What a fantastic and helpful business! Steve took good care of us and was knowledgeable and kind when our tire got a leak. Patched us up enough to make sure we got safely down the road to the tire place.

By far the best service I have received regarding my car. So easy to contact and communicate with, answered all my questions and everyone was so nice and patient with me!! Special shout out to my tow truck driver, Chris, who was so awesome!! He was on time and was very diligent and ensured me that my baby (my car) was going to be well taken care of in the cemetery. He had a very great sense of humor, making things a little easier on me during a stressful time. Definitely recommend to all friend, family, and all in between.

Mike is very knowledgeable - diagnosed an issue by phone and saved us thousands, literally. He takes care of our issues properly, at fair prices, and without pushing. So far I'm a happy customer.

Been our mechanic for 14 years. Very honest and reliable. Women can feel confident talking with Mike (owner) and receive upfront honest answers. He goes out of his way to make sure you understand your repairs.

I've been meaning to write a review for this business and kept forgetting. They are amazing here, and I genuinely owe them this.Last summer, the employees at this shop legitimately saved me hundreds to thousands of dollars they could have very easily taken from me.I came in with a sedan that I noticed was having screeching problems when I was braking. I was entirely unaware that my subframe was ready to fall apart.Instead of charging me for a subframe repair, I was informed that it was covered under a recall. There was a bit of confusion as to why it hadn't been repaired already.I drive a 2006 model. Upon researching further, I was informed that all recalls had already been addressed, and it even showed up in the CARFAX report. It turned out my recall was performed wrong, and the employees at Sturtevant Transmission were kind enough to inform me to try to fight to get it fixed by the dealership instead of charging me over a grand for a repair on a car that is likely now only worth $5,000 tops. At the point they informed me to contact the dealership, I don't believe they knew that it was technically an already addressed recall, so I very much appreciate that they did not belittle me.Overall, the repair was a brutal process done by the dealership, and my car almost entirely fell apart. It took weeks to get parts. In the end, I was completely covered, though. My car has under 75,000 miles, and now has a pretty new under side and really nice interior. I definitely ended up on the good side.Fingers crossed that nothing else drastic goes wrong, since my car has one of my favorite interiors of any car. If anything does, I will definitely be bringing my car back. Thanks, guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Vehicle broke down going home to Appleton from Chicago and luckily ended in a park and ride right down the road from this place. The owner and his mechanic fit me in to get the repair done and in no time I was heading back on the road again. The cost was also very reasonable. Thanks again for your help!

I have a 1985 Chevy that is in dire need of a carburetor rebuild. Nobody rebuilds carb's anymore. I was told they couldn't get to it till sometime in September since they are that busy. So we will see if there is a part II to this story next month but I could tell they are more than capable of doing the needed work.
