal to be installed as part of the replacement, we found out later when that seal failed they had not used a new seal for the repair and instead used the old seal because used replacement parts don t come with new seals, I m no mechanic, but I know enough to know NOT to re-use a water tight seal. We brought this concern to the front desk as we d essentially paid for double labor and if we were told the old seals were going to be used, we d have happily paid for new ones, but we got charged for the SAME labor when the actual part got replaced, we contacted the local office, they didn t care one bit and told us that s how it s done we contacted the corporate office and radio silence so far. Never again! Save yourself the headache and go to Midas or Firestone or something.

I love and trust Christian brothers. I feel I can trust them, they are professional and send photos. You also get free roadside assistance with some services! They are realistic about what needs to be done versus what could be done.

Went there for the first time for an oil change and was blown away of how good they were to me and my car! They have good prices and gave me all the info I need to make decisions regarding my car! Would definitely recommend to anyone that need their car looked at!

My girlfriend's 2014 Mazda 3 went into limp home mode near the Christian Brothers last week so she brought it them to diagnose and repair. As I suspected, a coil and plugs needed replacement. For $148 they gave her a diagnostic sheet that showed $2500 in repairs needed including over $400 for one coil and $713 for the coil and plugs. $230 for a serpentine belt replacement. A failed ABS/speed sensor for CB to replace at $260 and so on. The issue is the price gouging to a female. I called my mechanics at a big shop on the west side and these three repairs above were $765 for parts and labor versus Christian Brothers $1200 for the same. Nearly double for just these three. That is not remotely reasonable. Therefore, I was motivated enough to pull my car hauler 40 miles to CB, pay their $148 diagnostic fee and take her Mazda 3 to my shop on the West side to only fix what is necessary at a reasonable price. I mentioned the very large pricing issue to the person behind the counter as I paid to get the car back and they shrugged their shoulders and said something about parts cost. Christian Brothers pricing and service is not remotely reasonable. I am a 28 year automotive design engineer.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

The team is very helpful, kind and informative. The don t try to sell you anything you don t need. They will let you know up front what repairs need to be done and what the cost to have them done. Overall great people, care and workmanship.

Got a screw in my tire in freezing and below zero temperatures was desperate to find a place to get it repaired with my son in the car. They got me in right away and then had me back on the road safe and warm within 35 minutes nice clean courteous would recommend to anyone!!

They found a leak in my emissions that was not found elsewhere. I feel he kept searching until he found it. It doesn t end there, the staff is exceptionally friendly, the dog greeter Charlie is such a delight in the waiting room, and the cleanest most welcoming waiting area I ve ever been in. I highly recommend them!

This was my first experience with Christian Brothers. I initially took my vehicle in for a brake inspection and they were able to do the repairs the same day and added on an overdue oil change. The service was impeccable, the staff was super friendly and timely, and they even offer a complimentary shuttle. I also appreciated the clean waiting area and restrooms, and snacks! My teenage daughters car broke down on a weekend and we had to have it towed. The driver asked where to take it and although we had never used them before, I had them take it to Christian Brothers because it was close to our house. Despite having never been a client before, they called first thing Monday morning to find out the details, figured out the problem and had it repaired by end of the day on Monday. They were great about explaining the problem and the fix needed. Their professionalism, promptness and kindness through the process ensures we will be returning customers.Service: Transmission

We took our cars to Christian Brothers Auto Sun Prairie for a couple years. Car parts/fluids need replacing from time to time, but it became uncanny how often a simple oil change turned into CBASP telling us we really needed to make a four-figure "investment" (their words) in our vehicle too.On two occasions for two different vehicles, CBASP quoted us a repair price that sounded awfully high. Both times, we shopped around and found a different auto shop that was able to beat CBASP's prices by several hundred dollars. We don't go to CBASP anymore.CBASP replaced the brake pads and rotors/brake fluid on our Honda in April 2023 (less than a year ago). A few weeks ago, we noticed a whistling/screeching noise coming from the back of the vehicle and we took it to Wilde East Town Honda. Wilde said faulty aftermarket pads/rotors, installed by CBASP, caused the left rear caliper to seize. Wilde noted the rear brakes were already worn to their limits and the brake fluid already needed replacing too. This vehicle was driven less than 4,000 miles since CPASP's work on it and it hasn't been in any hard-braking situations.CBASP ignored our 2-17-24 refund request, which we submitted both on their website and via email.Jay/Kris Risch

Friendly and responsive staff. Prompt work, I was kept involved in progress. Nobody truly enjoyed having to go to the mechanic, however Christian Brothers make it easier a d go to great strides to take care of us.

Great service! They respected what I told them I believed was wrong with my AC system (from my previous research) and they ended up replacing that faulty part. They stayed in constant communication with me through text messages, and the work was done fast and most importantly at the price I was quoted. I didn t require any of the extras, such as the shuttle service, but it s cool that it was an available option. I highly recommend Christian Brothers for your auto repair needs.Service: A/C installation & repair

No dealership or auto repair shop can match the quality of workmanship and customer service experience better than Christian Brothers Auto Repair. The added convenience of having a shuttle available is invaluable for customers who might not have someone available to pick them up or take them back to the shop when the vehicle is completed. I had a follow up issue and CB go5 my vehicle in right away that morning. Pricing is competitive and this is a regional chain with only one repair shop in Wisconsin.I would return for future work and highly recommend CB.
