We worked with Randy and he found us a beautiful camper for a cost we could afford. He was punctual and went out of his way to help us make this happen.Kunes really has a wonderful environment. Each person we dealt with through this process was personable and kind. Also exceptional hands on playfulness with our young kids.They even pulled our camper in the shop on pickup day to go over all the bells and whistles with us out of the cold!Highly recommend!

Great experience from the start! Travis was easy to work long distance. Quick to respond and fun to joke with. Great sales guy! Melissa provided options for finance and warranty. Jen greets you with a smile and is super accommodating when you re on site! And the legend Nubby is funny and well educated when he takes you through camper school. He provides the final touch on the whole experience with Kunes RV GB! The others in the office were all pleasant and super friendly to visit with. Thanks for all the help gang!

I bought a new Jaco Pop-up years ago from this company that started a great relationship due to a great purchase relationship. I then bought upgraded pull behind units from private owners but continued all service at Kunes with great results. I upgraded again to a used Tiffan purchased at Kunes last year and I can not say enough of how well Duke has communicated with, and taken care of me.

We were so pleased with the service we received from Kunes RV of Green Bay, WI. when we purchased our 2018 travel trailer. Randy our salesman was so helpful and informative through the process we can't thank him enough. We appreciate all the service personal who helped us along the way and Michelle who helped us finalize our purchase. We can't say enough about the people and the service we received at Kunes RV. For the most part, we were treated very well when we came to buy our motorhome. They were even kind enough and understanding enough to know we were driving almost 7 hours, one way, with our dogs. They allowed our dogs inside while we signed papers, and inside the RV as we looked at it, which was very nice.They knew we were in a rush, as we had to turn around and drive all the way back home the same day. I felt slightly taken advantaged of when it came to signing the papers. We had told them we wanted to buy the RV, but they added on a lot of extra things, and yes, it was my fault that I was tired and not paying attention enough to what was happening. But then we were told he could "take it off" if we didn't think we would use it, or we could revisit it in a year and have it removed. I have sent text after text asking to have it removed, which I think is some type of warranty, and so far with no luck. I get a response for some things, but not for the thing I want an answer on.We barely met the sales guy I worked with online, which was fine, we knew we were rushing things along. They gave us a once over of the RV, and the girl coughed the entire time, and barely knew how anything worked. Again, that was fine, as we have owned RVs before and we have a manual.We are happy with our purchase, but I just feel slighted by the pushyness of the finance person a bit, and of the sale person after trying to sell us things off the floor. I get it, it's what dealers do, but it just felt like a bit much to me.

We purchased a 2024 Brinkley Model G 4000 series. From what we were told, it is the 2 nd one sold in Wisconsin. We are very happy with the Toy Hauler. It is the top of the line! Beautiful and spacious. The sales personnel are knowledgeable and very helpful. They answered our questions, and satisfied our concerns. By far the best place to purchase our RV:)Millie~

We purchased a 2021 toy hauler there and was provided a copy of the inspection and it stated all was ok . We will never do business with them again !! GM not even willing to help with the table/bed issue . I had voiced concern to the sales rep who just disregarded my concern about the table being warped ! He was in a hurry to leave for the day. We had explained to him we were driving across the state to look at this. When we agreed to purchase he turned over our conversation to a person to show us how things work. He then left . The table that completed the bed in the back was warped and missing the pieces to cover the metal on the floor and pieces for folding up to hold in place when using as a bed . When we looked at it was laying against a wall . We didn t know it would not be secure when transporting it . We actually had to flip the table upside down so the legs would not scratch up the floor while we drove it home . We talked to the GM and he is not willing to help make this good . Very disappointed in Kunes RV in Suamico, WI . If you purchase anything make sure it is in writing what will be replaced or fixed as they are telling us we need to pay full price for a table that clearly should have been replaced or repaired . We spoke to the GM and he is not willing to help .

In April 2022 we purchased a brand-new Jayco 321RSTS. Since day one, we ve encountered endless problems. In just a years time we had to replace the entire roof twice because of leaking and soaking of our mattress. We had to also replace the microwave and stove/oven. The fireplace heater stopped working and two water pumps had to be replaced. Our recliner was ripped, a majority of the interior trim came lose, all the drawer bottoms came apart and rubbed on the drawer catches resulting in our clothes covered in wood shavings, the kitchen sink leaked, the RETRACT ALL levelers did not work unless plugged into the shore power, the front outside vanity lights didn t work, the pendant glass in the kitchen was cracked, the shower handle door broke, the pantry shelves were not secure; they fell to the bottom of the pantry pushing the pantry wall out, and a ceiling fan blade arm snapped while traveling.Our BMPro computer pad quit working leaving us with no heat or hot water nor could we bring the sliders or awnings in or out. When we contacted the company, we purchased the Fifth Wheel from; Kunes RV of Suamico WI they told us there is nothing they can do to help us. So, we contacted BMPro directly who told us the pad needed to be replaced and referred us to Jayco. We then contacted Jayco who agreed the pad was no good and agreed to replace it however the turnaround time was 5 weeks before we received the pad.The amount of time, energy, money spent to travel for repairs, numerous Mobile Tech trips and bills while under warranty for a brand new very expensive Fifth Wheel, as well as a whole lot of disappointment is completely unacceptable.Jayco quality is absolute junk and they do not stand behind their product. We will tell everyone we know what a nightmare buying a Jayco has been and to NEVER purchase their products.On a positive note, I would like to add that Kunes RV of Cleveland WI was helpful with some of our repairs.Regretfully, Paul and Jada Hynek

