We were given a demo on one of the Zeroturn lawn mowers we were looking at. Got our questions answered and purchased a new Zeroturn mower. Delivered today, and I can't wait to try it out. Very good customer service!!

do they have a salesman that will actually get back to you. tied to buy a gps system for my tractor and actually had a time to meet at the store and he blew me off. tried to get a price on a new corn planter -naada. wanted to look at a combine at another store and the salesman said he would get back to me when we both would go to look at it-you guessed it he blew me off too. thats a minus star fellas

Service team is amazing. Worked with Brian over the phone to pinpoint where my issue was, then bring it in right away. They had me back up and mowing with my compact tractor incredibly quickly. Couldn't ask for more from a service team, thanks guys!!

I recently purchased a John Deere 4066R Tractor. Tractor was delivered to my tree farm in exceptional condition. During getting tractor ready for delivery, a problem came up, which was professional handled by Brian Porter to the complete satisfaction of the customer. Highly rate Brian as service manager. Riesterer & Schnell treatment of customer was excellent. Highly recommend dealing with this company

My lawn tractor was spewing smoke and leaking oil. The closest John Deere dealer to me was Reisterer & Schnell in Stratford. I called and was told that they were pretty busy which I expected since it was the middle of summer and it was a wet one at that. The service manager said it might take them until the end of the week for them to even be able to look at it. Not much I could do since it needed to be fixed. I dropped my lawn tractor off on Monday afternoon and was surprised by a phone call on Wednesday that it was diagnosed and could be fixed by Thursday afternoon. I picked up my tractor on Friday afternoon and was mowing the lawn on Saturday. Great service, great repair, and fair price. The people I dealt with were outstanding! Won t hesitate to go back for service or perhaps sales in the future!

Be warned,the last co-op owned John Deere dealership is no more. The new ownership is a respectable company. Previous costumers might need a reminder of tax exempt status when purchasing parts and supplies. Inventory better than other John Deere dealers in the area.

The work done here is not guaranteed and expect to have work done incorrectly. I don't believe the issue is with Riesterer and Schnell directly, as the poor quality work has been an issue from before the buy-out.

Medium ok for parts like any john deere dealer but gave them a card to redo lighting in building and save them money but the guy never gave a simple call.
