I'm only giving two stars because the store is very neat and organized, obviously because this is the newest one. However, all the staff in this store needs customer service coaching. Not a helpful crew, depending on the day. One time I came here in Winter and a really nice guy who I don't think is around anymore helped me put my headlight in, but needed a bit of assisting so I think the manger was the one who assisted him. Anyways, I came here to replace the bulbs once again, at a different time, and I asked for help putting them in, because I got help here before, with same vehicle. When I got in the store everyone was socializing and no one greeted me for about 5 minutes after just standing there being patient, eventually one guy asked me what I needed and I told him that I get a certain bulb but couldn't remember so I asked if he could pull it up since another associate helped me like that in the past...this young man then proceeds to tell me that they don't have a system of customer car information on file. Now at this point I'm sure of something they did to help me find out my car bulbs, but I wasn't explaining it right. Then once I asked for help to get it put in, everybody in the building began making excuses about being busy, the guy helping me said he was going on a delivery and the guy who was supposed to be the manager said he was going to lunch, then I mentioned how I had got my light changed by him before, and he asked me where did I know him from???? At that point he started making excuses about how he thinks my front bumper needs to be taken off to pop my bulb in and I told him no it didn't because he and another associate replaced it before.. Then the guy askes me if I was still gonna buy the bulb if no one helped, like are you kidding me/? Basically these associates pick and choose who they want to help or just are no help at all. If I remember you it's obviously from the store because you helped me, no need to insult my intelligence and proceed to lie about how my car has to be dismantled to swap a bulb. Thanks to Orielys, I bought the bulb and go help putting it in, no attitudes, just great customer service. It is ridiculous people get in a career field where customer service is very important yet they apply none.

This AutoZone is the absolute best!!!!! The night manager Ben is exceptional!I needed a high low beam and he helped me get it installed Immediately I cannot say enough about his compassion, patience, kindness and service!!!Not all AutoZones are identical the people and management of this Sturtevant location make all the difference! This is the only AutoZone I will go to in my area. They are not afraid of helping their customers. Way to go!! And thank you so much

Great place, had a burnt out light on my car, didn t know which I needed or how to install. I was totally lost, a gentleman named Rob came to help me out all through the whole process. Helped me pick the correct bulb and even replaced the bulb in the car. He only spent a few minutes fixing the bulb in my car without damaging it. Very nice good fellow. I offered to buy him some red bulls but kindly declined. A true outstanding nice guy!

Horrible service!! The lady at the front counter was more worried about laughing on the phone than actually helping customers in line. Called ahead of time to ask about a part. Waited in line for 15 minutes. Part no where to be found. Not cool

I was here a few weeks ago, looking to get help to get a split screw off of my license plate. McKenna and Cole were wonderful, so helpful and patient with me. I will definitely be coming back here again if I have any other issues!

Overall my experience was shifted from not so great to Great thanks to Robert and Kolten great customer service. Robert assisted me and helped correct mistakes caused by other staff. He took the time to get me all the right parts and ensured they were right this time.I appreciate the time he took to explain everything throughly and also educated me on what was best.Thank you, please hire more people like this as my experience previously lacked knowledgeable staff. I can't tell you how much of an inconvenience it's was to come back and forth returning parts due to the lack of knowledge of a sales rep. AgainThank you Robert for fixing this issue.I would recommend anyone to ask for Robert as he knows will guide you in the right direction. THE FIRST TIME!

Was sent here from another Auto Zone after buying brake pads because they did not have rotors in stock for my vehicle. The gentleman who helped me made sure that I was signed up for their rewards program and explained the benefits, rescanned my parts to make sure that they were covered under warranty and to make sure that I got my rewards points for future discounts! He gave me the 15% discount that I was entitled to for buying brake pads and rotors together none of which was mentioned at the first store I was sent here from. They are definitely there for you to make sure that you save money and to make sure that your parts are covered. As a woman it is much appreciated to have helpful and honest people to assist with making sure your car needs are taken care of! :)

Went here today needing coolant. I am a lady who is absolutely clueless when it comes to anything about cars. Robert assisted me in finding the best one, made a recommendation, and filled it for me. He assured me he was here to help in whatever way he could. He could have easily made me feel stupid but he didn t :) I will be back!

Rob was super helpful 2 days in a row, helped me find a store that had the headlights I wanted. He really went the extra mile for a customer. Highly recommend this auto zone. And thanks to Rob for the help with my headlight situation!

Tim and Chase have been incredibly helpful answering all of my questions and giving advice for my car. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys for anything your vehicle needs. They will go above and beyond to help you, especially when you have no idea what you are doing. It was such a relief. They both deserve a hefty raise for their quality customer service and kindness.

Website says open at 7:30 am, showed up at 7:45 on a Tuesday and the door was locked. Employees watched me sit outside and didn t do a thing. Unreal.

Stopped here to get some new wiper blades. Staff was positive and helpful. They directed me to what I needed and even offered to install them right away if I would like. I was back on the road in about 10mins.

Fast friendly service. I needed a new battery. The staff was quick to diagnose, remove the old batter and install the new one. Made sure it was all set and the car would start. Great experience!

Twice they gave me the wrong item! One time was a car battery (polar opposites!) and they were very difficult to deal on trying to get a replacement out to me because my car was dead. The second time was the wrong oil was pulled. I ordered it correctly, they stuck the label over the front covering up what it was. Good thing i double checked before I put it in my oil tank or I would have been screwed. Again, it was a HUGE hassle for them to bring me the right oil as my car was not drivable. They made sure they were doing ME a huge favor by sending someone out to drop it off...like seriously?? I do NOT recommend this place, staff is not knowledgeable and I experienced horrible customer service. I will not go back here.

I had gone into Autozone, in Sturtevant, WI to get a replacement bulb for my tail light on my 2012 Hyundai Santa FeThe gentleman behind the counter looked up what I needed and went and brought it back to the counter. I also needed help to install the bulb, that was also completed without a problem.I want to thank the two gentlemen that went over and above to install the replacement tail light for me. It s a 37 degree day in wisconsin and I was silly enough to think I would be just fine in shorts and a light jacket, until I discovered to my dismay a headlight bulb has died. If it had been a bright and sunshiney day this may have been a different tale, but no, it was dreary and raining and cold.I pulled in at AutoZone to get my new headlight bulb and a couple wipers to replace the ones that had become mere tatters on my windshield. I ve replaced a headlight bulb before but it was only once and it was last year. I was in the parking lot, in the light but cold rain, and had successfully inserted the new bulb but was having difficulty getting the stupid metal clip inserted again. When alas I hear the welcoming words whatcha working on young man? as David Johnson from AutoZone ventures into the cold and dreary parking lot to rescue me. He successfully re-attaches the metal clip, my headlights work once again, and I am saved. Back in the warmth of my Honda CR-V I write this review.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Terrible customer service by Chase. Not helpful. They act very cocky and try to make you feel dumb. My car requires a cabin filter and Chase tried telling me my car doesn t have one. Never going back.

Very helpful and nice workers. I pulled up on my motorcycle with a flat tire. One of the workers (His name started with A, I think it wad Andy) saw the bike on a flat and was quick to help me out. He made sure the hole it was plugged correctly. I put in air at the gas station next door and I was on my way quickly.

Tim is amazing. If you need anything, go see him. I was passing through (from out of town) and had car trouble. He was so incredibly kind, helpful, and honest. Truly went above and beyond to help a stranger. Thank you, Tim!
