I shopped all over for the best deal on a trailer and found it here at S&B Trailer. Shelby, the business owner/manager, was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and was able to provide me with an in stock trailer that exactly fit my needs. The price of the trailer was hundreds to over a thousand dollars less than others I was considering. The trailer is very well designed and constructed, built right here in Wisconsin. After conversing with Shelby by text, I was in and out with my new trailer in less than 30 minutes! If you are in the market for a trailer of any size, do yourself a favor and contact Shelby at S&B Trailer. She will save you time and money!

Amazing service and great place to purchase a trailer! We came from Ripon to purchase the 14 dump trailer after researching MANY other options, closer. This was the best option for us and we re glad we made the drive. Before we stopped to pick up a trailer, Shelby was incredibly helpful on the phone with answering questions. Upon picking up the trailer things continued to be great. We purchased a trailer, Shelby took care of things, trailer was there and ready for us to back up to. Once paid for, went out to hook it up. Shelby s father came out to hook everything up how we wanted and go through the trailer with us so we knew exactly how to use each and every feature and correctly. We noticed something wrong while going through the trailer so, without hesitation he grabbed the tools needed to fix the issue, got on the ground and fixed it! These people were so so helpful and kind, we will always go back to S&B for trailers as they were honest, easy and great to work with! Highly recommend!

I purchased a 6.5x10 aluminum trailer and while I was there I didn t feel very welcomed and was treated rudely. The trailer I purchased had a light out that I had to re-wire myself the first day. Used the trailer for the 1st time and the wheel bearing grease cover fell off on the highway somewhere. The structure and build of the trailer is very good and I m happy with the trailer itself. I ve been trying to call them for three days for them to warranty the parts and nobody answers the phone. I would not recommend buying here. Bad customer service.

Great people. Called all over the state to find the trailer I was looking forward. S & B had exactly what I needed, in stock, and at the lowest price I could find. I called 2 places near Madison and one in Wausau. These guys were worth the 2 hour drive. Explained every detail to me and walked me through the recommended maintenance. In and out in under 45 minutes. Thanks guys!

Not impressed with the quality of the AmeriLite enclosed trailer I bought. Some marker lights were falling out by the time I got it home. And the side door doesn't latch decent.

I puchased 7 x 14 Amerilite trailer here and it received storm damage in a recent storm. I spoke with both Bruce and Shawn and got the answers needed to file my insurance claim. They contacted my insurance company directly with the estimate which made the process go smoothly.Thank You Shawn!

Bought a trailer after emailing with them for around a week. Went there on a Saturday and the place was busy, but they were helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend.

Called on a trailer on a Wednesday. Offered to put money down to hold the trailer. We got told Nope, you don t have to do that, we don t operate that way. Told them if something comes someone wants to buy it, please call as we are coming almost 3 hours to pick it up. Again got told yep not a problem. Came down that Saturday to pick it up......Sold it to someone else!! Very unorganized and NO COMMUNICATION between sales people. Would not buy anything from there!

Last placed i looked for a 16 utility trailer and boy am i glad i found s+b trailers. Way better quality (rice trailers are a weld above all others) and slightly cheaper than the competition. Come here first!

HIGHLY, HIGHLY disorganized. Don't bother asking them to call you back because they won't. They don't even know the prices on their own trailers parked on the lot. I would NOT recommend doing business here. They are rude on the phone but ok in person.

Great place to shop for your trailer needs a wide selection of trailer. I will go back and get another trailer from them. No pushes sales person. I buy a dump trailer

Very hard to deal with tell u to get bent won't stand behind there trailers tell u it's your fault and ur responsibility to get fixed. And worse it's on a trailer that is only a month old. And have video prof of trailer issue
