Knowingly sold a lemon of a car to new parents of a 3 month old. They come off as kind and personable but in the end shrug their shoulders and don't return your calls regarding real concerns. 4 months after getting the car, we find out the car needs $3,000 worth of repairs, all things that were not reported. He claims he didn't notice any of these things were wrong, and it has been several months since he sold it, so no assistance offered whatsoever. So at best incompetent, at worst a liar and a crook. I had good experiences before, but I will never go back. You may get lucky and find a decent car, or you could be out your savings and get a dangerous car that had no business being sold.

I purchased a Ford Focus from Sturtevant Motor's about 5 months ago. The vehicle runs like a top, and I've had no problems with iy since purchasing it.The vehicle was priced affordably, and had low miles. The sales staff was very professional and easy to work with. If you're in the market for affordable late model vehicle's check them out. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

They are affordably priced but you get what you pay for. Bought a car and within two days the check engine light came on. As it had a warranty we brought it back. He said it was a fuse. Within one week the oil light came on. Oil level was fine. Now says we need to pay to have it towed in. This is a car that was just under four thousand dollars. We should not be having this many problems a week after buying. When my husband called about bringing it in the owner proceeded to hang up on him and has yet to return my calls. Apparently a three month warranty with this owner means nothing. Buyer beware!

I'm looking for an SUV for my son. When I walked inside, I was surprised to see two large dogs. They were very sweet and well behaved. The staff was very honest, helpful, and kind. Due to a parts shortage, the SUV we want, that they have, is not ready so we will wait for a phone call. They said it will be about a week or so.

We bought a car from them in the spring 2020. .we drove about 2 miles and it died we got it back e and he made me pay for the part to fix it. Then we found out it would not pass emissions didnt take it back because i didn t want to give him another dime. Do not recommend this dealership at all!!

Sold me a lemon. To fix the car it would cost more than i paid for it. First thing we let them know was we're young new parents and needed a car for transporting to work and driving our baby around with us and didnt direct us to a better vehicle. Totally took all of our savings. And now im stuck with a vehicle i cant drive legally. Would not recommend at all they come off as kind and caring but clearly are not.

Do not buy a vehicle a this God -awful place as the man who owns the place is beyond a crook, and he looks crook one when one look at him, and you can tell the man isn't honest. He knowingly sells junky vehicles, and won't tell buyers the things wrong with the vehicles. Someone I know bought a van barely able to run, and every other thing within the vehicle is defective, including the driver door that had to be pushed to open, the muffler having a small hole, one sliding door for the backseat not working, the brakes being somewhat weak, and he also illegally removed the check engine lights. If one were to dare confront him on at the business, with security cameras, he will call the police. He will rip you off, and very illegally in the process!

We bought a Jeep Liberty from Jeff and it has been an outstanding vehicle! I continue to have him work on it with oil changes and what not. I would consider buying another vehicle from him.

Great people! Fair prices, friendly, and clean cars! Will fix what they sell cheaper than other places. Also offer a Warrenty! Lots used dealers do not.Reliable cars, good variety too. We are customers for life!

James is the man. Worked on both my cars, didn't overcharge me, finished on time, and gave me honest advice every time. Don't know about the second hand cars, but the repair business is awesome!

Worst experience ever.Had my car there for headlight replacement and left with one light bulb not lighting, without alignment, light was going sideways and plus to all that my steering wheel s leather was terribly damaged.No clue what business they had to do inside of the car.....

Nice people but sold me a horrible car ,lasted less than a year.I called to have fixed an no call back totally ignored.I would not recommend this place.
