People who have no words. You come to them for a wheel replacement, at the same price, and in the end, a completely different price, plus this, plus that ... I would not advise anyone to come to them

Don t go to this place company paid $5100.00 and truck wasn t even fixed my boss was requesting receipts for 3 censors that the shop ordered from freightliner to put into truck and shop denied to show proof of receipts. Worst experience so far. Avoid this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

I do not recommend this service. I came to them because I was closer than the others. They work cunning and unscrupulous. They wrote me a huge amount for repairs. When I declined the repair, I was charged $900 for front hub disassembly and reassembly. When I asked why it was so expensive, I was told that I had to go to another service. I certainly did so. As a result, I fixed the car at another service 2 times cheaper and much faster.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I just called them to see if they can come and fix the tire since my 2 tires blown up. It s 6:30 and the guy just woke up and started cursing about after hours. If you don t wanna work after hours then don t put false information on website. What a waste of time and energy. Shame to this Russian guy.

I called for a tire service call price and it's just outrageously priced. So, I told that's ok and then he continued to curse at me while hanging up. Not a good place to go. People stay away from like Pomps or TA for pricing and this place was about double there pricing. I run a big fleet in the area, and we will be staying away from here. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Brandon, was Johnny on the spot. He made sure the me and my coworkers could continue with our trip. He did a roadside repair to our trailer. It took a while to fix, but he went out of his was to make new parts for our trailer, because our trailer is one of a kind. I appreciate everything thing he did. Job well done would recommend them to everyone. I'm from out of town so it helped to get us back on our way.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I called to ask for help and guidance and the guy in the phone hung up on me and was very rude. Decided to call Love and they were very professional and helpful. Do not think about taking service from this place.

Told me on the phone it would cost $400.00 to replace two brake chambers on my trailer. To which I agreed. When they finished replacing the two brake chambers they presented me with a bill for $756.00. I refused to pay that amount. And the reduced it to $500. Even. This place is a scam!! They lie and they steal and their rude! I never seen a business that yells at their customers or employees! Also It takes them HOURS TO DO A SIMPLE JOB!! And they overcharge like crazy. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever because of how shady this place actually is. Most of the reviews are not real customers, If you're going to review a place tell it how it truly is. If they had an option for 0 stars I would put it, not even worth calling this place if stranded. #NOTWORTHIT

Another shop told me to call these guys to replace an airbag that blew on the road. Firsy he was 45 min late, and then he never even brought a new airbag. He left a drove 45 min away to get one when there was a dealer 5 min down the road. All said and done, that one airbag cost me $1000 and 4 hours. I had a blower motor fixed here. I went to 4 other places, all of them wanted between $345 to $1200 to have it done. This place only charged $90.00. They were very fast and professional. Oil changes are only $250.00.Thank you Interstate Truck and Trailer.

Buyer beware, after picking up our company's truck at the weigh station and being told that it was needed the next day because the load was due. We were then given the run around for two days then charged double from start till finish for after hours repairs. When we showed up to check on the truck employees were either sleeping or absent completely. Mike the owner is nothing more than a theif and liar. You could only communicate with one of his employees thru Google translate because he only spoke Russian. If there is any other company in the area I would recommend them. Our company paid over 7000 dollars for 4000 worth of work.

I went for a trailer door repair to these guys...the repair was done and i paid through my card. The payment did not go through at that time and since i had to get out of there early i paid them in cash and in case the card payment goes through they told me that they will send back that amount to my card...now i am trying to call these guys, but none of the phone numbers are working i guess

I have found Al from Interstate Truck Repair a very knowledgeable and professional mechanic aside being a very friendly, responsive, and honest person. I am pleased that I found this place to work on our truck. Our 2009 Ford F750 Truck Box had mechanical (engine not starting) and electrical (difficult to detect) problems. I contacted Al and after listening to my explanation of the problem, he accepted to fix our truck. Al, a very friendly and responsive, mechanic examined our truck and explained to me what was problem preventing our engine to start, and let me know the cost of repair in advance. The cost was reasonable and he fixed our truck on time. Once electrical problem showed itself, Al fixed that too at a reasonable cost. Now I have a good mechanic and a friend in Interstate Truck Repair. If our truck needs any work, I know I will take it to Al.

They dont even deserve one star. The tech took almost three hours to fet to me when im hslf hour away. Way over charged and was not will to credit anything for wasting my time and money.

The worst place to fix your truck, I called for a trailer flat tire, told me to go there cause they are open. I got there with in 15 min. The place was closed, when I called the number they told me to wait they will be there in 15 min. I waited 1.5 hours and nobody showed up. I called them a few times and they were really rude on the phone, told me to leave if I don t want to wait no more. STOP don t go to this place. The worst customer service. Very rude people

Some people don t even know how to be professional. Also advertises that he s open 24/7 he answered the 2 time sounded like he just woke up and hard to understand. He just hung up after I told him what was going in STAY AWAY
