Be prepared for the vehicle price to be more than advertised. Even after agreeing to a price and shaking hands on it, they will add a $2,000 accessory charge and an unreasonably high $650 service fee. I thought we had a deal when we agreed and shook hands, but when it came to the paperwork, they wouldn't take the added accessory charge off. A waste of time. Look elsewhere if you don't want to be jerked around.

They re sending out pretty false advertisements saying you won $750 to get you through the door. When you show up on-site it s entirely a scam. Horrible advertising, and not only will I never ever purchase a car from here because of that, but I will actively tell people the experience I had with their mailers so they do not come here. Do better!

Had a really good experience with Brian Dawson he helped us out with getting us a newer car and was very helpful explaining everything and worked hard with everything for us and got a good deal.

Patriot Ford s general manager Jake Belcher is a very unprofessional business manager. I was given first dibs on a vehicle not even on the lot, test, drove, approved, was going to buy the car that day with money in full. The general manager Jake Belcher told me that someone had called on Thursday( when I had already called the Tuesday prior) that they had priority over the car, apparently. How do you tell a local customer who had the money in full, NO? I guess outsiders have more priority than locals? This is a message directed to general manager Jake Belcher. The salesman that I worked with did everything out of his way, very appreciative for him. I highly advice you don t do business with patriot motors, very unprofessional.

Service department manager said they won't give a loaner vehicle for my truck while it gets warranty work because I didn't buy it there. I bought it during pandemic when no one had any inventory and when a dealership nearby had one in stock I jumped on it.Guess the two previous vehicles I bought there in the 3 years before that weren't good enough. I won't be back, even for oil changes. Maybe the new owners will be better.

We were 6 hours away from home and got a nail in our tire. We stopped in and one of the employees stayed late just to help us out. Fantastic costumer service and overall great people!

$59.95 for an alignment check? Other places charge $79.95 and actually turn a wrench on your vehicle. $3 shop supplies charge also. What an absolute joke. No response from service manager. Will never spend another dime here.

not sure why We keep returning here. Had problems years ago with the technicians not cleaning up there mess after working on our vehicle, now we went in for a significant oil leak on a brand new truck and after inspecting it and adding dye in the oil they sent us on our way with little to no oil in the truck DUE TO THE PROBLEM we went in for? WTH. Oil hand prints everywhere as well , now Ordering a part for our other vehicle and they said it will be here for sure in one day and then they call me and say they messed up and itll be here tomorow . Dont waiste your time here. This is the NEW PATRIOT FORD !

Recently Leased a new 2019 Ford f150. Everything was great leading up to the lease/purchase. However, I was told it would tow 9,100lbs prior to signing all my papers. I even called the morning I was going there to sign the papers to ensure the truck was in fact properly equipped. I sit down with the financial person and get all the papers signed. The car salesman then begins to go through the truck with me and explaining all the instruments in the truck and then begins to tell me upon looking into the truck further that it was rated only to tow 7,600lbs. Nothing was done to rectify my situation and here I sit with a truck that I thought would tow up to 9,100lbs. Yes this truck will tow my camper, but I was still deceived and nothing was even attempted to rectify the situation other than being told it will still tow my camper.UPDATE: I felt I should give an update to my review as I have been contacted by the sales manager who was very apologetic to the situation. She is currently working with me to get me in a truck that better fits my needs. While I wish that this would have been done from day one I do appreciate her willingness to recognize the issue and take steps to make it right.

Their service is reliable, skilled and a reasonable price. However, it is very confusing when you call to get service. Re-routed and dropped calls. You leave a message and no one calls back. They have two service areas at the Duluth location but are never clear as to which one you need to go to and the path from one to another is not clear. It is almost like you need to be an insider and have lots of time to spend trying to figure it all out.

Adverse billing when i was never at their quick lane on 14 november 22$94.90 billing.after review with Mike service mangr. Reversed charges. Cant get parts due to frustrating supply chain issues. When parts are available il return and have work done.

We took our Ford Expedition in for bumper repair/replacement. They gave us a loaner car free. They said it would take 2 days and it was done in one. We figured they would have to wash the outside. What suprised us is that the interior was totally cleaned and vacuumed!!!! Now that's great service. Thanks to Jeff and crew.

On vacation and my MKX started acting up. 800 number directed us to this dealership on a Saturday morning at about 11 o'clock . Mike greeted us with a smile and took a look at our problems. Because of the day and time he suggested they keep it for a better look on Monday, gave us a beautiful loaner and we were back on vacation time. Called us Monday as he said and it was fixed but asked to keep it overnight to be sure . It only needed a new battery, they wanted to be sure it was the fix. We are back in our car with no cost to us and I recommend anyone in the area in need..call them!! Many thanks for great customer service.

