Extremely helpful, honest answers to questions and willing to work with you. A great place to buy a vintage/antique car. Plus I saw many modern. Models of cars there for sale. A cool place.

Mark and John are extremely accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a Honda Fit at this dealership and had a fantastic experience. They really go the extra mile to make sure the vehicle you're purchasing is 100% and ready to go. I have checked around at several other small dealerships in the Madison area and never felt very comfortable buying from them simply based on a gut feeling and the way the dealers present themselves. Buying here was a no-brainer. I immediately felt comfortable and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.I would definitely recommend buying from Olson Auto Exchange. It was an easy decision for me.

Offer super low price for car trade and didn't want to deal on one they had. Had to point out thing's on test drive that wasn't working but was checked on safety it was. Sold my lie price to one of there competition and got almost double what they offered. Never be back.

Bought a 2003 Ranger from them. The living, breathing stereotype of small town service. 1st rate all the way around. Great guys, that stand behind what they sell. Would not hesitate to buy from again.

We were driving a distance and wanted to be certain the car would be available so we called Brian Larson who promised it would be.Then we called, lost in Madison, and Brian guided us to his door. Our google directions had left out a step or two.The car was perfect and Brian was quite helpful in explaining how some of its gadgetry worked.I'd brought a personal, out-of-state check but Brian worked out a way with his boss to accept it. Tip: out-of-staters bring cashier checks or cash.All in all, a very smooth and pleasant transaction and well worth 4 hours driving in the rain. Love the car, too!Would look at Olsen Auto Exchange website first the next time we need a vehicle.Forgot to mention also: Website is well done, thorough and easy to undestand. Free carfax provided with every vehicle.
