What a great selection of everything!! From crafted beer to delicious fresh bakery. Plenty Wisconsin souvenirs too. Clean very clean throughout the whole store including bathrooms. Barber onsite as well as Chiropractor.

Scammers... Scammers.. They did not drain by oil only change the filter and topped the oil off. Overfilled my oil by over 2 gallons asked him to drain it they did, they spilled it everywhere I took a picture and a video of the oil and it was black he told me that I cannot prove to anyone that they did not change the oil. Will never do business here.UPDATE: Are you really gonna sit here and tell me that that s clean oil on the floor? If that is clean oil then what kind of oil are you putting into trucks? The oil was overfilled over 2 gallons I told him to drain the oil he didn t demonstrate nothing to me. And you stayed in business by doing work on company drivers that don t own the equipment and don t care about it.

I read the reviews before coming here. Had a bad tire while in Madison. Company said to go here. After looking at the reviews, I thought, this is going to be a bad experience. Lengthy. Got on the app. Made a work order and appointment. As soon as I arrived, I went in a bay. Less than one hour later, I was outbound! Those folks in there could not have been more helpful!

2/27/2021 PETRO RACINE #368I called 6.am for oil change she told me will open at 6.30am and I waited and called again 6.30am and they said another person head of me and they said they will call me when another person is done!! I said ok and I came front of the building at 7.15 to see if they done with other guy( since he is gonna do only oil change as well) I called again; they said still preparing to take another guy in , I said almost 7.30am I have been waiting since 6.30. But his answer wasn t professional His nAme is Jerry or Jeremy said he is gonna call me when his ready and hang up the phone! If I have time I wouldn t complain but now it s 9.05 am and I m still waiting front of the mechanic in my TruckTHANK YOU FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TA

I did not use them for a service call however I will in the future if I need it. They were very helpful friendly and caring. I made the god awful mistake of using interstate repair. Do not go there. Use this TA! Thank you to the lady on the phone for all the help you went above and beyond for me.

Watch how much your stuff rings up. Because even though they have a paper copy of your receipt and you have digital proof of what you paid, if you don t grab a paper receipt they ll just keep your money. Even if you catch it before leaving the store.

Had some billing questions and was trying to contact corporate, but since this is a franchise location, I m not even sure if there even is anyone at corporate who ranks above the manager of this location. Shop manager says he was instructed by corporate to not call me - that corporate would supposedly call me themselves - but nobody from corporate has contacted me, so I still cant even be sure that person who supposedly told him to not call me, even exists.

Service was awesome took only minutes and friendly service I'll be back again plenty parking if need truck or trailer service and plenty techs .

They give you a real estimate of how long they need to let you in unlike most shops. Guy at the front desk was nice. Guy who did my oil change was awesome. Took a look at everything. Made sure he greased everything that needed grease. Might start doing my maintenance here from now on.

Had to stop in to get routine service done on my truck. Was quickly called into the service bay, and work was completed in a timely manner. Had enough time to run inside and grab some breakfast. Place was clean, but looked to be a little rundown, and could use a refurbish. Staff was friendly and efficient

Great technician! I've had plenty of work done here over the years. I am angry at at the Manager, because he promised me a free steak. If Jolene would've been on duty, that would've happened. I just couldn't wait until she gets in for third shift. Thanks again!!

Waste of time getting service here. Poor attitude, all mechanics spend more time with their phones than working on trucks. Had decent experience here in the past, now you just get ignored/ treated like your a nuisance. That fits, considering the dingy, run down condition of the building.

Not a bad experience yet. Great people in the shop. Please don't block bay doors, park in a parking spot and then go check in. Most likely you are blocking another truck from where they need to go.

Trash service called a day before needed a pm next day showed up 1st thing and nobody in bays and all i heard where excuses.. just say your busy over the phone instead of making people drive and waste time!

Micheal has done a fabulous job remodeling this place its beautiful.Thank you so much its refreshing to stay here. Just wish we could of stayed longer.

Small parking and gets full pretty fast..I'm assuming that's because we are so close to Chicago..the store itself is nice and clean the restaurant is the reason I give it 4 stars very polite and nice

What's the worst I've ever encountered. The Waitresses are rude inconsiderate selfish snobs my little pomeranian is more of a lady than they are. so I highly suggest not to go there. I can't even I wouldn't give this place a star but I have to in order to post this.

The showers are excellent, the restaurant offers home style cooking along with a great buffet. The staff at the fuel desk and restaurant are great also. One of my favorite truckstops.

Called to see if they had a fuel filter for carrier reefer unit. Gave her the number she cross referenced it and said she had one. I drove 25 miles to get it. Didn't look right and she patiently showed me on her computer how she did it, and that was the number it gave her. Took it back to the trailer and it was the right one. Thank you for being patient with a extremely frustrated and angry truck driver at 2:30 in the morning.

I went to get my oil changed last night 05/26/20 and the technician did a amazing job i don t remember his name and was in and out fast in no time i will be back for my future oil changes and repairs.

Im truck driver of 18 years..company i worked for closed 7 weeks ago..so last week i was hired at a new company...i not gonna get my first check til friday may 31st...anyways stopped at petro in sturtevant wi toda..sunday may 26th at 6pm..very very hungry..first of all very hard to do this..i go to the restaurant..a lady at the cashier station there..cynthia was her name..i asked..after explained my situation..if anyway msybe she could feed me..i said i will be traveling through her every week and be willing to pay back on friday the 31st..she said NO! ONLY GENERAL MANAGER can allow that.....i guess then ftom the goodness of her heart..maybe she could have said sir..i personally will buy you something to eat..last time i eat was Saturday at 8am..2 eggs and 1 slice of toast a man pay for me...ITS OKIE CYNTHIA..YOU OR THE PETRO OWE ME NOTHING...So i go down the road to LOVES TRAVEL CENTER....I was allowed anything to eat...i got myself 2 hotdogs...2 for 3.33..thank you loves travel center from racine Wisconsin...Last year i spend most of the times fueling at ta,s and petros...this company allows me to fuel any place i desire..do loves..i will do my business with your company from here on out....

Incorrect prices incorrect charge price. My fianc� came to get a new tire and was told it was going to be a cheaper price and then was charged almost 200$ more than what the quota was going to be after labor.Service: TiresService: Tires

Pedro's are one of the best truck stop. The only problem is that some charge you to park. Other than that they have good and nice showers.

Both times I have come here there is no hot food at the fuel desk or if there is it is hard and non edible. When I ask if there is fresh food coming it's no. At the end of a long day frustrated.

All good, the workers knew their stuff, fixed my truck very well and let me know of all issues they found and fixed them very well, prices good too very helpful and knowledgable staff

The food is ok but won't eat here again... the shower was clean and big .. lots of hot water.... this place fills up fast...but it always did.... Not my favorite Petro but will do in a pinch....

Very nice people at the main store and a helpful man at the take out order and baked some good kringles of different flavor.
