Great experience! They identified my vehicle s problem quickly and completed repairs without any nonsense. Was given a nice loaner car to drive for 3 days at no charge. Chad was very helpful and worked with the warranty company to get my out of pocket expenses as low as possible. Highly recommended.

Young auto center is an absolute professional business. Always courteous, informational, & accurate. Very prompt on reporting any needed service issues that could very well be unknown to vehicle owner and to the degree of possible hazard. The service techs are of top ability to the nature of the service needed. Highly recommended business. Fred has done well here.

We had our Toyota Highlander in for an oil change and check up with them. The staff are amazing! They work super quickly and are extremely detailed! The prices are affordable as well!

I had a brake line go and they got me in right away and had it done so quickly. This is the only place that really inspects everything and gives you a checklist showing you everything that requires attention, notes explaining and the price of the labor which I absolutely love. Best auto shop I ve been to around here. Will continue coming here for any future issues.

Work completed. Quality, customer friendly service. My car is a discontinued 2005 PT Cruiser that may at times need special attention but not a problem for Young Automotive. They were recommended to me by a friend who has maintained her older vehicle in safe and new driving condition with Young s service.

My first visit to Young Automotive was last week. They were really kind and got me into their busy schedule. Everyone was just very nice and friendly towards me but also toward the others folks waiting for their cars. They are a busy and popular shop, so book ahead if you know you will need service. The price was certainly fair and less than I have paid elsewhere. The place is clean, well organized both in the waiting area, office and the shop area. They are tech savvy, which saves time. Overall, I feel confident my truck is in good hands. I will be coming back for sure.

I normally change my own oil but was visiting from out of town and needed an oil change. The good: very polite and got me in and out quickly at a fair price. The not so good: 1. when I did the next oil change the filter was way over torqued. 2. This is normal, but they tried to upsell air and cabin filters for obscene prices - buyer beware.

I have an older Jeep. It has only been serviced at Young Auto over the years. Still runs like new. They do GREAT work! I highly recommend them.

Courteous and friendly staff. Serviced our auto with a set of new tires. Our Ford Escape rides smooth as new. Provided a loaner vehicle. Would highly recommend their shop for quality services.

Our car broke down while out of town in Door County. Young automotive was able to expedite the repair and was both reasonably priced and provided excellent service! Their ability to diagnose and repair our car quickly avoided any additional delay on our return home. I highly recommend them!

The shop responded quickly getting my vehicle towed and had it repaired in the same day. Ford dealership said a week to diagnose the issue. Will be using this shop again.

I had to have my exhaust system replaced on my 2016 Ford Escape. It was broken behind the middle muffle and required the replacing of the full one-piece component from the flex pipe back. Mitch explained this to me and gave me good estimate. After starting the work Mitch called me a couple times to update me on things. All went well. The car was ready early the day he said it would be. When I came to get my car and got to the Service desk, Zoe was super pleasant. I think that the customer service at Young Automotive is fantastic!

Staff is always pleasant and explains things fully. I recently had a repair done that wasn't completed perfectly and before I could even call about it they had follow up. They got my vehicle back in quickly and took care of things without hassle. Very impressed.

I don t was traveling and visiting in Sister Bay , Wi when my vehicle check engine light activated. Young s was able to get my vehicle in the day I called them and verify and correct the issue with the check engine code. Very friendly , very explained the problem and ran a safety check on the vehicle.

Despite having all tires checked a week ago at a local tire shop, my tire pressure light remained on. After taking all recommended actions it appeared that it was an issue with the tire pressure sensor. So I stopped in and asked Zoe who was working at the reception desk if someone was available to reset the sensor. But they were extremely busy and short a technician. Since I had an appointment out of town in the afternoon, I asked if perhaps someone could just check to make certain the tires were ok. She kindly directed me to the air pump around the building where a technician would meet me. After a very brief wait, Zoe came out, apologized for the wait, and herself checked the tires. She found they had actually been overinflated and adjusted each to the correct PSI, explaining as she did so and providing reassurance that the tires looked fine. But the most important part of this experience was the kindness that Zoe bestowed on me from the minute I walked into the office until I departed. It was one of those beautiful experiences that left me feeling uplifted and surrounded by goodness. I am profoundly grateful to have encountered her this morning.As a side note, I have had my vehicle serviced at Young's previously where I received excellent service from Jeff.

As we drove into town from Illinois, our car began making "clunking" noises. Pulled up Google to find a service station and Young Automotive popped up. After quickly reading the positive reviews, we drove over. The staff were great and took down the needed information, provided us a free loaner to continue our vacation, and went to work. Later the same day, we got the text that the car was finished. We really appreciate the conscientious staff. The service crew did a thorough search for the problem and came up with an answer. And the bill was VERY reasonable! We were so relieved to find a place, away from home, to take our car. We had no idea whether we'd get hit with an exhorbitant bill or told we needed an unnecessary repair, so we really appreciated the fair price for the job. We highly recommend! And special shoutout to Zoe, who checked us in and out and was a thorough pleasure to deal with. It's nice to know if we ever encounter an auto problem when we're in Door County, we won't hesitate to contact Young Automotive.

We had an engine failure that prevented us from driving our vehicle and as a result, at the time, it looked like we would miss Christmas. We'll, our service advisor went into action! She arranged a loner vehicle and lined up the repair technician. (we had to have our vehicle towed.) By 11:00am the next day, we were in our vehicle and on the road. Young Automotive saved our Christmas. We won't forget it.

Coming here is always a delight. I actually don't mind oil changes now, when I used to constantly dread them. The service is impeccable--everyone is so nice and helpful with any questions you have, and they're just fun to have conversations with too. They're super timely and flexible too--one time I was 15 min late (completely my fault) on a busy day, and they were still able to get me in and replace some parts on my car for me.Appointments can be long, but the environment and atmosphere more than make up for it. There's complimentary coffee, water, and snacks, books and magazines to read, comfy chairs, free WiFi, and a very nice essential oil diffuser. Time always flies by here since it's so comfortable! Pricing is super reasonable too, and they let you know ahead of time if an expensive part might need replacing sometime soon.As someone who knows next to nothing about cars and just moved to the area about a year ago, I really appreciate all the help and service that everyone at Young Auto has provided, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is new up here or unfamiliar with vehicle upkeep.

When I made my appointment, I got a text which I assumed it was a confirmation to the appointment I just made. However, it was a rejection text I would later come to find out. I went to the place to drop off my car, but they were puzzled as they didn t see mine in their system. Despite the mistakes I made and the frustration (towards myself), they got my car in and respected my mistake. I appreciate them for doing that for me as I was the one at fault. Thank you Chad and the young automotive crew.

Fantastic locally owned shop. This was my first visit for service as I just moved to town. The friendliness of everyone there (Mitch was awesome!), honesty of options and service, and the fact that they provide rides to and from, I've found my new shop.

The process of setting up an appointment over the phone was nice and easy. I am new to the area and work in Algoma so having a loaner car to use while mine was getting fixed was a huge help. Super happy with their services. Had an emergency with my vehicle, and showed up to their shop on a snowy day. They got me in right away. They were polite, and trying their best to get me back on the road as quick as possible, which they did! Staff members were welcoming. Had a nice variety of coffees and had bottled water in the waiting area. I recommend this garage, and if I needed something else done and was nearby, I would definitely go back!
