I appreciated Glenn so much. He drove 27 miles out to help my mother who was stranded after other closer tow companies failed to show when her car wouldn't start.My mom is on a fixed income and was worried about costs and what to do with her car since it wouldn't turn over.Glenn was kind, helpful, and was very thorough to get my mom going again on the road. No tow needed thanks to the fact that he's incredibly savvy with tools and knew within about two minutes what the issue was.I would recommend him and his company based on his kind attention and efforts to help my mother.Thank you Glenn!

This place was suppose to tow my car and never showed up. Glenn was the point person who was suppose to come out and tow the car. Waited several hours and multiple times calling without any answer after setting it up with them. Didn t have the decency to call and tell us they weren t showing up. Do not use this towing company. They say they will tow and don t deliver on their promise. At least they could have called and cancelled.

Charged me more than he said. Very rude to me and my husband when we asked questions. Also, after the tow fee was paid he wouldn't let me take my car without "him" fixing it. He used junkyard parts. Said my car wasn't worth sticking money into. And I already had the parts at home. This is my only vechile I wanted it fixed my way. I don't 1000s to get another car.

1 star is 1 too many! I took our van to this liar because he told us our engine needed to be fixed. He charged us over $1000.00. Drove less than a mile and the check engine light came on! Drove less than 5 miles and the engine was seized up! He came and got the vehicle but wouldn't stand behind what he said he had fixed! He told us we had to pay him this bill to get our vehicle back with a now seized up engine! We paid him $900.00 and just called to pay the other $300.00 he now claims he took it to a junkyard when his son said earlier in the day it was at their other place! So who's lying?!! We are out a $5000.00 plus vehicle that had brand new tires on plus the $900.00 we paid him!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on Monday!!! We were never given any notification he was "junking out" our vehicle!!!! Or any monthly statements for that matter! And when I would pay him "cash" he never wanted to give us a paid receipt! He will stand before God on Judgement Day!!!

Was dispatched a tow truck from them through amfam this morning. Came on time... Early even and made sure I was good to go with the tow. Glad I had great service.

I've been here many times and have absolutely no complaints. I've always been treated fairly and a number of times have been pleasantly surprised by the bill not being as high as I expected it to be. I expect to pay for what I get and don't think I should get something for nothing.

Answered my weekend call promptly towed disabled vehicle and dignosed and repaired my work care in short order both the service and cost were very reasonable in my opinion

I was stuck from out of town. They fixed my car quickly and was the cheapest car bill I ever had. Couldn't thank them enough!!! Great people!!

Ripped me off. Was quoted $120 to tow my car and he charged me $225 when we got to where we were going
