Two years in-a-row our vehicle has gotten stuck in a snow drift that probably says more about me than anything else. The first time I called DC Automotive without knowing them. The second year, I had them on speed dial! Both occurrences were on a Sunday morning, and the driver met us within an hour I simply cannot say enough about the FANTASTIC effort of this company! They are exactly who you want helping when you're stranded!

Ken was there when nobody else was! We were stuck 3 hours from home with a broken coupler on our camper. He offered so many solutions, even a place for us to hook up so we could get a much needed shower while we waited for things to get fixed LOL! Needless to say he was able to work a miracle and get us all home safely and able to stay at home!We can not thank him enough!!We will never forget, Ken.Thank you, again!!Service: Long distance hauling

Ken was contacted by Hyundai to tow my broken car to Green Bay. Amazing service, great communication. Dealer didn't follow up, but DC did which was the only reason I knew my car arrived safely. This family business went out of their way to get our motorcycle to a repair shop 250 miles away.Ken also gave a ride an hour away so we could get a rental car.Thanks again for all your help.

Our family of four was vacationing in Sister Bay, from almost 3 hours away, when our car broke down on a Sunday afternoon. Luckily, we were close enough to our hotel to get everyone back to our room before DC arrived. I met Ken when he came to pick up our car and he gave me some insider tips on where to get it serviced based on our situation. We had a specialty part that failed and we needed a rental to get home. With everything closed on a Sunday, he knew a few people that would be able to fix our car and who MIGHT have a loaner. Ken and Caroline (the two we had the pleasure of working with) offered a service of driving our family of four (2 small spirited kids in our transferred car seats) all the way to Green Bay. They were even willing to assist us the entire way home if needed, ensuring us that we wouldn t be stranded (no hotel rooms were available and we had no certainty of a rental). Caroline and Ken were very patient, understanding, and empathetic the entire time. Their prices were more than fair, and their service was amazing. They made our situation so much more manageable. I, honestly, don t know what would have happened if our insurance company would have sent someone else. Our family is so grateful for their help. I hope we never need their help again, but I hope they re there if we do.

I highly recommend. Tried to get in by my apartment got stuck called cops who called tow truck. They came within 10-15 minutes. They only charged me 45 when normally they do 85 but he said since u didn t do any stupid I won t charge for plowing but 45 for the tow. Even helped me get in a parking spot by buildings a and b cuz they hadn t plowed yet. That s almost a 50% discount :)

Our car broke down just south of Sturgeon Bay on our way home. We are so thankful for this family business. They came quickly and towed our car to Green Bay so we could get it fixed. They also had an additional service to get the rest of our family in another vehicle.

Traveled to Door County from Western Wisconsin, our car broke down and we called DC Automotive Towing. We couldn't have made a better phone call. They were friendly and went out of their way to help us! They were amazing!

Called these guys on a Saturday night thinking I would leave a message, they answered. Talked me thru some battery issues over the phone and then ended up coming out the next morning (Sunday) for a jumpstart. Really helped me out in a big way! Don t call anyone else for a jump or a tow, just take my word and use these guys, I know I will for any future problems.Service: Battery service

I found myself with a flat tire 20 miles away from home. I call DC auto. There were fast and courteous. Couldn't have asked for better service especially when it was only 15 degrees out. I totaled my car hitting a deer. He arrived so quickly after being called by the police. Remembered my name the next day. Broke down 5 miles from Northport on a Sunday afternoon with kids and dog, Ken arrived on time with a courtesy vehicle to shuttle my family back to Sturgeon Bay. While on vacation our SUV stalled in the Peninsula State Park, WI with the assistance of a State Park Ranger called (since we had no cell service) for a tow truck which came in no time. The driver Ken took me to a local repair shop Young Automotive Inc in Sturgeon Bay, WI (which was terrific too)said we were coming in. Was stranded near Valmy on Labor Day.