Working with Kunes has been the worst experience of my life. I bought my camper in 2021 have had nothing but issues with service and warranty. Travis the salesman was awesome, Unfortunately they don't apparently have people like him in service and warranty. I've had warranty issues since 2021 that have still not been fixed I literally just picked up my camper a week ago and paid cash for these warranty issues to be fixed got home and none of the issues that I asked to be fixed are fixed. I literally walked the service woman through the campers showing her the items showing her what was wrong and apparently that was too complicated for them. I don't know if I'm supposed to stand there and hold their hands while they fix it but I literally paid for this stuff to be fixed I've dropped the camper off multiple times for this stuff to be fixed and none of it has been fixed. Do not use this place for anything, 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

Extremely well run dealership honest, organized, and efficient with some of the nicest personnel I've encountered. Made my buying experiences seamless and the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend working with Duke, absolutely a 10 star experience with him.

From Randy in sales coming in on his day off to show us a specific camper, to Shannon explaining how Kunes services their customers far beyond the selling point, to Tony going over every aspect of the financial side with upfront honesty, clarity and integrity. If you're looking for a camper from a place that truly loves and respects what they do, I highly recommend Kunes!! And we love their Core Values!

We stopped in to Kunes to look at a particular floor plan for RV s we were considering and met with Duke . He was very up front and honest answering all of our questions (and we had a lot). He continues to be helpful, patient and kind after our purchase as first time RV owners. We still have a lot to learn and are grateful Duke has been there for us. We have also gotten suggestions and support from Dylan. Thank You!!!

I truly wish I could share pictures. The roof of a brand new camper bought in 22. The caulk is in clumps with holes. The molding inside the camper is loose in a lot of spots. A leak in the toilet. We agreed to wait till spring. Since my campground turned the water off. So we could not diagnoss the water issue.The tub surround.. that is coming off wall. When I called in November. Now the TV went out.Spent money on extended warranty they refuse to honor. When they did not call in spring. I called in June. The service department that answers phones, needs to go back to school on customer service. I have been waiting since June for a call back. If no call by Sept. 1 2023. I will hiring a lawyer for not standing by the junk you sell. Do not reply to this complaint on call and we will discuss. Call to make an appointment for repairs.

Randy Verhagen and his team were exceptional from start to delivery. Even going out of their way on a rainy day to get the camper home. I definitely will be seeing them again for future sales!

Great staff! Always so friendly and helpful. Very dog friendly, everyone spoiled my pup with attention. Handicapped accessible and happy to help with accommodations if needed. Everyone has been so kind and sincere. We bought our very first travel trailer here and have been very happy so far with our experience. I would highly recommend, even if you're considering driving there from a cross the state like we did!

Unfortunately, Kunes RV of Green Bay really wasn't very good to us from start to finish and beyond.We traded in our Gulfstream Ameri-Lite for a new 2020 Dutchmen Kodiak. They valued our trade-in exceptionally low, but I accepted it since we just wanted to move on to something newer. They told us the price reflected that it would need repairs before hitting their lot. Our trade was listed for well over double in just a couple days with none of those mentioned repairs completed.When buying a new travel trailer I thought we'd be treated a lot better. Communication was difficult (wouldn't answer calls/emails) for finding a time for pick up and getting a walk through with instruction was like pulling teeth. I had to learn most of the new RV tech on my own because I wasn't worth the time to them. The sales and service team were aware that there was needed warranty work and we'd need to bring it back post pick up. After bringing it back, "nothing was found" based on a list of defects that I provided. Due to the inconvenience of bringing the trailer in, I just fixed most of the issues myself. Three years later the service department reaches out to me and I reminded them of the incomplete post purchase warranty work. Specifically the broken drawer under the fridge. No response. I'm assuming the email contact is more of a sales gimmick than it is for checking in to make sure their costumers are satisfied.Beware that Kunes RV of Green Bay will lie, offer less than fair deals, and will not take care of you post purchase.

We just purchased a new 3121RL Montana from Kunes. Our salesman was Randy V. This was our first experience at Kunes and it was a great experience. The entire staff was professional and made us feel very comfortable. When we told Randy what was important to us in an RV he new exactly what RV to show us. Walked us through a couple different models and explained the differences. Randy really knows his stuff. Thankyou for a great experience! Highly recommend Kunes RV.

