Super easy repair process. Had 2 serpentine belts replaced after noticed they were starting to crack. They were kind enough to pick up my vehicle at my place of work and return it so I would not have to take time off of work. Easy payment process through Paypal. My 1978 Corvette needed new rear Spindles. It wasn t safe to drive, so Mike came out and picked it up. Working on Old Cars can be challenging, this one was no different. Brian was able to get all the parts needed, replace the Spindles and found a source of oil leaking that had stumped me. I will probably only use Mike from now on. Wow! Awesome service. I was visiting WI when I needed to get NAPA warranty service. It turned out it was the right rear instead of left, which was warranties. Mike went to work, fixing a part that wouldn't be available in time for my return to IL. He and his wife were both very friendly and accommodating! HIGHLY RECOMEND.

Someone recommended Mike and his crew and I am so glad I went there. Their prices are great and their service is the best. Helped me out fixing my new car (BMW) and car I was placing for sale. Excellent service, trustworthy people, awesome prices, and tons of knowledge. Highly Highly Highly Recommend!!

Absolutely the best, hands down. Quality of service, customer service, everything about my visit was beyond what I expected! As a woman it's easy to be taken advantage of, having a father who was a mechanic taught me enough to look out for myself, with this wonderful group of people that isn't even a concern to have. Totally trustworthy and exceeded my expectations by far!

AMAZING service!I was visiting Door County and had some overheating problems over the 4th of July weekend. We were on vacation in Door County and my battery light went on. I knew that I had to have it fixed in order to get back home. Mike's Automotive was recommended to me at the resort I was staying at. I called Mike's, they said to bring it in and that they would even come pick me up I if didn't make it all the way to the shop. Mike got me in and out in under 2 hours! They even identified that the part was under warranty, and expedited the process. Mike saved our vacation!

Amazing service!!! Went above and beyond to give me an estimate, explain what needed to be corrected and why, were timely and efficient, stuck to their estimate and offered plans to help with future issues on my older vehicle. This is the first time I have EVER been satisfied with a mechanic and am now a lifetime customer!!! Wish I could give 10 stars!!!

Thanks to Mike's Automotive for bailing me out of a jam in Door County.My power steering pump was leaking badly. I called on a Monday morning. They replaced it the same day and provided transportation to Sturgeon Bay and back. Fair price and very nice people.

Mike's does it right! Friendly, we were able to bring our 4 year old in while some adjusting was done. Only place I recommend for vehicle repairs!
