Jiffy Lube is my go to for oil changes and simple maintenance! Did you know they will change your filters and wipers, for a fee of $5 each, if you bring your own to them!?!? I love the fact that we can pop in for a top off, as well! The techs are always friendly and professional! Get yourself to Jiffy Lube for an oil change before your summer trips!

I have to say , I ve been going to this particular location for quite a few years now , and have always been very satisfied with the service(s) done on my vehicles . They re always honest and explain what my vehicles need and why , when calling my husband regarding the questioned parts , he always says yes, have them replace that.I will continue to have my vehicles serviced there. And should recommend this location . 10/10 starts if possible!

100% recommend. The staff are phenomenal. My oil change was quick and priced reasonably. I was asked if I had a coupon which I did. Their lobby was clean, and most importantly their bathroom with a baby changing table was clean as well.

Am doing my Ford Focus 2018 periodical maintenance in Jiffy Lube at Racine for the past 4 years. They are really good and always on top of the requirements. I have seen multiple technicians over there throughout this 4 years and each one of them were courteous and helpful all the time. Their Oil change service time is the fastest so far and I can literally go there unscheduled during my lunch time and get back to office on time without any hassles. Great job guys and thanks a lot for your service!

Was greeted upon arrival and had a short conversation with the employee. Was nice to feel welcomed.Also, the employee that checked me out was efficient and friendly which is a plus. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Was supposed to get my passenger headlight changed, it was never changed. I live out of town and it was inconvenient for me to come back and get them to change it again. So I ended up wasting $25 on a headlight and change that never got done. Service over the phone was horrible when I tried to let them know it wasn t changed and I had to buy a new one. I would NEVER go there again!!

I ve always got my oil changed at jiffy lube, however when I got my oil changed this go around, they informed my dip stick was missing. I m not great with cars so I let them handle everything and told them that the last person to open my hood was the Jiffy Lube staff here, so if it s missing, it s because they didn t put it back. But effort for accountability was made despite my loyalty. Never going back. They couldn t even determine if the oil change was done properly. Failures through and through.

Did a good prompt oil change. However $100 for full synthetic store brand oil change is much higher than most other places. So call around before using these guys.

I went in for an oil change, left with my battery light on and more problems than I came in with after spending $400 on a battery they said I needed. My dealership says they blew a fuse when plugging in my battery and are charging me $1000 to fix it. I have a feeling they don't attempt these upsells with men.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Great Team environment. Went in for the standard synthetic oil change and technician saw my warning lights lit up like a Christmas Tree. Not having to much time on my hands, he recommended a course of action that will save me time with diagnosis. Then bring them a readout to obtain an estimate for me to plan the expense properly. Just Awesome ! Reliable. Trustworthy.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would the guy stripped my oil plug and tried to blame it on the dealership and he got the hood stuck by closing it on the oil cap around the latch my latch and oil cap scratched up.absolutely TERRIBLEService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I used to frequent there for my oil change, but unfortunately did not have a good experience at this last location. This was a while ago, but as result of their carelessness, cost me in the long run. Haven't gone back to that location since. They rotated my tires and when I left my car was shaking uncontrollably. They didn't place my tires on all the way. They were loose! So I had to return and have them fix it. They didn't even apologize and didn't even say anything after they redid them like acknowledging what it was. Nothing. I had to ask them if that's what happened and he just said yeah. Fast forward and I found out when needing to replace a flat tire that I had lugnots missing from two of them! So I had to pay to get those replaced for both rear tires. The auto shop said they had been missing for a while because the bolts were stripped. They must had fallen either when I was driving when they were loose and before I returned or after they redid them. It had gotten busy and felt like they were rushing their work. On top of it they kept trying to sell me stuff in addition to the oil change and tire rotation. Plus side I went to the one in Kenosha and I was in and out. Will not get my tires rotated at any of their locations though again. I thought this may have been a one time incident, but I see another customer had a similar issue as well with her tires in the reviews.

I'm from Texas and am currently out here for work. I showed up and talked to the assistant manager and told him what i needed done and that I needed a price before they did anything. The assistant manager then came inside and said that they already drained the oil and that it was gonna be 100$ for a oil change even with a 10$ discount. I managed a lube shop for 2 years and have never had a full synthetic oil change cost that much money for a car that holds less than 5 quarts. And while he did send me out without having to pay his overall attitude about the situation was horrible. There was no need for him to get mad the way he did over his or his employees mess up.Definitely not giving this place another chance.Service: Oil change

They are very good precise and honors military for discounts. They offer other services while you wait for your oil to be changed and it is up to you to accept it or not. I am glad they are looking after your well being when it comes to the service of your car. Walmart doesn't do that you have to ask them to rotate your tires and so on..... Jiffy Lube goes above and beyond.Service: Oil change

I went here for years with multiple vehicles owned. Recently after having oil changed drove 12 miles, and a check engine light came on. Had my vehicle scheduled with dealership for other service code triggered was PO6DA meaning either: oil pressure sensor, oil pressure pump, or wrong oil filter. Dealership tested other two, and they were fine. So they found problem stemmed from aftermarket oil filter. Unwilling to work with me about $115.00 loss of oil change. I down graded Jiffy Lube on Star rating.

Very thorough. Made useful suggestions on my car's maintenance. I ended up adding 4 additional services to my routine oil change but never felt pressured to do so. My favorite place for quick service. Great job Jiffy Lube team.Amendment:I had this service done on Monday afternoon...on Friday afternoon I was driving home when a horrible sound started comin from my driver's side front tire. I immediately took my car to a mechanic to diagnose. Ended up without a vehicle for 3 days because the techs at Jiffy Lube didn't make sure my tire was seated correctly and only 2 of the 5 lug nuts were torqued tight. This mistake cost me $115. The manager said the owner of the shop would call me on Tuesday to rectify the situation. It is now Thursday and still no call. I'm really disappointed. I've been using this Jiffy Lube for many years.I am happy to report that Jiffy Lube ownership made this situation right. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

This is my first time using Jiffy Lube and I had a great experience. TJ was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me before cleaning & changing my transmission fluid. My car is running great and I ll be sure to come back for oil changes!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Fast... Friendly... And incredible customer service. Every single person working there said good bye and thank you as I walked to my truck to leave. Comfortable seating... WiFi available... Clean bathroom... Everything was great. AND I got the senior discount. Occasionally it pays to be old. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube!Correction... I originally posted the wrong pic. NEVER take your car here - A routine oil change on my BMW has now cost me over $1700 in new repairs due their staff throwing away a detrimental part to my oil filter.Check out the BMW Service report to see what they have caused due to their negligence- "B. So friendly and they don't pressure you into spending more than you need. I've been to other oil change establishments in town and they are the best by far.