Just bought our first camper at Kunes RV in Green Bay! Jake Ford (sales manager), Nubby (service technician) and Danielle (finance) were all very accommodating and helpful! We had so many questions and a bit of anxiety over our first ever camper purchase and they not only made it easy but allowed us to leave the lot feeling extremely comfortable and excited to hit the road! I would highly recommend Kunes RV to anyone looking to purchase their first camper or upgrade their existing camper! We can t wait for summer to come!!!! We visited Kunes to browse but we could not resist purchasing our camper. Randy greeted us and provided exceptional service despite the cold weather and busy lot. We felt everyone was tended too given how busy it was. Tony gave us valuable information as first time buyers and really cares about your investment in your new camper. Nubby gave us a thorough tour of our RV and made sure all out questions were answered. We are so happy to have chosen Kunes and will refer everyone we know to Kunes.

I would love to share our amazing experience with Kunes RV of Green Bay. It started with Jake Ford who was an amazing salesman. I would highly recommend him. We won't talk about the experience with had with the financing department, but I will say that they took care of it. Because of that, I will leave the review at 5 stars. Finally, we had a VERY positive experience with the service department for our warranty work. We were able to save all our warranty work until the end of the season, so we did not miss a weekend of camping. We did a walk through and I showed them all that needed to be repaired. When the work was done, they again walked through the entire camper making sure we were happy with the work done. Thank you for making us feel like you truly cared about us and our camper!

I tried this place one more time last week. Backstory: In early spring I brought a travel trailer I had purchased used to have it gone through and fixed up for upcoming season. Several things were in need of repair for the fresh water system. The unit had to be de-winterized so that water could be put in the system to fix the problems. Then they winterized the unit afterwards again, except they forgot to drain the fresh and grey tanks, which went unnoticed until late spring when I was getting the camper going for our first outing. Had to bring back to have it checked over to make sure nothing was damaged, and they tried to charge me $65! Fast forward to last week: I had several small items fixed on my tent trailer. I had to wait six weeks to get in. One item repaired was a broken cover. They replaced with a new cover that doesn t close and stay. On my way home I noticed the vent on roof was flapping in the wind. I pulled over on highway and found the vent that they resealed around was left opened. Got home and started to pop the camper up but a large cushion was wedged in the bed slide because the camper was packed down by the techs carelessly. Then the power breaker box still had the 30 amp fuse pulled out like I had it, even though the main reason for service was to have a battery mounted and to test the system for normal operation. The battery was installed yet the system was never even tested because the fuse was still missing. Thirdly, I asked to have a window shade string repaired but they did not even replace the loop of Velcro just lengthened it with a small piece extra even though I was charged $54. Point is three times these guys handled my unit carelessly, the service is hurried and half done, and they charge premium for services but do mediocre work if that. I don t mind paying if the workmanship is good quality...

First camper purchase from Kunes RV in Suamico. Very impressed so far. Duke did a great job listening and getting us the best deal. Nubby did our walk thru of our new 2023 Cherokee Alpha Wolf Travel trailer. Very knowledgeable with great tips. Can't wait for camping season!

What a great experience we had with our orientation with Travis. We are complete "newbies" to camping and thanks to him, we are very confident in setting up and taking down a campsite. His advice on maintenance were very helpful. He showed great patience in answering all my questions.We initially came to Kunes with a concern and they turned it into a big win!I would highly recommend them for any RV purchase and especially for those "green" to the camping experience

I was on a long road trip with my new Jayco Jay Feather and had several issues crop up on my trip. I contacted Jamie at Kunes RV of Green Bay, sent photos and videos several days prior to my arrival in Green Bay. I had tried several other places en route but none would agree to schedule any work. Jaime was very patient and finally agreed to schedule a "hot work order" and fit me in to their busy schedule. The work was completed within a few days and I was able to complete my trip. All the work done was outstanding, had no more issues after that. I am extremely grateful to Jamie and her great team at Kunes.

Well I m putting this review on here for my Sister & Brother in-law. I think they have had all they can take from this company. They purchased a 2022 Minnie Winnie camper picked it up but never got a chance to look at the awning because of weather. Side note. These are the most honest two people I know. The reason I say this because they went on there first camping trip and opened up the awning and it had major flaws from the factory. But upon returning it to Kunes they turn it into Winnebago for warranty, they denied it. Winnebago blamed them for the problem. Kunes wouldn t fix it. They had them bring the camper back to them leave in there and did nothing for them. Is this the norm now a days. There should be a warranty right. They even purchased an extended warrantyI happen across Kunes Core ValuesThe Kunes Kares, It mentioned,Christian based, integrity, taking care of there customers and more. Why put this Kunes Kares on any of your products it you do not follow them. What happened to making your customers happy no matter what. Return customers are still the best customers! I ve had companies in the past and the only way To keep it running was to do whatever I could to keep them calling back. I hope you can fix there problem Kunes. Integrity is so important these days. I can a will change this review if you fix this for them.

I bought a used camper from here in late February. I have only used the camper twice having problems with the toilet. On this second time using the camper I decided to take the toilet out and see what s wrong. The toilet was not installed properly. The plastic nut inserts are broken. It s pretty clear the camper I bought was not properly inspected, nor winterized. I would rather drive out of state to buy spare parts and to have service done than go to Kunes. I any express enough how bad of a dealership this is. I had to wait over an hour just to give them a check, sign papers, and take delivery of my broken camper. Never again!!!
