I have been coming to this valvoline for a while and the last two oil changes I ve had, and they have gotten a whole new crew it looks like, and they are a lot more organized and are going above and beyond for all their service. I live in town, and this was my first--and last time-- using this location. ASK FOR PRICES UP FRONT PRIOR TO SERVICE. The manager was extremely verbally unprofessional to his fellow employees. There were several comments made questioning their competence, the way they organized things, and how another female manager (not there at the time) is a 22 year old "know it all". About 5 minutes after pulling in, they told me that they didn't have my oil in stock any longer. I was stunned for several seconds since I obviously couldn't just pull off at this point with no oil. Thankfully, a different person said they just got a shipment of it in. That started about 15 minutes worth of complaining that too much was ordered, and they don't know where to store anything. Then they didn't have my air filter. The manager had to drive 2 buildings over to O'Reilleys to buy one. The other employees made comments how frequently this happens, and that the manager is usually gone 10-20 minutes for what should be a 3-5 minute trip. About 15 minutes later, he did finally return. In this time, the car behind me pulled off after waiting so long. The manager made a comment that "we are the only ones in town, so they'll be back". Another employee said that "they'll probably just go to Green Bay". The manager responded "then that's their prerogative, I ain't concerned". The only competent person here--the one working under the shop changing the oil-- came up and told me to look up discount codes on my phone. They apologized how long everything was taking, and that he was upset with the efficiency/effectiveness of this location. It saved me a measly $7 on an outrageous $220 bill for oil, cabin filter, & air filter. I will not be returning. Yes, I will drive to Gandrud Quick Lube for CHEAPER AND PROFESSIONAL service with even more multi-point inspections.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I pulled in today to get my oil changed two hours after the time stated that the business opens. I was met outside by an employee who stated that the manager was stuck in Milwaukee. Due to that he would not be able to perform any services. As somebody who helps run 1,000,000+ dollar service department in Sturgeon Bay I don t think this is acceptable. Not to mentionThis is the second time that I have been turned away from getting service here. The last time was because they didn t have the oil available for my vehicle. This time I even came prepared with my own oil and filter.

I didn t start my stop watch, but today s oil change was fast and convenient. I didn t have to wait long to pull in, and it wasn t long for me to drive out.

Normally I come here out of convenience during my lunch break for an oil change. Today s experience was not pleasant. The two young men working were swearing up a storm, may not bother me but could offend someone else and it s not professional. one kept saying he didn t know what he was doing and for a good part of the time I sat there I was concerned something bad was going to happen with my vehicle. They also never checked my filter or air in my tires which they normally do. Overall poor experience and unprofessional. Not sure I ll be back.Service: Oil change

Tried a couple different Saturdays over the last 2 months to get service. One day they had a handwritten sign out saying they were closed for maintenance but they were all sitting on their phones. Few weeks later store was literally closed up mid day Saturday while they appeared to be screwing around in the parking lot. Few weeks later sign was back out. You can even see part of it in another review here where the picture is posted. When your 3x the price everywhere else in town and you can t even get service anyway why bother stopping? Now our family gets great service at Weber.Service: Oil change

I highly recommend! The team was business-like and friendly. I had questions about a small oil leak I had observed. Xavier checked out things under the vehicle and found that a new oil drain plug gasket was needed. To provide assurance he showed me the oil plug assembly including a new gasket. That was installed, the new oil added, and I was quickly on my way. It was refreshing to have a team work together with focus on the customer to deliver a quality experience. Thanks to Xavier, Jeremy and Dustin for making my day a little better.Service: Oil change

Slow service and cost was definitely high than expected cost is no longer competitive with other lube shops. Staff was friendly minus one. Seemed cocky/aragant will be looking for another location after years of service here

Don't go early in the morning! This may have been a one off, but I visited on a Saturday morning in October and the guys arrived five minutes late. They opening ten minutes late and didn't perform the inspections that come standard with an oil change. They clearly didn't want to be at the shop that morning. I would try coming later in teh day when they have a chance to wake up.Service: Oil change

The best customer experience, EVER! My tech, Michelle, was awesome, but the entire crew touched my car and were great! Oil change, new battery, and rear wiper blade. Kudos to all!

I tried to go here for an oil change and they wouldn't let me park my empty trailer in the parking lot while they changed my oil. Nobody was there except for the 2 workers. Manager was standing outside smoking and seemed like he didnt want to do anything but that. I'm very unhappy with how the situation was handled and I wouldn't recommend anybody to deal with him.

Very fast and efficient. Have other items you can purchase but did not pressure me. They took the time to show me my air filter which was dirty and had to replace. They took the time to show me my dipstick after the oil was put in to make sure level was at proper measurement. Whatever failures they've had in the past seem to be corrected. Manager was very effective along with all employees.

Wonderful experience. I went twice in a week to get both vehicles and oil change. Xavier was kind and efficient. I used Groupons for both oil changes and had no issues with them. Another reviewer mentioned them not accepting Groupons, but I believe their system was not working at the time but now it certainly is. Definitely will go back.

Staff researched type of oil needed for my car and determined they were short by two quarts before they changed the oil. They declined to change the oil which was the ethical and correct thing to do. Excellent team!!!

Stopped in while on a trip from NC when car said oil change was due soon. They were very helpful in replacing 2 filters on my new "old" car and the right oil for high mileage. Very pleased.

Went there and they couldn't get my oil plug out (they were the last ones to do an oil change) so sent me to a dealer saying they would pay for service and labor and the oil change. They only paid for service and part for the oil plug not the oil change. Stated they would send me a coupon for an oil change with them. No thanks, keep the coupon. 2 days later I finally got my vehicle back from the dealer because that's how long it took for them to pay for the labor and oil plug

Had a very quick oil change. Gave me options of upgrades and extra products, but didn't hassle me into buying them. They also use good oil and I was able to tell a major difference right away. Shout out to Larry, William, and James for the help!

$80.00 for a 6 quart synthetic oil change and my oil life monitor does not get reset? Come on guys you have to be better than that. I get the whole COVID thing but if I can walk my 21 year old daughter through resetting it over the phone from Chicago why can t you while you re standing right there? Dealer down the street is $30 less and guarantee they reset oil monitor.

Great place to go! Recommend by a texan. It's fast, they will literally talk to you about your vehicle and what check up is due or due soon! They work as a unit so the wait is small

Over filled oil. Tried to sell air filter when K&N filter was already installed. They need to concentrate on doing there job instead of selling unneeded services. They did fix oil overfill and offered 15% off next change. Update on 4/12/19 I received a check refunding all my money

Don t buy the Groupon! There is a Groupon for this location. I paid for the Groupon and the manager refused to accept it. The address on the Groupon was an exact match to this location. I was treated rudely by the store manager. They collect the money for the Groupon but refuse the service. It will take me several days to get my refund.
