Looked at 2 other auto places in town that didnt have my minivan part...THIS place not only had it but provided the facts on what transmission oil i would need to complete the task at hand. I was a bit obnoxious but the staff stayed with me and even helped with my purchase of my snowmobile battery. What service! Fair price and beat Mays by 50 bucks! Thank you thank you thank you! I wirk hard for my $$$ and appreciate ones effirt to keep my bucks in my pocket.

Super helpful staff. I was on vacation and my rear brakes started making some noise. By the end of the day it was obvious one of my pads had worn down to the metal. They had the parts in stock and since I was far from home they let me borrow the necessary tools to do the brake job. Highly recommend.

Walked in with 2 hydraulic hoses to get made. 4 guys behind the counter stand there like a deer in headlights. Finally one states we don t build hydraulic hoses on Sat or Sun . Great, I wish I could only farm 5 days a week. Not sure what happened to this store as we always were able to get hoses made there on weekends. Walked out and went to Advanced Auto Parts. The woman there had no issue making my hydraulic hoses there. While I was there I grabbed a business credit application form. Guess I ll just drive past O Reilly. What s a few more miles to get better service.

Had to get a battery for my daughter's car. The guy who waited on my husband was very rude! The guy said, "You're driving this car and you don't know what size battery you need?!" We told the guy it's our daughter's car, the first time we've ever driven it!! Then he asked if we knew what type of engine is in the car. No, we don't. You could tell he was NOT happy that he had to go outside and look. Very rude, very short attitude, felt like we were a bother even though we were the only customers in the place. Will not go back to this place unless we ABSOLUTELY have to!

Summary: Good features for consumer automotive needs, but be careful of cheap parts. Also, this location's manager is really not great to work with.Detail: As far as consumer automotive needs, I generally like O'Reilly. I appreciate their evening and weekend hours, and their tool loan program has been super helpful to me over the years. I find that O'Reilly stores generally have the best employees. However, I'm pretty selective about the parts I buy from them, as I've experienced their parts to be a somewhat lower quality. If I have an opportunity to avoid their store brand, I usually do so.That commitment to avoiding their store brand was reinforced recently when I bought a store brand part that failed within a few months' time. And, what's worse, the effort to get a warranty refund from this store on account of the defective part was miserable. I went in once, and the employees told me that I would have to come in again to talk with the manager. They also expressed that the manager yells as them when they do returns that he doesn't think are appropriate. They really seemed afraid of the manager!I went in a second time during normal business hours in order to talk to the manager. He claimed that the defective part was not covered under warranty, and that he could not give me a refund. I kept asserting my view that it was covered under the published warranty. Finally, he took the part and literally threw it on the floor. He gave me a refund, but made several snide comments in the process and as I walked out the door.I was glad to have the refund, but I don't like to work with people who mistreat their employees and their customers.I spend hundreds of dollars a year at O'Reilly, but this store lost a customer in me. This city has four car parts stores, and I'll be shifting my business to them.

Good people to do business with!!When I broke down 40 miles from home due to a factory defected oil pressure sending unit I received, Brian the manager, not only sent my wife away with the new part, but the oil I needed AND some money to buy lunch for my son and I so our road trip would continue to be happy I know it came out of his own pocket, and I hope O Reillys appreciates him and all the great crew they have there... I know it brought a smile to my face and did make the road trip all that more enjoyable... even with a break down...thanks

My husband called and talked to a woman about a part he needs, but she needed the VIN to order part. My husband got it and called back. A guy answered and said no women work there then hung up. My husband called back asking why he hung up. The guy put him on hold and never came back on. Wow!! Looks like your employees need an attitude adjustment. Hubby called Auto Zone. They had part in stock.

I placed an order for curbside delivery today. My family is in quarantine because my daughter is high risk as defined by the CDC and her health team has advised us to be extremely cautious and to stay out of stores and public buildings.I arrive at their parking lot and call them and let them know I am here for curbside and they refused to bring my parts out to the vehicle (even though online it said curbside is available by calling). The guy on the phone told me the reason is because there are only 2 employees and they were extremely busy and they couldn't bring it out to me TODAY. There was one other car in the parking lot and the store was dead. I was looking right outside looking in the window and there wasn't anyone around in sight. I think that this location is not accommodating and will no longer shop here. I will be making my future purchases at AutoZone or Napa from now on without hesitation.I cancelled my order and called AutoZone down the street. They had my order ready and waiting with someone outside by the time I pulled in the parking lot.

Good service and selection. If an item is not in stock, they are able to get one in rather quickly. When asking for an item, they will bring out the most expensive one without sharing all of your options. AutoZone does the same thing. You have to ask if they have any other options. All in all, happy to do business here.

Excellent service, staff, always get the right parts. The store hours are great, if they don't have a part in stock, they can usually get it by next day. Best auto parts store in Sturgeon Bay!

Got a call from o'reilly Auto parts today complaining to me that the battery I returned yesterday was used and that they can't re-sell it. I bought it last year and put it in the jet ski and it died after 2 uses over a few weeks. I kept recharging the battery every time it died. I brought the jet ski to the dealership earlier this year to get checked out and it turns out the charging system was bad, and they gave me a correct battery for a jet ski. Dealership told me I had the wrong type of battery in the first place for the machine, even though the staff at o'reillys ensured me it was the BEST battery, it wouldn't die, and was made for these machines. I returned it to the store within a year of purchasing the battery which meant it was still under the warranty. I had no issues returning it after telling them it was the wrong battery for my machine. The day after i returned the battery I get a call from a manager at o'reillys telling me that I returned a used battery, and they're not supposed to take back used batteries. I asked what he wanted me to do about it, and he had no idea other than telling me that it was somehow my fault and that they would have to "eat the cost". So I guess the only reason they called me was to tell me I'm a bad person for returning their battery. Their employees should really know the company policy on returns, because I would've been fine if they had just told me at the store when I returned it that they don't take back old batteries. I guess I'll just cut up my o'reillys reward card and drive 1/4 mile down the road to Advanced Autoparts for now on.

Unique situation for me, but came in minutes before they closed and helped me out till after they closed.. I don't like to show up right before anyone closes, as for the same reasons, we all want to go home right after work, but still was helped to fullest.

Good knowledgeable staff very accommodating and supportive of the local auto repair shops. Without good services like there's it makes car repair a lot more difficult for the customer.

They seem to sell Quality Parts here at a reasonable price. And a real plus is that they can help you if you have questions about exactly what you need and how to install Etc.
