The employees were all amazing. Had great personalities & very polite. The cost of fixing a flat tire on my semi trailer I feel was EXCESSIVE at $92 to patch a semi tire. I have never paid nor has any company I've worked for ever paid more than $60 for a flat repair.Yes I gave them 5 stars because the employees deserve it but beware, the cost of things might surprise you.

My husband and I blew a tire on our way out of town. Pomp s got us in right away and their customer service was fantastic. They were so kind with our little one running around all over the waiting room. They weren t able to fix our tire because of where the hole was but we were able to get all new four tires for a very reasonable price!

I was happy that Pomp's got me in the same day to have new tires installed but the price $176 was quite outrageous. I've recently used Firestone and Goodyear to have new tires installed and Pomp's was by far the highest price. The man who greeted me could also use some work on his soft skills. I will give credit where it is due though, the job was done and it was done well. Thank you

Very unprofessional. I run a 32 driver fleet and one of our drivers was rejected before 5pm after having sat in line for a new set of tires. Clearly a lack of service to tell a customer no while still within business hours. Would recommend skipping this Pomps for another tire shop.

Not worth the 1 star. Called ahead to bring my vehicle in for a tire that was flat and to be plugged. Got there at 8:15am and was told first come first serve. Proceeded to wait 2 hours while another gentlemen came in and got taken care of. Finally they told me my car was fine and had nothing in any of the rear tires. Left with my tire pressure light still on and they told me to " watch it". Came home and within 3 minutes my husband could find the exact metal piece within my tire. Unbelievable. Didn't want to help out a customer and wasted 2 hours of my work day. Do not go here.

I ran over something and my tire went completely flat. Needed something right away, and even with having tiny little tires on my Ford fiesta, they had what I needed in stock, took me in right away, and swiftly changed both my back tires while being super welcoming.I can't recommend enough. I had a great experience at Pomp's getting new tires for my daughter's car. Kevin was incredibly helpful in helping me select the right tires for my circumstances. Installation was timely, cost was exactly what he said it would be. Great service! Great place! Thanks again Kevin. I would highly recommend Pomp's!

They were great. I got a flat on my gooseneck trailer. Called them. Said he would be out within the hour. He came in 30 minutes, changed the tire and was gone into the wind like a super hero lol. No but seriously. Great service and quick.Now I'm just waiting to see how much it's gonna cost me for road side assistance even though it is what it is.

We bought our new tires at a different Pomp s dealership and had to have them re-torqued after 100 miles when we were on our way to Florida. We stopped in at Pomps in Racine and they quickly and courteously looked up the appropriate torque pressure and tightened all the nuts in short order. They provide a great service and we didn t even buy the tires there. People in Racine are lucky to have them as a tire dealer!

They found a crack in my rim, and a good price on a new aluminum rim. Gave me an excellent deal on a used tire, I didn't want to put a new tire next to a used one.I also put 2 new tires on my semi trailer. Very experienced guys and quite friendly, I'd highly recommend this place to everyone!

Tire had slow leak. Got me in within 20 min. found 2 pinholes. new valve stem repair leaks out the door 30 minutes later.

I was transporting from South Texas going to Michigan and all for my tires were saying they were low so I got on Google found this place the gentleman inside was so friendly & helpful he ended up putting air in all my tires.

When your business is FCFS you should have a good feel for wait. I called, told an hour wait. Show up, again told an hour. Left 4.5 hours later.

I called ahead asked if they had what I needed, they did. I showed up around 2 hours later they pulled me in, replaced my tire and off I went. Whole process around 40 minutes. I doesn't get any better than that. As an OTR Truck Driver time is important. GREAT SERVICE

Staff was completely disorganized. They acted as if they were put off by my presence. First come, first serve but nobody takes your name or puts you on a list. After 5 people show up, it is complete chaos. This was my first and last time here. The receptionist hides in the office so she does not have to acknowledge anyone. I left feeling completely underwhelmed by their service.

I was traveling to my daughter s in Illinois for Easter when I blew a tire on I94. Fortuitously I was very near Pomp s when it happened. I carefully drove to the store. They helped me right away. They didn t have the tire I needed in stock so they called several other tire stores until they found one. They put my spare on and directed me to the other tire store. I really appreciated how helpful they were as I was a little shaken up by the incident.

Stopped in to get work done on truck tires, manager couldn t give me a solid time when they could do the work. Only answer I could get is come by in the morning and see if we can get you in. Really! Real jobs require us to be able to schedule work. Not a recommended place to visit.

Worst place to do business with, the man at the desk as soon as you walk in the door is rude, obnoxious, and wants to argue. He actually made me show him my phone to prove I called there for tractor tires it's not even worth one star but I had to do one for the post

Pomps is nothing short of amazing. I drive a tractor trailer and spend alot of money on tires,and maintenance cost. When it comes time to buy tires,I literally save hundreds of dollars going to Pomps. If your looking for a tire or tires they have it or can get it really quick.They are very knowledgeable on all vehicles.

I suggest finding a different supplier. You can do business with this company and they won't have any memory of the business conducted nor any invoices of purchase on file. When you do have a failure or an issue they will automatically say something happened that was physically impossible and deflect any responsibility or warranty that the tire should have leaving you holding the bag on buying new tires. Go to goodyear contact the mobile tire guys. They will change and balance your tires at your place for about 300 less per set than this place. This is for steer tires on an international 4300.

Great services! I had a flat. They didnt have my specific tire, but checked my pressure on all my tires and pointed me in the right direction to get a new tire.

Service was great but wouldn't let me use the bathroom because of Covid-19 had to drop my trailer and drive to the truck stop. Almost had a nasty accident!!!
