Service is very good. Friendly people. Knew what they were doing. Got done what I asked, but prior to my going there I asked what the cost would be and I was given one amount but when they billed me after what they did it was $50 or 33% higher than what they had quoted me or estimated at the beginning. Just do not like that kind of increase. That's why I normally do not go to dealerships except when I have to.

Owner is a scam artist. I don t know why anyone would buy a vehicle from here. I was told by a salesman that everyone received the exact same flyer and that they had been getting cussed out all morning.. what do you expect when you run a scam ad to draw people in? People have been driving hours to find out it was a scam and you are now talking to them in person what a way to set up your salesmen for a really bad day.

I was there yesterday for the promotional. Although the staff were very nice and friendly the misleading advertising mailer I received made the experience very frustrating, disappointing, and insulting.I wasn t the only customer who had that experience either. I live in Green Bay so going to this dealership cost me money and time; as well as my son who drove me there since I m a disabled senior citizen. Bypass their responsibility for the misleading language in their promotional mailer by claiming it was potential customers misunderstanding is an unfair, deceptive , and untrustworthy business practice. This isn t a company I trust now, because of what I saw, heard, and experienced yesterday.

Well it wasn t the best for a couple reasons. I was told by contact person that the vehicle was certified for 12 months 12,000 miles. It was also advertised on your website. Then I drive 2 hrs to see it and made arrangements to buy it. I get a few miles away and get a call that it was sold! Not happy. Then DJ says he will sell it to me. Then you don t honor the warranty. I m told by DJ, your sales manager that he s can sell it to the other person and they were only giving me 3 month 3000 mile warranty even after I told him what is listed on website and what other employee told me. This is wrong. I ended up paying cash and still bought it but to threaten to sell it to the other person and not honor what is listed online and what another representative from Patriot told me is wrong.

Sent me 2 scratch offs saying I won something. Such a gimmick!! Make you waste your time driving there and then tell you that in order to claim your price you have to purchase a vehicle. Such a sleezy unprofessional way to get customers. Don t spend you money here!!

I went in for an Express Lube oil change. I have gone to Jim Olsen and Patriot for all of my oil changes and tire rotations. The most that I have paid was $75 for the complete works. Just for a quick oil change, they hand me a bill for $95 ..that is outrageous!!And then the service manager goes through the safety check and says everything is great.I went home and looked at my wiper blades and the rubber was coming apart.I am not impressed to say the least!!!

Very impressed with Collin Strage. He answered phone on a winter storm warning day. He stayed on the phone to answer all question about the vehicle we were interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable and cared about our questions. We were equally impressed when we met him in person. He went the extra mile to fulfill our request. If I were to buy another vehicle from this dealership I would be working with Collin.

Only giving one star because so my opinion can be heard. if I could, it would have given 10,000 negative stars. Very first impression not very good. Plus I don t like having to repeat myself multiple times on what I want done to my vehicle. Also I don t need to explain a backstory on how something got disconnected and why it needs to be fixed either. They were hired to do a job and obviously could not complete it. didn t fix my vehicle right from the get-go and still won t fix it right. I would definitely not recommend bringing your vehicle here because you ll have to bring it to another mechanic to fix it the right way plus cost you more money.

Very nice experiance with Kelly Hanley, my salesman. I drove 3 hours to purchase vehicle. It was right out front washed and ready for a test drive when I pulled into driveway. So nice to deal with small town dealer vs. the big city dealers. Would highly reccomend Patriot Ford for your next car buying experience.

I tried making an appointment online, but Patriot never called me back. So, I called them to make the appointment. Just an oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in, I reminded the guy that I bought my tires at Patriot, so the tire rotation should be free. He agreed. But, they charged me $20 for the tire rotation anyway! I had to go over the invoice with them to get that charge removed. Patriot definitely has issues they need to improve!

Great experience from beginning to end. Collin had the car we were eyeing ready and washed. He wasn t pushy, was helpful in information and did whatever he could to make us comfortable. We will be going back solely because of his service.

From walking the lot, to negotiating the price, and finally sitting down with Pattie in the finance box, every part of the sales experience was awesome.Drove 3+ hours to get the truck I wanted, and felt taken care of from start to finish. Will likely be buying another ford from here when needed.

Lately, I have not been satisfied with the quality of service rendered by Patriot Ford. The service department operated more efficiently under old management. Once, I took my truck in for service and they simply forgot to work on it. It was a Friday, and, had I not called just before 5:00 pm, my truck would have been locked on their service department all weekend. Also, the issues with my truck are not corrected on the first attempt. I have had to bring it back for followup visits for the same issue. I just feel as if the quality of service has deteriorated since new management took over.

Sent a flyer that said I won $750.00. CalledWith verification number they said I won SOMETHING (slick) went there slick salesperson of color who said his name was Napoleon (can you trust him) that I won a$2.00 scratch off ticket that they did not have, but if I wanted to wait they would haveone in a half hour. The were at least threeElderly men he told this too. Must have been a lot more because they were out ofScratch off. Can you trust them for customer service? Napoleon was an outstanding Car Salesman, but this howCar Salesman got their bad rapt. I knowsome honest Salesman and Dealers and this is not one. The flyer was addressed tomy Spouse who passed away eight yearsAgo. Shame on this dealership go to anhonest one.

Came in a couple weeks ago after reading the fine print on their garbage flyer. Tried calling multiple times but when you call they have no idea what you are asking and once at the dealership they have tables sitting out to explain to the masses they didn t win anything. This company uses gimmicky marketing tactics and are clearly padding their reviews with 5 star reviews about this, to offset these one star reviews. Pathetic marketing campaign.

We were brought to Patriot Ford by a tow truck on the last day of our Door County vacation after our 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis died in the middle of the road. The car is in really good shape overall, but the service team quickly diagnosed that the alternator was bad. However, the nearest replacement part was in central Illinois. The service advisor got us set up with a loaner vehicle so that we could make the 2 and half hour drive home. And not just any loaner, but a brand new Ford F-150 with 10 miles on it. We ended up using the loaner vehicle for a week because the part took a while to get there - and we were never charged a dime for the loaner. I can't say enough about how wonderful the customer service was and how well we were treated!

Service was done with efficiency and care. Drawback came in scheduling appointment. Made two attempts online with no feedback. Had to stop and let dealer know about the issue. Appointment made onsite with no problem.
