Wow! We bought a Honda Odyssey from Warren today at Auto Werks!It was the best car buying experience we've had! They don't charge dealer fees so the car is the price listed. He was kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with.We will definitely be back for our next purchase! Hassle free and quick

Fantastic experience with Ross and Jennifer! I wanted to sell my 2016 Jeep Cherokee and went to Autowerks for a quote and appraisal, since I know they are transparent in their practices and trust they would be fair. Ross was friendly and efficient when doing the appraisal, and it was indeed a fair price. When we were ready to sell a few days later, Jennifer quickly processed the paperwork. I couldn't believe how fast, easy and pleasant the whole process was! Thank you!

Second purchase from Autowerks, couldn't be more happy with an auto purchase. Staff are friendly and take care of everything, offered more than fair price for my trade-in and no fees. They don't have a huge selection however their selection changes often.

These guys are the most laid back salesmen I ever met, the reason being that their cars speak for them. I was here yesterday and bought a new 2016 Kia Sorento from them. When I say great selection, I mean all the cars in the lot are clean, excellent condition, and have low mileage. The whole process was stress free, hassle free, and fast. I did not feel pressured into buying, nor was I harassed while test driving or getting a good feel. Where can an experience like this happen? Before I left they made sure to detail the car even though it was like new to begin with. I dealt with Ross, he was kind, and concerning as to what I wanted. I would DEFINITELY recommend this dealership over any other dealership in the surrounding area. These guys are not trying to get over in anyone, they are trying to sell you a car that lasts as long as you need it to. DON'T PASS THEM UP! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

What a great place. We walked in just starting our look for a vehicle. The person who greeted us was friendly and there was no pressure at all. We test drove a vehicle and ended up buying it the same day. There was no pressure from anyone and no typical back office dealer games you typically see. The loan process was a breeze given we are members of ECU. A week went by and the tail lamp assembly went out on the new purchase. We had the remainder of the factory warranty and their guarantee for the first month. We called them up and they took the vehicle to the dealer in Waukesha. They even gave us a loaner from their lot. They picked up the vehicle and detailed it before returning it and even gave it a full tank of gas. Can't beat that kind of service.

Love the no hassle and no extras added to final cost. Having my credit union on site was an added bonus. I would recommend to my friends and would buy from autowerks again.

My debit card was used online without my permission. Was told they'd refund amount this "one time" as a curtosy, but that next time I won't be so lucky . Apparently my identity was stolen and used on a secure server so that makes me SOL if it happens in the future. Whatever that means....

I was looking for a used truck, found a like new 2009 Dodge Ram in excellent condition and low mileage at a great price, one remote didnt work Werner sends a driver out to my work with another truck and new remote and fills the tank and I work one hour from Them!!!

New car. They do rust proofing, sound proofing, fabric and paint coating. For like $500 at the same place as the dealer ships get theres done, which charge like $1200....