I have my Ford Fusion and Ranger Pickup serviced at Joe Weber Auto Repair because of prices. But if I were to ever change, it would be because of Jordan and the friendly people like her in the service department at Olson Ford.

Took my car in for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. Ended up being a complete disaster. For every day the car sat there, came yet another story from the service department Manager about new issues with my car. I was told a mechanic significantly got burnt on two of my lug nuts. I was told that my break line was accidentally broke. I was told there was no adjusting a one week old control arm, then all of a sudden after refusing to pay a ridiculous amount for another new control arm then all of a sudden the control arms could all be adjusted. Then 5 days after my car sat there, I was informed after the fact that my front spring was cracked in half..Never heard so many different spins and stories coming out of one service department. I ended up having to take my car directly to another repair shop to try to figure out exactly what could have gone so wrong so fast at Jim Olson Ford. The results were reported to Ford Motor Company who created a case and informed management at Jim Olson Ford, and it's been over a month and I still haven't heard back from Jim Olson Ford.

Where do I start. This place is a ripoff. Took my car in for an oil change the next thing I know is they tell me I need a new battery and battery booster, just put a new interstate battery in it a couple months before. Had another mechanic check it out of course nothing was wrong with it he told me to stay away from Olsen Ford that they are getting a reputation for saying things need to be fixed or replaced that are perfectly fine with your vehicle. I think the service manager and head mechanic must be getting bonuses from owners. Stay away at all costs!!!!

My review is regarding Jim Olson service.Four of us were vacationing in Door County when I broke the gear shift column in my 2002 Explorer. We were out of transportation and were supposed to leave Fish Creek the next day.A new part was not available except from Chicago and the service department did not have an opening until two days later.Kent Clasen the Service Advisor arranged for a tow, courtesy car and then was able to find a used part, juggle service schedules and had me on the road the next day. The total cost was under his original estimate. This was all done with the feeling he does this everyday for his customers. They made my problem their problem so I could enjoy my final day in Door County without stress. Well Done! I highly recommend.

As I was leaving Door County to return to Superior, I noticed that my Ford Escape's splash-shield was becoming detached from the car body. I called Jim Olson Ford first thing on Monday morning. They asked me to bring the car in as soon as possible and that they'd take care of the problem. When I arrived, they got the car in right away, repaired the part, and even washed the car after they finished the repair. I was back on the road in less than one hour. Needless to say, I am very impressed with their service department and the customer focus that I'm sure is part of their culture.

Jim Olsen Ford is the best...My wife surprised me with a get away for my birthday in 2016.We arrived late on a Thursday night. After checking in our car would not start. Early Friday morning I called the dealership for assistance. Kent was fantastic. He made arrangements to fit us in, gave me a number for a tow truck. Within 25 minutes the tow truck had arrived. By noon, Kent was calling me to tell me what was wrong with the car. The only problem was it would not be completed until Monday.Not bad! The only problem was my wife and I had to be at work Monday am...Once again, he came through with a solution, we called a taxi and picked up a car from them so we could finish my "get away " weekend. Not only could we finish enjoying the great weekend, but Kent told us to use the car to go home to Milwaukee and he would call when our car was finished.NOW THAT IS SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND!My only regret is that we do not live closer to their dealership so they could service all our Ford and Mercury cars and trucks!Thanks again Jim Olsen Ford!Brad.

I ve taken my car here to be serviced many times. The techs are knowledgeable. However, many of the employees would not wear masks inside the building and waiting area. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.

False advertising.. don't put a sign up for quick lane and then cater to the locals for appointment times.. . so when out of towners come in for a quick oil change that are in the delivery business ..we can't make appointments.. Quick lane is first come..first serve.. Will be making this known to other expeditors NOT to bring their vans here.. glad you cater to your little locals.. expeditors is a big business..you missing out on money

Its Saturday morning on the first of July . I get in my escape and hear loud thumps and banging from my rear right wheel area. Im from out of towm and have to leave on Sunday morning. I got a hold of Mike the service advisor and he said that they close in an hour but he would take a look to see if he could tell me what was wrong. Mike ,Tyler the mechanic, took a look and Tyler realised that I had a broken shock. Mike and Tyler both realised I was in a jam so they decided to fix it for me. I can't thank them enough. What great people and great service.

Service was wonderful here. Had problems with our truck and just pulled into their service department. They found the difficulty and promptly repaired it. They were very polite and explained the problem. Made so we could continue with our trip!

Great customer service and fast repair of my truck! Had my truck repaired the same day I had it towed to there lot. Amazing!
